We have two leadership cloud leadership sessions. We have a PAP program, and I'm Julius Solerons. I'm the founder of BOPUSH. BOPUSH is a media and advisory company for the events industry. 40,000 event professionals read our newsletter, and I work as a consultant with the largest tech and media companies, events, programs. I've been a tech and in tech in event tech for the past eighteen years doing analysis. I work with 18 different event tech companies. As a consultant and employee, I'm excited to kick off this event series, which will be the beginning of the next phase of event technology. Are you excited for that? Like, literally, we're shaping the new generation of event tech entrepreneurs right in this room. There could be the next 4,600,000,000 company right here. Right? I don't recall in my career, and we've been through a lot. We've been through the pandemic. We've been through a lot. I don't recall 3,000 attendees. We just crossed the 3,000 mark. Give it up for the three thousandth attendee that just, like, came in few minutes ago. 3,000 attendees for an event about technology in the events industry. That doesn't happen. I'm so excited. And just keep in mind, just the fact you're here sets you apart from the rest of the industry. You will get a clear picture of what AI for events really means, without the hype, without the buzz. So yeah. I mean, let's start let's start, with with our events. Let's do this. AI for events demo day. And so before I do it, I wanna I wanna make a special announcement. Here. Let's do it. We're live. We're gonna be live. Mega loose. I just confirmed a few minutes ago. This is no kidding. We just got the email a few minutes ago. We are bringing AI Demo Day live in person to Barcelona for IPTN World on in November 2026. If you're a planner, you can come as part of our group. You will get your diary blocked just if you're part of our group, just to attend all of our sessions. We're gonna be doing the most advanced content program, hands on, on AI and innovation. If you're a startup, so all the startups exhibiting today, doing demos today, you get to exhibit for free. IBTM is giving you the space for free. If you're one of the companies that are long standing event tech companies, you get an opportunity to come and exhibit with us and display your AI program and be on stage with me in Barcelona. We're doing this. We're changing the way we're doing things here. I'm so excited. Breaking news. You're gonna get a form with a thank you email to express your interest, whether you're a start up, whether you're, an an event tech company, whether you're a planner to apply and be part of our group. It's gonna be free for a lot of you to come, so this is exciting. And we did it last year, and we're gonna do it again. Okay? Also, we want the world to know that you're attending AI Demo Day, so now is the time to go on social media and share a picture of you with the monitor and me in the background. Let's do this. Okay? With AI Demo Day. Hi. Hi. So yeah. Awesome. Share with the world. That's the hashtag. I wanna see Instagram. I wanna see LinkedIn. I mean, if you're brave enough to do TikTok, I mean, that's gonna be incredible. So I wanna see that too. Very excited. You know, I wanna also, say that, an event like this, 10 people on my team working on it, it's incredible, but it would have been not possible without our sponsors. It's been two and a half months of planning, putting it all together. So my incredible team, but also our sponsors, Visible, EvendMobie, Field Drive, Cvent, Goldcast, and Zugo, who've been incredible in supporting us in one which was just an idea, but they've been incredible. So if you've never attend one of our events before, I'm gonna keep it quick. This is what our policy is, three important agreements for us. Right? Very, very important. I'll let you read them. The one I care about a lot is we don't want no spam. If you're you the chat, and I'm like, hi. I'm this and that from this and that. Join us. Special offer. You're gonna be kicked out so fast that you're not gonna have, like, it's gonna be painful. Very, very painful. So just keep that in mind that, so we wanna we wanna keep it super nice and respectful for everybody. So yeah. Use the chat. The chat needs to be aggressive. We wanna see the chat. We wanna see everything that is going up in the chat, and we want to make sure that you're ready for it. Okay. Also, if you're having any issue with the event, you're having any problem with it, this is the, email you wanna email our support team. There's Dominique and Yoletta in our team on the chat that are gonna be able to help you if you're having an issue, if you're not able to connect. We have the Goldcast team which powers all of our events that is there on call. So we're gonna make, sure that your experience is great. So, yeah. I'll give give you a minute, to write it down. Okay. Let's go for the next one. Q and a. If you have questions now we'll try to ask to ask questions during the demos, but we're gonna be very, very strict with timing. We are gonna play an Oscar music 10 before the timing expires to gently move the demo off stage because this is gonna be a long event. We have so many companies. It's a matter of respect. But if we're for every whatever reason, we're, like, three and a half minutes, you can ask your questions, and we're gonna bring them on stage. If we are not going to be able to have the questions answered live, somebody from the team presenting is gonna come on the chat and answer them. So, yeah, keep on asking the questions. No problem. They're gonna they're gonna see it. Okay. Let's talk very quickly about the recordings. This is only a live event. If you're not a member of Bow Push Plus, you're not gonna get the recording. And, honestly, a five hour recording, this is not gonna be gonna be sharing with, our our Bow Push Plus members. We're gonna share with them, just bits and pieces of every single company organized by category and with the thought leadership sessions in a dedicated session that we're gonna launch live on Boldbush Plus just dedicated to the whole day so you can scroll through and see all of the company. If you're Boldbush Plus member, please rec let me see yourself in the chat. So yeah. I mean, I wanna, I wanna see you there. What is Boldbush Plus? This is our advanced, advanced platform where we, where we have recordings from our events. We do a monthly briefing. And also, all of our resources, we have the, we have the an AI chat interface where you can chat with and ask all the frameworks, to help you with your specific event. Just bear in mind that these are all the companies that are gonna join Bullpunch Plus with special offers. We have a program called Bullpunch Plus Perks where you get discounts from all of these. This is incredible. Like, this is, we have offers for, like, 10 k and plus, and these are all the companies on top of our legacy companies as well that have been there, for forever. And I'm so excited to have all of them here. This is like substantial discounts that you're gonna get. How do you join Bot Push Plus? Watch out. We never make these offers ever. This is like three times in the year when we make these offers. You're gonna get in your thank you email after this event is gonna come to your inbox after the event, so keep an eye for that because there's gonna be a special offer to join us there. Alright. Rock and roll. We're about to start. You ready for this? How's the chat going? I wanna see some fire in the chat. I wanna see some gifts coming because we're getting ready for this. This is gonna be a long event. Listen. I'm not gonna kid you. It's gonna be long. Okay? So and I could not do it by myself. I'm joined today by our guest moderator, Noah Chayer from Silicon Valley speaker. Noah's a prolific AI enthusiast. On LinkedIn, he shares a ton of knowledge on AI, and I wanted to ask someone to join and help me. Welcome on stage Noah Chayer. What's up, Noah? How are you? Thank you, Julius. So excited to be here. I really gotta match your energy. You're really really bringing it today. I appreciate that. So very excited to really get to talk about, once again, so many great AI companies. My background, I've been using AI for event professionals and talking to tons of people about over the past three years. Gotten to really dive into all of the practical use cases, which is why I'm so excited today to really get to see all of these great companies, all of these great start ups that are building the events industry specifically. And then also my background, I get to book top executives, start up founders, etcetera, for events and companies around the world, whether it's Juniper Networks, whether it's other large companies, organizations like Seoul, Province in Korea, Rio Innovation Week, so many great places. So through that, I've gotten to see the strategic side of AI as well and where it's being applied at large companies. So super excited to get to walk through, hopefully get to match Julius' energy here and really dive into how all of these different companies are using it. Thank you, Julius. I'll bring you over to you again. Be honest, like, I have, like, I drank stuff that I shouldn't not be drinking right now in terms of caffeine low in, and so my natural vibe is, like, so hype. But, like, honestly, when is it gonna happen that I have 3,000 people with me talking about technology? That doesn't happen. So I'm so excited, and thank you so much for being with me. Thank you for agreeing to do this, your dedication to the industry, your advancement, what you do on LinkedIn to help people get a job, help people familiarize themselves with AI, help, you know, bring them speakers that actually are different is incredible. Check out, Noah's company Silicon Valley speaker that you see here on stage, right on the slides. And, let's go. Okay. I want to get going real quickly. I'll see you later, Noah. Thank you for being with us. So Thank you. Here's the run up show. Just so you have an idea what's happening, we did some nice conversions here also in terms of showing it to you in the, local time zone with three. I mean, sorry, Australia. I know you're probably still sleeping by now. I know I have some is there any Aussie Australian in the chat? I wanna see that. Because like the Australia, they usually wake up at 2AM in the morning to make these these crazy dates. So I really appreciate, that. Take a screenshot of this if you wanna see when your category of interest is going to be. This is the second screen with more demos. Right? Just a quick one on the breakdown, and we're gonna start listen. I allocated twenty minutes for this. We're twelve minutes in. I'm doing I'm going super fast because I wanna recoup a lot of, a lot of time and make sure that we're going super fast with this and we do not lose any time. Right? So save the timings. First, we're gonna start with a a couple of thought leadership sessions. Alon and Bob are gonna join me in a second. And then right after that, we have what we call the extended demos. These are ten minute premium demos. We open this opportunity to what we call I mean, I don't wanna call them legacy event tech companies. It's like not what they are because they're very present and active today. But I would say I I wanna make, like, a mark pre November 2022, pre chat GPT type of announcement companies. So companies that have been around in the industry for a long time doing technology. We wanted to open it, you know, to all of them to sponsor the event and be there. Anybody that is working on AI products that has been around for a while and reinventing the company, launching new products, we wanted to showcase them. And obviously, then after that, we're gonna go into the actual demos with, an opportunity that we give, I wanna reinforce, a way for free to everybody here to participate and be part of this. Right? This is important to, showcase companies that are sometimes just a start up. Some of them are AI native that have been around for a while. Some some of them have proven that they have investment. Some of them, are completely just a little bit more than idea stage, and you'll see them. You've got to see them. Right? So, you know, I wanna give a massive thank you for all of these, founders. Not necessarily all of them knew who I am and what we do. So just the availability that they had and, their, sort of kindness to dedicate some of their time. Hopefully, a lot of these you'll see in Barcelona as well. For those that joined us later, we are bringing this live in Barcelona in November 2026. You can come and attend as a planner for free, and you can come, and exhibit as a startup for free or exhibit there, as, an event technology company. Alright. Are we ready to do this? Are we ready to go? If you're ready to go, type one in the chat. I wanna see a lot of ones. 11111. Let's go with that. Awesome. Alright. Fantastic. We're starting with the two first two thought leadership sessions. And, I'm gonna kick off with, well, I'm gonna have two leaders here, that I've been knowing for a long time. I don't wanna date ourselves, but we've been knowing each other for a long time. Alon, Aroy, Co founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Bizzabo. Let me read the bio and then we'll bring up on stage Alon. Alon is the Co founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Bizzabo, the event experience operating system built for modern enterprise organization rounding complex event portfolios through a single intelligent platform, Bizzabo helps teams scale events with less operational overhead, unified data for content decision making and deliver measurable business impact across the entire lifecycle. As CMO, Alarm works closely with CMOs and then leaders and marketing teams around the world and helps organization transform events. Since founding Visible in 2011, alongside Bob Boazkaz and Aran Ben Shushan, he has helped shape the modern event technology category, championing a future where intelligent technology and human connection work together to power the next era of events. Please welcome on stage my dear friend, Alon Arroy. How are you, Alon? So good to see you. Hey, Julius. I'm doing great. Thank you for inviting me. Amazing energy here. I'm so glad to have you here, Alon. And, you know, honestly, we opened this thought leadership session opportunity to all of our sponsors. But, like, I've been extremely lucky and blessed to have you and to have Bob afterwards because you, to me, represent the core energy resilience of event technology companies that have been able to reinvent themselves multiple times. I mean, we've been going through stuff together, like the pandemic, you name it. The all in one software revolution, the event apps revolution. Like, literally, we've been through a lot, and now AI. And so you've been through event tech through multiple cycles, like mobile apps, virtual, hybrid, NowAI. Can you can you tell me a little bit about this journey? You still have a little bit of sanity with you? Like, how is it going? I still have a lot of sanity, a bit more gray hair since we started. Honestly, it has been a roller coaster, and I mean that in the best possible way. When we started Visible with an event app, same category as, Double Dutch, WiT Mobile, and some names that, Bolivia, I'm sure, probably remember. But, we made a bet early on that you can truly build a very meaningful big company by being only an event app and provide meaningful value to organizers. If you're actually sitting outside of the registration and content data, so, yes, as you said, we pivoted to I know many people do not like the term all in one. I'm not gonna use it. We pivoted to become a holistic platform. And as you said, then COVID hit. I remember those days, very, very clearly. March 10, we were at the company OffSight. Many of you, I'm sure, in the crowd were one of those sending us and many other vendors your emails that, they're not even allowed to run events, refunds, subscription free this, and so on. The whole industry was in shock. We had to move very fast. It was scary. It was hard, but, we did it. And I think what we learned in that period about digital engagement and about data and about, how can you design an experience when you're actually able to to measure shaped a lot of how we think today, thinking about those innovation cycles. And maybe another cycle that I'm very proud of, you mentioned hybrid and maybe the return to in person. During the peak of the virtual era, we acquired a company that was only about in person. It was called Click. Everyone was looking left. We were looking right, and we made a bet that in person will be back. It will be back big time with a mindset of a lot of measurement and data, and people would want experiential events. So we quite click small batch that, I hope, many of you have heard about because we thought that the events will be more experiential and more connected. So when I look at AI now, I I don't see another cycle, honestly. And we have a history of predicting cycles and acting on it. I see a true transformation of, what's possible. And right now, I believe Eventech is divided into two companies chasing a lot of features of AI, and many of them, I'm sure, amazing or cool, and we're gonna see a lot of them today. And another camp is a company that are trying to build the true intelligence layer across their whole platform. We are brought to the second camp. That's what we we believe in. And I believe the the difference between those two camps will be will be meaningful. It will be exciting. But, again, we've been through a lot of cycles. I hope to know a diff to know the difference between a wave and a tide, and AI is definitely a tide. It's not a wave. It's a it's something completely different. Distinction. I love that distinction, chat. Write that down. Tide and wave. I love that. Alon, obviously, in in terms of bringing you here, the value that, everybody's gonna get out of this conversation, whether they're a planner or whether they're a start up, which, to be honest, they should be looking up to you and your journey and what you've done, What differentiates you and all of the companies that have been around before November 2022 is that you deeply understand the planners' needs and the evolution of planners' needs through the years. You understand what's going on. And so the questions is the question here is very important. Where do you see where are the areas that you see where AI is gonna have the biggest impact and what are you focusing on? Like, because that there's too much noise. We're freaking out. We don't understand. So it's important to understand what companies like yours are thinking about. I think it's more about what we hear from an event analyst when we speak to them, and we have the luxury of speaking with, with with a lot of them. I speak with a lot of them and, with a lot of you. And they're not asking for more AI features, honestly. And overall, learners are exhausted. They're running massive programs with lean teams. The last thing they need is another tool to learn. What they are asking for is, relief. Actually, time back, less manual work, more confidence in decision making. So when we look at our AI investments and maybe what is the big gap as we're trying to close, we look at it from three with three lens. The first one is around productivity. There's so much work that event planning in event planning that requires judgment, but not necessarily your judgment. Like, these are things that you can theoretically outsource to an intelligent layer, like drafting communications, building agendas, analyzing post event data, and AI can do all of that. So we believe that while it is maybe not the most fanciest or glamorous type of work, these type of capabilities can be life changing for the busy team. So the first category, the first lens that we look at is around productivity. The second one is around the connection and engagement, helping the right people find each other at an event. Of course, one of the reasons that we still meet, and I know everyone was talking about the Entropic hires recently and all that and getting very excited that Entropic still believes in in person. I'm excited about that too. Because at the end of the day, we all the human nature is to meet one another, and I think AI has a lot to do with helping us meet the right people. And third, and this is maybe the one that the the industry is the most underinvested in, is around helping marketers, helping event planners prove that their events actually matter, turning what happens at an event into something that CMOs and CFOs, will pay attention and will understand and can actually act on. And, overall, I believe that the goal is not to create smarter software. It is about enabling you to take smarter decisions using technology and using AI and so on. So maybe to to sum up productivity, connection, decision making. Some research that we did at the beginning of the year on both push plus, we asked how are you using AI and 75% 65%, sorry, of the audience responded biggest use by far, 20 points, more than the second, biggest use saved time. So this is absolutely true. And obviously, on the anthropic job, I I have an argument there, they're not paying enough. I think they should be paying more. I've I saw the anthropic people at Google Cloud Next last week at their booth. Oh my god. Like, you know, they should be paying more for that, especially because they paid their engineers 550,000. So I don't know why the events people are getting a 150,000 less than the engineers people. Okay? Just so just so we say. Okay. So moving on. Marketers. Obviously, if anybody knows, Visible, we know that marketers, marketing team, CMOs are the core of your audience. They've been using the platform. You do care for a lot of industry, but, like, you know, marketers, traditionally have been, like, the core of your audience. And, you know, the data piece has been honestly the most impossible to deal with. Every event that companies tried to get a spin on it, to make it make make data data more accessible, more usable. It seems that now with AI, we're getting somewhere. Right? How are you thinking about the data piece within within the AI piece? Never heard about the data. I'm not sure what you're talking about. I'm kidding. No. There's a maybe I'll I'll say something a little bit, uncomfortable here. I you know, for years Oh, we like uncomfortable. Invented companies, including, Visible. We told marketers that events are a gold mine of, first party data. Right? And that was true, and I think it it is true. But the data was over in the platform, and in a way, it just sat there. Like, you could see it, but it was too challenging to actually understanding it and turning it into something that, into something meaningful required a lot of time and effort that most teams did not have. And the real problem was never about connecting collecting data. If you are a holistic platform, you had data. So events collect tons of data. The problem was connecting it and and turning it into something that allows you to make to make decisions in a fast enough manner without getting an analyst or taking two weeks to actually analyze the data. And I think what AI does when it's built on the unified platform is closing that gap. You stop asking, can someone run the report? And instead, you can ask the actual question. What actually happened? What should we do next? And that shift from reporting to actually understanding is new, and it's very, very real. And I think where it gets really interesting is, of course, the connection with the CRM. But, yes, we all have integrations. Of course, it is too too too fake. We've been saying we have integrations for a long time. But, there's still a lot of data that sits on the event plan form and a lot of data that sits on the CRM, like who's the customer, what data we're working on, what is the history. And I think AI will truly when you connect the two and I think over time, most unified platforms will provide that contextual layer that will allow the organizers to ask questions and to get very, very smart answers that were just not possible to get in the past. Which is very important right now in a time where, honestly, cost keeps going up, budget keeps going down, and you're working with less people. I mean, this is, like, so challenging that literally you need everything that you could use to make better decisions and, you know, drive your attention what it matters. You mentioned matchmaking. This has been promised for years. I mean, I remember probably 2017, I've seen the first AI matchmaking platform, but, like, honestly, that was, like, just tagging. And we we all understood that we've been gained in November 2022 when we saw first, like, what AI could do at scale. So what is different now and, like, how should planners like, what what kind of results can we expect this time with matchmaking? It's a great question. And I think that planners shouldn't expect better results automatically because AI is there. And I want to be very real about it. I do think I represent, many, vendors here. The technology has gotten better, like, for sure. But the reason matchmaking failed wasn't really a technology problem. It was a data problem. And if that isn't solved, better AI will not just give you better recommendations or or faster recommendations. And what actually happened with most matchmaking products is that the input was a job title and maybe a two liner of a bio. And you expected the technology to be able to match you to the top people you should meet based on very, very thin light data that someone put through registration. It's gonna look super fast. If you fed light rushed information into an algorithm and gave you back light generic suggestions, no one should be surprised that, these recommendations in Atlanta, people did not show up to those meetings. And I think what's different today is that AI today can truly understand who you actually are in a way that is not just wasn't in a way that wasn't possible before. In addition to who you say you are and what your objectives are from the event, AI will be able to truly analyze the sessions you attend, the people you interacted with, the content that you interacted with before, during, and between events, and will be able to just surface recommendations that were just not possible in the past. So I do anticipate that the matchmaking level between sponsors and attendees, attendees and attendees will be 10 times better than what we saw in the past. And I think it overall, matchmaking didn't fail because the algorithm was was wrong. It fell because, the algorithm was just starving for more data that was just not there. And, let me confirm. We have a thousand people listening right now. What I wanna say is the connection again, we did a piece of research at beginning of the year. It came up top. We did another piece of research, which is gonna go live on Wednesday on the newsletter with Encore, 500 planners participating. And, again, connection comes on top as the reason why we do sell events and the reason why people want to attend events at the top. Together with content, but connection is at the top, so keep that in mind. Okay? So you're gonna show us a product for the last minute that we have here, your co pilot, your thought about the organizer first, Why start with the attendee experience? Like, obviously, you're you're starting with attendee first. You know, you wanna have them in control. What was the logic behind it? The decision was actually not obvious internally. The natural place to start maybe is so, you know, the people who pay us money, the the organizers, but, around automating workflows and saving a lot of time and so on and so on. But we are coming back to a simple question. Where does an event actually succeed or fail in real time? And at the end of the day, it's the attendee it's the attendee experience. So that's where we wanted to start, that moment where attendees know who to talk to, who to not talk to, how to actually make use of their time. And we wanna we wanted also to make sure that all of us have a lot of control. And, this is something we feel strongly about from day one. And Andrew from my team, is gonna show that, soon. We wanted to make sure there are zero AI hallucinations and that you can control the answers that, attendees get. I'm very excited about this one. It's only the beginning of our journey. As I said earlier, we're looking at about things from three different lengths. This is one that's related to, to both connection and productivity of, of attendees. And, again, Andre is gonna show you, what this actually looks like. The thing that I pay attention to more than any feature is whether this feels like something that, your attendees will actually use. And, I'll use the time also to say thank you for all the work you do for the industry, and I'm sure the conversation will, Bob, will be amazing. And thank you so much. Alon, I wanna say a couple of words to thank you for the support. You've been one of the first to support our journey at Bullpusch, four years ago, when we started when I had nothing, we had, like, probably, a couple of hundreds people in our newsletter with our first event series. To have you show up here and show the support as others are doing, it means it means the world to a family owned business of a few people, running here for the industry. So thanks to thanks to you, to Bytes, to Iran, and everybody, there because you're you're the best. Thank you so much for being with us. Thank you. Thank you. There's gonna be questions for you in the chat. Alon is gonna be in the chat answering those. So thank you so much. Okay? Alright. That's, it for our first thought leadership session. And, oh, now I'm looking forward to this one because, I'm now joined by my, friend and, event tech industry legend, Bob Veis, founder and CEO of EvendMobie. Bob is the CEO and founder of EvendMobie, an event tech visionary who builds app and the first tools that make promoting events, and driving on-site engagement, easy two fourteen, MIT Hall of Fame inductee Bob has spoken for PCMA, AMEX, AIMEX, ASAE, MPI, loves turning technical ideas and practical events wins. And as one of the most exciting, LinkedIn to follow, I love when whenever Bob whatever Bob shares. And, yeah, please welcome on stage, Bob Viles. Bob, how are you? Pretty good. How's it going, Julius? Let's do this. How are you? So good. Thank you so much for your support from being with us. I mean, I'm gonna be in Frankfurt, in a few weeks. And I remember our first meeting in what was it? 2012, there during the dinner and, you know, the rest is history. You've been going through a lot of iterations as well. And, you know, for for the company, you're, here bringing new stuff to the industry again and again and again. We truly appreciate this is like the our core, Event Tech CEO that everybody here in the chat from startups should be looking at. So, yeah, I mean, it's it's super exciting, to have you here. You spend a lot of time tracking what's happening across the industry. And before, you know, we get into the specifics of, what matters versus our I wanna I wanna know what how you decide, you know, what's noise and what should we focusing on? Because, you know, I feel like a lot of planners right now feel like they're drowning in, like, news. I mean, even here, we have 39 companies. I mean, that's a lot. So how do you personally decide what matters from what's just noise? Oh my god. First of all, that, intro, twenty fourteen hall of fame. I think my time has passed. I mean, once you're hall of fame, you're hall of fame forever. That's hilarious. But, I wanted to kind of, remind people there's over a thousand people on this webinar. I don't think I remember a webinar since the pandemic that had a thousand people. And that I I mean, talking about noise and anxiety and, curiosity and, that that kinda tells you everything. When so many people show up for a webinar about AI, while everybody is hating on AI because we're all paranoid about how it's gonna change our world so fast, that that says everything. How much noise there is that people can't figure out what is real, what's not, but also how much interest there is at the same time. So excited to be here. And I want you to also start, I am also anxious. I am also in fear as a company, as a CEO with, like, 100 people that are working on this stuff. Every day I feel like I'm behind. I feel like I'm not catching up. There's a new tool. I need to do this. But at the same time, you kinda have to kinda claw back a bit, and think about what is impactful. So I read this thing. I think it was a HBR article. It's it's a little bit old. I think it was maybe last year. I know in AI world this, like, last year is like basically garbage data because it's a different world. But, they were talking about 80% of enterprise AI implementations fail. And I just want that to sink in for people. It's like, that's crazy. It what what how do we afford 80% of project failing? Like, we should do. But that tells you something that everyone is experimenting. We don't really know what the right thing is. So we you have to try. You have to believe in failure. You have to experience. So if you feel overwhelmed, don't worry about it. The the trick here is just to do it, to learn, figure out what really works for you. Now personally, I mean, you know, I I have a personal way of using AI in my as as a CEO, which, which is is kinda boring because I really wanna get down and dirty and and do cool stuff. But I use Claude, you know, typical of everybody else, you know, research, brainstorming, you know, clean up this, clean up that. But to be honest with you, I think we have so many tools that have been Moby from HubSpot, Gong, Google. Every single one of these tools, even our, like, use beautiful.ai for, like, presentation, every single tool out there has really powerful AI tools, AI features that I don't think I'm using effectively. So if you're saying that you you think, you know, you wanna pick an, product, pick it and then try to really use the AI features they have and experiment with it. I think that's really the untapped potential. And talking about that, Bob, I mean, obviously, as we were seeing with Alon, you've been, like, had like, you know, in the same time frame. Right? In that same era of evolution from an app to an all in one to virtual. You acquired virtual companies, right after the pandemic. So, you know and it's important for both the planners and the start ups listening to this, how you are thinking about AI. Right? The you know, what you know, we can keep you know, I feel that that, you know, I want to hear, like, what is your approach? How are you thinking about it? So at Venmo, we have to think about every company has a different customer base, and they try to build AI the way it has meaningful impact for that customer base. At Venmo, we in particular, very similar to Visible. We are an end to end solution. So we've got all kinds of tools from reg to batch printing to, to event app. And, our customers are not really, like, massive trade shows of 30,000 people. Our customers are small teams of event planner, one to five, running really complex annual conferences, that are mid size. So 200 to 2,000, 3,000. That's kind of the sweet spot for us. So the way AI impacts these types of events very different than, for example, solutions that like, Cvent might, or other tools might produce for like a 50,000 person conference. So I think it's important for the industry to understand the right tool for the right event. So that's that's one thing. We could Jam AI in every single feature, of our product. But we have a double sniff test at event moe. Number one, it actually has to be useful, inside the platform. So if you can do something better outside the event platform, it belongs there. Editing emails, you know, a bit coming up with better subject line, like, that does not belong in event platform. So, in the event platform. So we decided to be like, okay. If you could do it better outside, it should be outside. Because these tools are evolving so fast, there's no point bringing them inside the event platform. So that was one test. And then the other one is impact. So where can we create massive impact that is not just evolutionary of saving somebody ten minutes, but actually sending you a hundred fifty hours, maybe something you could never even do without this tool. That's the stuff that really changes the game. So that's the sniff test that we have when we go through building products. And then we have to summarize if you're like, okay, which part of the event life cycle makes sense to bring AI in? And you could argue every single part of it is important, but we're starting with event marketing. It's actually funny, hearing, Elon, it's similar companies having slightly different approach. We're also building an event concierge for our event app, which is coming out later this year. But we started on the registration front because I think event marketing if you if AI can help hit bridge target, that has a material impact for the event. So that was our first focus. The second focus was anything we do has to elevate the event experience. So it has to improve the, the way they're getting information, access information, engagement. And then the last one, event operations. So can we, speed up and simplify workflows for event planners? Can we enable them to do things they couldn't do before? So that's the way we kinda think about it. You know, is it better to do inside the platform? Does it bring big impact and kinda does it fall into one of these, three buckets? I love it. And, you know, it's it's interesting to see how, you know, even, you know, sharing a lot of story together. Every company is thinking about it differently because they're thinking for their specific use case and their audience. Okay. Marketing, you mentioned this is, like, where we we do we have the biggest impact. What are people doing with it? Like, what are some examples that you can share with us? Yeah. So this is a really interesting one. We I I've been reading everything about this and keeping track of, what's happening in the industry, and also trying to figure out how we can bring value. I read I think it was Adam Perry posted something a couple days ago that Freeman had released the report. I don't really have the details of this, but, apparently, Freeman analyzed events and up to 50% of events as of last month were behind bridge targets. And the analysis was it's not a lack of demand in the market. It's actually, poor conversion. So people are just not making the decision. So when you look at mark about marketing from that lens, you can kinda break it down into, I think, three segments. So you have demand creation and marketing. So how can AI help you, analyze your data so you can better segment and find your right audience? How can you create better ads? Lots of cool tools out there. We were talking about, events using automated cold sales sequences that a lot of us hate, but it is getting better. So can AI actually help? And a lot of these tools to be on it doesn't have to be event specific because they're very marketing generic. Tons of tools out there and they're evolving. Literally every day, I get a email about a new tool that does something magical that I'm like, how are you doing this? So there is a world of demand creation for marketing that I think exists that event teams can tap into. Then the second, part is conversion. So now you did all these amazing work. You created this beautiful website. People are hitting your website. What's happening? They're either bouncing or they're finding the information they need and they click register. Okay. That's great. Then through the reg process, then there is fallout in the reg funnel. Can AI help there? And then the third part of that funnel is really referral. Now you got all these people that registered. These are your ambassadors. Like, we know events work on word-of-mouth. And I I have this saying in in the company that no one likes to go to events alone. So why are we not using the power of our existing attendees and past attendees to drive more registration. It's the easiest one. And then I can it's amazing at at doing really cool stuff. So this is the way I I I kinda think about, registration. So demand generation, conversion on the website, on the reg platform, and then can be automate referral, and we know speed to referral and making it easy for people as a driver which AI, can do some magical things. No. I love that. You know, some very practical examples here, that you shared with us. Let's keep it practical in terms of operations and, you know, what's an example of something that used to take hours that wasn't even feasible that now we can do on the operations side? Yeah. So the operations side is really cool. We're we're inside of them. We were geeking out over it, you know, from MCPs and automations and all the tools that we've been using internally. But to simplify for everyone on, in the audience today, the easiest way to think of it is a three level, framework. So level one is ChargeGPT. Right? So I use, LLM to ask questions to help me, like, summarize the session abstract for me, analyze my contract. These are amazing. Everybody should be doing it. It's super power for every event planner. Second level is where you can bring your event data into your LLM. So your ChachiPT. And when I say LLM, I mean Cloud Gemini, ChachiPT, Copilot. And there are two ways to do that. One is you can export all your data, create a project or a gem or whatever it is, and you bring all that data in there and then you start doing stuff with it Or use an MCP. An MCP actually is beyond just bringing data. It actually can do stuff using your event platform. So it gives you power. So let me give you an example. So an interesting example of the of using MCP is if you have your event data connected, you could ask, hey. Find look at the last survey result for the event. Find attendees that were unhappy and help me draft personalized email so you can follow-up. We can't do this without AI. It's like too many people. It takes too much time to go, who is this person? What do I run? What were they not happy about? But what if you could actually, like, the 30 people that complain about something, you could actually respond with email. It takes you, like, half an hour to copy paste that stuff in. That's the stuff that I think MCP is really powerful or creating. You know, I I think personalized sponsorship prospectus. So a sponsor comes in and can look at your past data and give them, like, real insight of, like, who are your audience that matches their like, you can't do this stuff without without AI. But level three, which I think is we're just gonna get into, everybody talks about agentic AI and workflow automation, is when you have access to the to your event data and you can create workflows, repeatable workflows, and this thing runs while you sleep. And it requires very little interaction. So using an MCP, you have to talk to your LLM, tell it stuff, gives you back, you look at it, you you do this and then you you you you you move on. Whereas, an agenting workflow or automated AI workflow, it does suffer itself. So I'll give you an example. Imagine as soon as an attendee would register, it the agent will look at their LinkedIn profile, create a profile on the event app. So now nobody has empty profiles anymore, has the headshot. It even knows the answer and you have connected it to a a gift tool and it automatically sends a swag basket to them. Like, you don't have to do anything. They they sign up at 2AM. They got the swag back, like, sent out at 6AM. Fully automated. That's the stuff that I think really changes the game, for event planner. I've got tons of these, examples, but we we I know we don't have a lot of time, so maybe we should move on. Yeah. Just tell me, like, for the last minute what you're gonna show us today, what was the logic behind, building it so that people can see in action what Evinmobil is doing with AI. Yeah. So we we have two we have we're working on a lot of things. There's two products that live, on the event mobile platform. One is we call it mobi dot ai, registration concierge. And the the premise of them, that was to solve three problems. The registration conversion is broken. You have not if you look at your analytics, 97% of your traffic bounces. And a lot of that is because people can't find the information they need. They're not you're not giving them personalized information. And we think, AI cons here just sits on a conference website is a game changer. Every ecommerce tool we use these days has one. Why can't our conference website have one? So that was kind of the the premise around this tool, the reg concierge that we created. It also is a twenty four seven support and reduces emails that planners might get with silly questions and repeatable questions from from attendees. So we think that's great. And the second example we have is the, automation integration hub. We're gonna show you something that blows your mind, and I'll just tease because you have to watch Torben's demo, of how, we you can build with your event data and any tool that you have outside. So our tool integrates with a thousand different apps out there. And you can build these automations that can take your Vend data, create repeated workflow, and basically, you're wipe coding an agent inside your Vend platform. And I don't think that has ever been done before. It's, it's it's pretty cool. Oh, I'm excited for that. I'm excited to have Torben with me. When I saw his name, I was like, yes. This is gonna be fun. So excited to have you. Thank you so much, Bob, for all you shared with us, for supporting the event, and to keep on building for the events industry. We appreciate your dedication and service to the industry for so long and, you know, Akhil, I'm waiting to see the next iterations of AnMobi. Thank you, Bob. Thanks, Julius. Thank you for being with us. Alright, people. Just a room reset before we go into the demos. It's demo time. First off, I saw some spammers in the chat. They're out. Okay? Do not try to spam us. I asked Dominique to put that message there that you see pinned. We don't like no spam. We don't like no spam. Also, please keep the chat tone positive. Oh, I'm not seeing this. I'm not seeing that. Hey, people. We're building this together. I'm a comment warrior, so don't think I'm not looking at every single one of them and coming for it. So, you know, everything positive, everything on a spin because everybody's pulling their time here to give you something available for free so that you can plan better events. So keep things respectable in the chat for every speaker and for everyone coming off or walk off. We don't necessarily want to waste your time. We want people that are motivated to be here. They wanna see what's new in the event tech industry. They wanna see what's new in AI. And speaking about that, we're starting with the first company, which is going to be Visible. I'm very excited. I wanna see the chat here going super live, super live. What's up in the chat? I wanna see some GIF action. I haven't seen a lot of GIFs. I've seen, like, conversational topics. I wanna see more GIF action. I wanna see that. Okay? So the first, demo. I'm very excited for this because we're gonna start with our first batch of what we call the extended demos. And I'm first up, I'm gonna be joined by Andrew at Visible. What's up, Andrew? Welcome. He was going to be talking about bizzi.ai, attending the Copilot. Here's the elevator pitch. We asked every single company to give us another better elevator pitch, which I'm going to read. Bizzi AI is always on event co pilot built into Visible Event Experience OS that helps us navigate, connect and get more value from every moment while enabling organizers to drive stronger engagement and measurable impact. Andrew, take it away. No pressure. Amazing. Thank you, Julius, for the great introduction. Pleasure to be here. I'm Andrew Serfati, senior product manager here at Visible, and definitely very excited to be here today presenting our latest innovation, Busy dot ai. So let me start with start with a problem I think a lot of you have experienced. Your event kicks off, and within minutes, questions start pouring in from all sides. Your attendees are frantically searching the app and their phones and scrolling through the agenda, but still, they can't find the information they need fast enough. Your team, of course, has all the answers. The information exists. It's just scattered across your agenda, your website, your emails, and your FAQs. It's not connected in a way that makes it useful to your attendees. And that's the problem we set out to solve when we built busy.ai. And for reference, that is b I z z y, not the normal Busy us event professionals are so familiar with. So what exactly is Busy? Busy is an AI attendee copilot built directly into our Bizzabo event mobile app. If you caught Alon's session earlier, you'll remember that he talked about how Bizzabo approaches AI in three buckets, productivity, connection, and insights. Busy sits squarely in the connection buckets. It pulls together your existing event data to turn a static app into a dynamic conversation. Let me, share my screen here, and it's demo time. So today, I'm gonna show you busy from both the attendee perspective as well as what's happening behind the scenes. What you can see here on my screen is our Visible event app, where our incredible customers host some of the world's most important and impactful events. Here, we designed Visi to be accessible from anywhere in the app through this little button on the top right or as well this main home screen banner, which I will use today. And, let's just start off and jump right into our first example. So let's say I am a huge fan of a specific speaker and wanna plan my entire day around them. So I'll just go right into busy here and ask. Busy, when is Julian speaking? And, yes, of course, we did want to use Julius here, but we all know, I think, that there's only one Julius in the world of events, and I'm pretty sure that name is trademarked. So, let's look at this response here that Busy gave us. Busy doesn't just bring up the keynote where Julian is the star, and that's the day two keynote here, where you can see here main speaker, Julian Vance. It also surfaces a breakout where he's a panelist amongst other speakers and a speaker card that's dedicated to Julian. Here, you can also see that busy easily inferred my request for speaker Julian Vance just from his first name. Now let's talk about the number one reason we all know people attend events, and that is making connections. Busy isn't just an agenda reader. It's also a great personal matchmaker and assistant. Let's say I'm at the event, my brain is fried, and I just wanna outsource my networking effort to, let's say, an AI that doesn't need copy to function. I'm gonna type here, I'm looking for I'm looking to meet some VPs working in tech. And while busy scans for that, let's just think about the usual app experience here. Normally, I'd have to go look for a rigid drop down menu and manually set job title equals VP and industry equals technology. Here, I just use natural language. And you can see here, Busy does find me the VPs that are working in tech that I was looking for. Busy actually understood the exact context that I was looking for, mapped my request to relevant job titles, and cross referenced the entire attendee database, even reading through their profiles to understand the specific industries they work in. But here's where it gets really smart. Let's stay right here and test busy's conversational memory. I'm gonna type, are any any of them specialists in b two b sales by any chance. And Busy here pulls up our Isabel Acosta, who is indeed a specialist in b two b sales. And and notice so notice what happened here. I didn't have to restart my search or repeat myself. Dizzy remembers the context of our conversation. It knows that them, the them that I used in my request, refers to the tech executives it just found in the previous answer and seamlessly layers my new requirement on top. I imagine you can already see how powerful this is. Within seconds through a natural conversation, I can go from a crowd of thousands of attendees to finding the exact person that I need to connect with. Now if only Busy could write my networking pitch for me. Excuse me. Note to self, add to road map ideas. Apologies. Okay. So this is where most generic AI chat bots stop, but it's also where Busy starts to shine. We all know that an event isn't just made up of an agenda and sessions, and it's made up of a thousand other details, logistics, the venue quirks, the product announcements, etcetera. With Busy, you can bring all of that into one central knowledge base, what we call your event brain. With your event brain, any extra information you want Busy to know is stored in a simple text file that your team can fully customize. Let me show you how powerful this is. Let's test this with a classic day one scramble. So imagine it's 08:45AM. The keynote starts in fifteen minutes. And as an attendee who is, of course, running late, busy just sorry. That that attendee just realized, that they didn't read a single word of your logistics email. So they go to busy, and instead of your support team, they just write, the main parking lot is full. Any other options? And while busy pulls that up, think about how this usually plays out. Your team wakes up, that is if they even slept at all, to an inbox flooded with frantic messages on the morning of the event, and your staff is scrambling on the floor to direct people. But just like that, with one answer and the help of Busy, crisis is averted. As you could see, Busy correctly guides the attendee to the overflow lot and even mentions that it's free. Because let's face it, no one actually reads the note before you go emails anyway, do they? To show you exactly how busy knew that answer, let's look at the event brain file that the organizer uploaded into Bizzabo. So as you can see, the event brain is literally just a collection of bullet points in a text document. You and your team drop the answer in, and Busy turns that answer into a conversational chat in the chatbot. And so here's the section that Busy referenced directly to give that last answer, which is a getting there parking and transportation section where we have a couple of bullet points that talk about the main parking address, overflow, which Busy picked up, parking hours, and etcetera. So you can see here that busy pulls directly from the knowledge base for answers. Let's go for one final example. Many of you might know Visible for our award winning click smart badges, which turn passive attendees into active participants. But introducing new new wearable tech means attendees will inevitably have some questions. Instead of staffing a dedicated tech support desk, why not just let Busy handle it? Let's go into the chat one more time and say, what is click? The organizer said we'd be using it on-site. Now while busy works, think about the alternative here. Sometimes instead of explaining new technology or explaining new technology requires pre event communications or instruction emails that can get buried in attendees inboxes. But here it is, busy correctly says, click into the smart badge that lets you exchange contact information by the press of a button. It's the perfect conversational answers to our smart badges. And that is the power of the event brain, turning static information into an interactive twenty four seven extension of your event. At this point, you might be thinking, what about the insights? Well, we aren't just giving attendees a better experience. We're giving organizers unprecedented visibility. At the end of the event, you'll be able to export a single comprehensive report of every question asked to Bizzy. You'll finally have the data on what your attendees were searching for, where they're getting confused, and which content resonated the most. Bizzy is already helping our customer teams deliver better to any experiences, and Armisen is to keep making it pro active and more unique and creating the visible ecosystem. Why? Because the most powerful AI for events isn't just the one that knows the most information. It's the one that truly understands your events. That is awesome, Andrew. You made it right on time, the ten minutes. That was great. You have a lot of questions in the chat. We ran out of time, so please do go back to the chat, answer all the questions that you got right there because people people have questions. They wanna know more. So thank you so much for being with us. We're gonna move to our next demo. And next up is Abhishek at Field Drive. I'm excited to have Field Drive. Abhishek, thank you for being with us. Very thank you for all the support that you're giving us today. It's been great, you know, to have more demos here. So yeah. Again, Field Drive, for those, that don't know, is, a facial technology facial recognition company here. This is the elevator pitch. With Field Drive AI powered attendee validation, we eliminate bottlenecks at every entry entry, verifying entities instantly, and reducing queues in seconds. Our real time insight engine helps organizers understand that in the behavior, engagement, and flow as it happens not after the event. Abhishek, ten minutes. You ready for this? Absolutely. Take it away. Alright. Thank you so much, Julius, for the kind introduction. At this stage, I'd like to share my screen. Everybody, just give me one sec. Alright. I hope my screen is visible. And, everybody, welcome to the Field Drive AI demo. I am so excited to be here. My name is Abhishek. I'm the CEO of Field Drive. Today, we're gonna showcase how FieldRide is leveraging AI in the on-site space to really redefine how on-site events take place. We but before that, we talk a little bit about ourselves, who we are, what do we do. We are everything on-site, which means we power everything from check-in solutions to sessions access to access control to lead retrieval to badging solutions, and all of that feeds into our insights layer. From our history perspective, we are trusted by Fortune 500 companies. We have supported close to 3,000 plus events across 50 plus countries with a proven track record of delivering large and complex events over the last ten years, which means we definitely know something about how on-site tech really works. And I think one of the things that keeps coming up again and again in a lot of our conversation with our prospects, with people in the industry, as well as some of our customers, that the on-site experience is definitely fragmented. By that, I mean, different flows which are not joined together. I'll give you a few examples. The first thing is the validation process when an attendee accesses an event is super manual through a security desk or a name lookup or a QR code, which offers friction with limited security. As a result, the attendee experience is pretty poor as well because there is friction right from the time the attendee arrives till how he navigates during the event as well. And for our organizers, even more important, the registration data always remains in a silo and separate from the on-site data, and unifying them is no easy feat. And what it leads to is very limited event insights. If as an organizer, I would really want to understand what exactly has been my ROI on the event, how can I plan and predict my on-site better? All of that is next to impossible unless you're willing to spend hours and hours together on analyzing this data. At FieldRight, we would like to have none of that. We have what we call one connected flow. It's a single integrated flow that starts from registration to insight. It carries a virtuous cycle of better events and even smarter decisions. And what does it even mean, the one connected flow? It means from registration data to how you validate, how you access the event, which zones you go to, how do you essentially we do attendance tracking it. All of this information feeds into our insights layer, which provides actionable planning points for the organizers that we serve. With that, I quickly move to what we would like to showcase today given the limited time we have. From the one attendee flow, we wanna showcase two specific features that we have launched. One is AI powered identity verification, and the second one is AI powered insights. With that, I would like to stop sharing and take your focus to something which is really cool, which is our self serve check-in kiosk. This is our latest generation of self serve check-in kiosk. One of the key themes that keep coming up again and again in our conversations with our enterprise customers, customers who are doing global sporting events, that the QR code based validation isn't cutting it anymore. They have always told us that they wanted something which was more secure as well as self serve, and that was an important point. We have absolutely heard them, and as a result, we have launched EventTech Industries' first product which uses or leverages AI to combine facial recognition and ID scanning technology to give you the most secure check-in experience. However, all of this is fully self serve. Now let me show you how does it work in a real example. Now if I'm an attendee and the first thing that I do when I walk into a event is I get myself validated. In this case, I'm using my passport. So the first thing that I do is I go to the kiosk, I scan my passport, and the scanner essentially or the system is validating if it's a legit document or not. It can be a passport, it can be an ID document, or it can be anything for that matter, and none of this data is stored. We are just validating. The second thing it does is it validates our picture. To see, the guy who was standing in front of the kiosk, is it the same guy whose picture essentially is in the, in the document. And if that validation is successful as well, voila. What it essentially does is it helps you print a badge at the same point of time. So this is the most secure way of checking in, which is fully self serve. With that, I would want to conclude the first part of the presentation and move your attention back to the second flow which you wanna showcase today. And with that, I'll share my screen again, guys. Just give me one more minute. I hope my screen is visible. Perfect. I think what you see over here is our insights product, something I'm very, very excited to showcase to all of you. Now if you remember, we spoke about this slide earlier on where we spoke about how we have one connected flow, which means right from the time we integrate with you, we have your attendee data from your registration sources. We exactly know when did you check-in, how many days did you come. We exactly know which sessions you attended. We know exactly which exhibitors you spoke to as well, and all of that essentially feeds into our insights platform. And when you aggregate all of these different datasets and you essentially enable it with AI, and, most importantly, enable it with the context that we have, what you create is something extremely powerful. We principally work for the benefit of our event organizers and planners, and this is a tool which can be extremely helpful for them. I'm gonna show you a couple of quick examples. Right? I'll assume it's the it's day one of the event. It's 10AM, and I really would like to know between my key people, like my speakers, my VIPs, my board members, how many have checked in and how many have not, and most importantly, who has specifically did not who has not checked in and what is the probability of them coming. It's a complex query, but because we have access to all of those real time datasets, what you see is an instant report that gets generated, which tells you by category what is your attendance rate looks like. But most importantly, please focus your attention on this section. It tells you specifically which guy has not come so that you can absolutely nudge the right people if you wish to. And based on past behavior, you can actually also understand what is the likelihood of them coming. And most importantly, you can quickly draft an email, and this essentially is a smaller function, but you can draft an email that you can send to whoever it needs to be sent to. This was a simple use case. Now take things a little bit or a notch higher. Now imagine a situation where you have finished your event, you have relaxed because you obviously deserve the break, and then you come back and you start planning your next addition. Now given the fact that you have access to all your prior events, you can essentially use this for much effective planning. My next question I wanna showcase is, what happens if I'm an event planner and I want to understand the no show pattern for my events that have happened in the last three years and my immediate event that I just computed? And most importantly, if I want to know that by different vectors, by company type, by industry type, by the kind of titles who can come, and how I can use all of these different data points to actually leverage and understand how can I plan better? Obviously, a pretty important question, but let's see what the response really looks like. It obviously goes back into your historical patterns and tells you realistically how many attendants or what kind of attendee attendance that you can actually expect. Most importantly, you can get this data by different vectors, which is enterprise software, which is different categories like the kind of companies. The same information you can get by companies, by title, and I think this is where it becomes extremely powerful. And not just there, you can use this for not just forecasting, but actual planning. For example, what kind of session room capacity that you should think based on what happened last year? How should you think about how many people to put or how many people will attend, what kind of session, and how the room sizing needs to be? The same data points can actually be used in understanding staffing in terms of how much staff to put in what part of the event, how many registration and check-in, how many in sessions, and whatnot. And, similarly, it can also give you registration strategy and other important things. It is super intuitive. The quality and the kind of questions that you can ask is absolutely up to you. And I think this is where it becomes extremely, extremely powerful. With that, I would like to conclude my session today, and I hope all of you have got a good understanding of what we are building. And with that, I would like to say thank you for joining me in this session, and please feel free to go to www.filler.com to see what we are actually building. Have you said you broke the chat with this demo? You broke the chat. I mean, the moment you stood up, like, you know, and, like, you showed us with multiple cameras. I mean, this this demo day is now on a different level. At this stage now, I'm curious to see what others have in store ready for us. Just a reset for the room. I'm, I'm, super excited to have you all. Thank you, Abhishek. Thank you, Phil. Drive. Everybody's asking, where is the recording? Oh my god, people. Where were you at the beginning of this? There's no recording. There's no recording. This is live only. There is a recording only for the Bull Push Plus members. If you don't know what Bull Push Plus is, you're gonna get an email with that at the end of it. I love the chat energy. You love the gifting gift action. I want more gift action, to be honest, slightly more, because, like, I know you can do better than this. And the next, speaker joining me on stage is Jessica at Smugo, who's, gonna take us through their, launch and MCP server integration. I'm gonna read, the elevator pitch. Can we bring Jessica on stage? Do we have Jessica on stage? I see Jessica. What's up, Jessica? Thank you for joining us. Okay. Zwiga's MCP server connects your event data directly into AI tools you already use. No exports, no engineering tickets, no data. We talked about MCPs for the forefront. Everybody's talking about this, Jessica. Now is the time to show it. Take it away. Alright. I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen and start talking through a couple things. But I'm Jessica Fields. I'm a VP of engineering here at Swoogo. I'm so excited to show you what we've been working on, what we've released for this. We've been aiming to solve two problems. One is this classic data problem. How do we take all of this event data that we're collecting across all of our event portfolios and really service that in a way that's useful for marketing and for ops, you know, for proving ROI. And then two, the super exciting part of this is how do we bring AI into Swoogo and into our event tools in a way that genuinely creates value. So we really made kind of a deliberate choice here to solve both of these problems by building the Swogo MCP server. So instead of just building AI into Swogo directly, we built this bridge that brings Swogo into the AI tools you're already using. And so we're also investing in AI native features inside Swoogle, but the MCP kind of gives you that optionality, and it works with the tools that you're already using today. So in your AI workspaces, you're gonna have access to that event data. You're gonna have access to that Swoogle data. So today, you'll see the Swoogle event data that I have in my account is flowing into Claude, which is the AI tool I'm using. But you can ask real questions in natural language about your events. And you can ask things like how many people registered, but you can also ask things like what's the impact, how do we do things differently next time, how are we mapping this to revenue. So these are all those deeper, more valuable insights that you're gonna get, from having access to your event data in these tools. So I wanna go ahead and just start with a quick prompt and get it spinning because, as we know, sometimes these take a couple of minutes to run. But I'll show what's happening here. I'm connected to the Swogo MCP. Under the hood, it's using the API to pull deterministic data. So we know that this data is secure. We know that it's accurate. It's all of the Swogo data that we're expecting to see. It's all of my event data. And then I'm really using the power of the LOM to do the analysis and to bring me the summary. So it's looking at these tools. It's finding the event. You know, I specifically said, can you look at my building in Swoogle foundations event, part of a workshop series? I could have just said foundations. That's what's awesome about these tools. You're talking in natural language. You're doing this analysis. And you can see as it goes through and it gets the event information, it pulls the registrants, it's pulling sessions, it's pulling attendees, All of that awesome event data that you have in Twogo, you're pulling that into your workspace. So what we can also see with these AI tools that's so great is that when you're in your own workspace, you're getting that contextual information as well. You have the organizational information. You have the layered information of doing this analysis. So let's say that I've been in this tool all day. I'm using, you know, Claude or I'm using chat DPT. I'm running reports. I'm prepping for my events. And I'm not switching back into Swoogle here. I'm just saying, can you give me this information? Because I'm trying to build some data or I'm trying to look at a dashboard here. And you can see it's already pulling up, you know, this visualization, which is really nice as well, showing me about my registrations, giving me a status breakdown, showing me all my sessions. And then it's giving me, like, a little bit of analysis. And I didn't ask for too much here. I didn't drill into anything super specific. But, obviously, you can, and we're gonna show a little bit of that too. One of my favorite things to do is look at, the registration responses prior to an event, or post survey responses and to do a little analysis there. So in one of my events, you know, I would love to see what kind of workflows people are interested in automating and break that down by industry. This is really helpful to figure out how to audience fit your content for your sessions. So I can go ahead and have it find this event, find this information, and then it's going to tell me a little bit more about what, what my registrants are interested in so that I can prepare, this data. So it's going through and I I use, you know, q three workshop event. That's not super specific. So it's gonna go try to find that, and it did. Building in Swoogle, advanced workflows. And so then it's gonna pull that information directly from my Swoogle event. It's gonna find the fields. It's gonna find the workflows of interest and pull all of that information together. So, again, as I mentioned, when you're using these tools, you know, they take between sixty seconds, a few minutes, and we're really looking at a lot of data and we're looking at it live. And so we're always pulling fresh data, and I think that's a really nice benefit as well as you get the fresh data combined with the context, combined with the power of the LLMs. So you can see that it's it's crunching through that. I don't wanna spend too much time here. I have pulled that pre report, so we'll let that spin and kinda wanna show you here. You know, I asked this question earlier just so you could see the results, but we're able to see people's, favorite sessions broken down by industry, and we're able to see, you know, some more of that analysis data. So, as these tools spin, you're gonna get that information back in just a couple of minutes. One of the other questions that I love to ask, or use these tools for, again, is kind of survey data. What was the sentiment about my event overall? What types of things should I change? What, type of topics are my attendees asking me to cover at the next workshop. So that's something that, you know, I can ask as well. And I can pull that up here and just show a little bit of that information. So what topics are attendees asking us to cover at the next workshop? It's gonna pull that information because we already have all the reg information from the event. So that's awesome. It helps, like, spin that up a little bit quicker. And then you get this great breakdown of seeing, you know, advanced reporting, reports and dashboards, survey collection, and analysis. And so that's really interesting to me because as we mentioned, one of the problems that we're trying to solve with the MCP and in general is data and surfacing data and look at what the attendees are asking for. You know, they're asking for this advanced reporting and survey collection and analysis and a better way to look at their data and to really pull meaningful insights out of it. So it kind of shows that just, you know, adding the MCP into your AI tools, you're gonna get that data and you're gonna solve that problem. Alright. One of the other things that love to do here is kind of compound analysis. So there's a couple ways to do this. If I need to pull a report, I want to look at kind of cross event reporting and portfolio. I can ask things like generate an analysis of my workshop series and tell me what things went well and to show me that trajectory of this series. I ran that as well. It takes about five to ten minutes. But just in a couple sentences, I'll share that prompt. You know, run a full post of analysis of the series, pull in all of this data, what should I do next time, what went well, and you're gonna get all of your Swugal event data that's pulled in in a way that's really meaningful, information about registration funnels, information about attendee sentiment quarter over quarter, session engagement signals, and then action items. So I think this is what's really, really useful. You're able to kind of generate this information in a way that works for you. It fits your workflows, and it also fits the things that you need to deliver to your team. So you can draft this information in a way that's meaningful to, you know, your CMO, but then also your content planner. And then the other compounded workflows that we like to use are pulling in your sales and marketing tools as well. So just like we have the SuGo MCP connector that you can put in your AI workspace, you can also pull in those type of sales and marketing tools. And that's where you really start to get a full picture of your event data, of your pipeline. You can see the impact of your event and how it affects your marketing and sales pipeline and revenue. They really bring all of that information together. And I think that's really the power of having Swoogo in your AI tools and having your event data in your AI tools. You have all this information in your workspace. And so it's great for, you know, day of planning. You can check check-in stats and attendance rates. You can see, you know, how your event's going, the flows, where people are moving to. But then you can also use it for planning, for analysis, and for prep. And so, so I'm really excited about this tool. And I just wanna thank you for giving me the opportunity to share this with you all. I hope this really resonates and gets you excited about the impact of AI tooling and data. That was awesome, Jessica. A lot of questions about MCPs, in the chat. Please do take on that if you have any resources from Zwogo. You are at the forefront. We'd love to see that. So thank you for being with us and for this amazing demo. We're gonna reset the room. Bye, Jessica. Thank you, Zwugo. You know, we're gonna go to our next up presenter coming up very soon. Here I am. That's, that's awesome. Let's bring them up on stage. And, for the next one, we're gonna have the very, amazing people powering this platform, recently acquired by, the incredible people at Cvent. And, you know, I'm excited for this one. I'm excited because, I obviously have a hand from, Gold Cap and I have MacNeil, you know, who's been, adding the product at Cvent for so long. I mean, this is, this is becoming, an incredible moment for all of us. Okay. Well, I mean, I'm not gonna give an elevator pitch for Cvent here, to be honest. And, gentlemen, please do unmute yourself so we can hear you. Just get getting ready for that. But, like, yeah, Cvent and Goldcast have hundreds of teams, thousands of them, they say, extend the life of their event content with a gigantic video editor, AI driven snapshot summaries. I mean, this new joint venture of Gold Coast and Cvent. Oh my god. This is we're making news today as well, MacNeil. And first off, let me thank you, Gold Coast, for the support for all of our events. And MacNeil, thank you for being an active member of the Bull Push Plus community and be there. So we appreciate you both. Take it away. Thanks, Julius. Very excited. So we we all know that, events both in person and virtual has incredible content, and we're kinda in this era of, like, how do we do more with that. Right? How do we amplify that content? And there's a lot of cool solutions within the Cvent portfolio to help you do this. So we're gonna go through two. One that's specifically focused on how organizers can amplify that content and then how your attendees can also really just get more value from that content moving forward. So I'm gonna share my screen real quick, and show you kind of the back end of Goldcast. So, again, as Julia said, you're in you're seeing the event right now in Goldcast. You're getting the experience. But in the back end, there's so much you can do with the actual content itself. And so we have a feature called ContentLab that allows you to essentially repurpose and edit all that video content, whether it's coming directly from your webinars and event streams or if you're uploading it directly, like, from an in person event or some other source. So once you get in there, you can go find that video and edit it. I'm gonna show you how that works. But I wanna quickly call out a few things. First of all, we have this AI search functionality, so you can search across your full library of, video content, all your webinars, your events, in person recordings, and find clear topics, blog posts, clips around themes and topics you wanna share out to the market. Once you go into a specific recording so this is, myself and some of our product leaders at Goldcast today. We do a quarterly event, just showcasing what we've updated. This was from that. It's called spotlight. This is a full recording here. It's about fifty two minutes as you should see. You can highlight any piece of this, and you can create clip from that. We also specifically create clips for you with AI as well as other content assets. So this is an example of AI generated blog post that has inline video clips. You can change the the the tone of voice of the blog content as well as the email and the the social content to make sure it matches your brand. And there's a lot of cool stuff in the back end where it allows you to kind of tinker with that. I'm not gonna show that today. What I'm gonna specifically focus off today is how we have an agent to edit that allows you to edit that video content and those clips. So this is a clip. It's a twenty five second clip that I created from that longer spotlight event. I'm gonna quickly play it for you. Hopefully, I'm sharing sound, but if not, it's not the end of the world. But I'll play this, I'll play this quick clip, just a few seconds of it. So if you didn't hear sound, no worries. It's not shared. So let me let me try doing it again with, with sound. Maybe that might make it there we go. Here we go. There we go. Alright. I'll play it again from the beginning. I'm just gonna play a few seconds of it. It's not a big deal. You excited for the day, Autumn, Courtney? I am. I am. I'm fine. Either way, nothing exciting. Just us on stage. We're just having a little bit of a conversation. What you can now do in the top right, there's this option called AI edit. You click into here, and you can ask AI and our Genpix edit to do the edits for you. So a few things here. First, we have a bunch of, like, recipes that you can choose from. We have a ton. Right? And so you can choose if it is it a dynamic dialogue? Is it a demo? Are you showcasing something? Is it an interview? Is it a monologue? You can choose the different recipes, and it will adjust to edit that video content based on those criteria. You can also custom build your prompt in here based on what you're looking to do. Essentially, the Jentic editor will do things like adding, b roll, zoom effects, scene changes, background music, etcetera. So in this case, I would pick a recipe. I would hit start, and it will go through the process. I'm not gonna go through this full process with you all because it it takes about a minute or two. But as you see, analyzing everything, it starts preparing kind of the edits for you. I have a version that I did yesterday. And so this is what the output is of the agentic editor. Same clip. I'm a quickly play this. I'm in Courtney. I am. I am. I'm fighting some allergies, so it's a little rough, but I I'm excited either way. So as you see, it's it's essentially just made that clip a little bit more engaging, more entertaining. It gets you probably, like, 90 to 95% there. I always like to go and make some manual adjustments. You can add additional callouts if you want. One thing I always like to do is, add in additional imagery. So if I wanna put the Goldcast icon, technically, this should be the Cvent, Goldcast icon now, but this was already on my computer. So I can move it around. I can add it wherever I want. I can have it fade in, fade out, choose how it kinda shows up. You can add video overlays. You can add background music, sound effects, all that directly within this Goldcast interface. Super easy to do. I'm a marketer. I don't have video editing experience. So but I can do it super quickly. It allows you to get that content out to your market faster, amplify that content, and really make sure it extends the life of that incredible, dialogue and conversations that you're having across virtual and in person events. So, again, this is on the organizer side, but you also wanna make sure that you're creating, like, really great opportunity for your attendees to have that memorable content that lives on forever. And so, McNeil, I'm gonna pass it on to you for that. Awesome. Thanks, Anand. I love ContentLab. It is, a little bit ironic in the age of AI, that we can use these AI tools to take authentic content created at events, and make this so much more. Because in general, digital content's been a little bit, noisy. So content from events, it's worth sharing. It's worth repurposing. It helps your events work harder for you. But what about in the event? We wanna make sure every session is memorable for all of your attendees, and we wanna reinvent the expectations. We wanna go beyond polling, q and a, and feedback survey. We certainly wanna go beyond the hotel notepad and making your attendees take a picture with their cell phone from the back of the room. So when they hear something they love, we tap into the soundboard, and we allow them to just simply save it by clicking one button, take a snapshot. So we're actually tapped into the sound of this webinar today, and I can click take a snapshot. We're gonna grab the last forty seconds of the transcript in the next twenty seconds because maybe the speaker hadn't just completed their thought. We're gonna summarize it. We're gonna label it. The attendee doesn't need to do any categorization of their notes. So I took a note, just this one's still processing. Took one of Anand here. I've got the label of what he was talking about, a summary of it, and the actual sixty second transcript along with what was on the screen at the exact time I said take a snapshot. So I can go back and look at some previous sessions, one that we did earlier. Let's look at the road map here. Great. Not only do I have the transcripts, not only do I have the snapshots in my notes that I found interesting, but I also have the key takeaways. So this is gonna be that summary of what was taken in the session or what was spoken about in the session and what were the takeaways. Now we don't just want the session to be memorable. We want the entire event to be memorable. So now we can take those snapshots, we can take those summaries, and we can weave it in to the story of each attendee's day. So we're not gonna have those end of day one summary emails that are going out to audiences one size fits all anymore. Each attendee inside the attendee of that is gonna get a story of their day. So we look at our daily highlights from Friday. Let's say I'll pull them up here. Now it's got every session that I went to, all the people that I met, all the notes that I took from that session, all the exhibitor booths that I visited, and I've got it in one clean narrative structure so I can share with my boss to green lit the budget. I can share it with my colleagues that weren't able to also come. And so when it comes time to get approval to go again next year, I've already written the business case. So we're certainly excited about, what we can do with session snapshots. And one of the most exciting things is just think about the data and insights you're gonna be able to get now knowing what's resonating with your audience in the room, what's resonating across every room, what's resonating across your whole program. So thanks for the time today. Go. Let's go. Let's go. Thank you both. This has been incredible. I wanna remind everybody listening to this, that, Goldcast and Cvent have, one of the perks. We said, what are perks? Perks are special offers that our technology and some venue partners are actually bringing to, our Ball Push Plus community which is where you're gonna find the recordings of all of this. And the content lab specifically is available for free and no cost for all Ball Push Plus members. So that's you're gonna get it for free, if you, get the pro the program, the sorry, the software from the oh my god. So very long day. This is my last one. See? This is the sign that Noah is gonna take it over in a second, but thank you, McNeil and Anand. We really appreciate your partnership and support. Let's give it to the next one. I'm excited with this because this is my my friend, Torben, coming on stage, and, this is our last demo of the day. Before the break, we're gonna take a break after this, VenmoBI is, is going to demo their event management platform, that replaces like, this is the event platform that replaces static websites and silo tools with AI that answers every F and D questions in context and takes real action across your systems. So events runs smarter, faster and with far less manual work. You know, I'm super excited to welcome, Torben on stage. Torben, unmute yourself and come on stage, please. Hello. Hello. Thank you. Alright. I guess I'm gonna start. Hi. I'm Torben, head of AI and automation at EventMobi. Over the next ten minutes, I'm going to show you two things we've built. One, that transforms how your attendees, speakers, exhibitors experience your event before they arrive. And one that shows what's possible when AI actually does something with your event data and not just answering questions about it. So let's get into it. Imagine this. You've spent ten months planning your event. You've run campaigns, sent emails, paid for ads just to get people to go to your registration. You've done everything right to get that attention. And then they land on your registration page and they have a question that you haven't answered or maybe it's buried three pages deep. Or honestly, they just don't have the patience to look. Because I I know I don't. None of us do. We'd rather ask. Here's what that costs you. The conversion you just paid for. Because if they can't get a straight answer fast, they bounce. Or, which I hate even more, they email you and now you've got an inbox problem on top of a conversion problem. Here's the thing. Events are about hospitality. That registration page is the very first interaction someone has with your event. It sets the tone for everything that follows, and that first impression deserves better than a static FAQ page nobody reads. So my question for you is, what if your registration page had a concierge that actually understands who it is talking to? And to demo this a little bit, I'm gonna put on my attendee hat for a moment. Oh my god. I've been looking forward to making that joke. Please appreciate it. And imagine I'm an attendee and I'm joining I I want to join this conference. So I have this little button here, which is our ask mobi.ai registration concierge and I can ask it a question. Now this is a live demo. I just copy paste the question because you don't want to sit see me typing. So what I'm writing here is I'm a university student. I heard about the conference. What is there about tickets to know? And you see it's not pulling from a drop down. It understood the context. And one thing that's really funny is when we prepared this demo, we put a discount code for students into the system so that in theory, the system could serve that discount code. But you see it understands what a student is, so it suggests a free ticket instead because, you know, students like free. So it's one question and one completely personalized answer. Now, attendees are not the only people at your event. You obviously also have exhibitors. So you know what's gonna happen now. I'm gonna put on my exhibitor hat for a moment. So I'm a different person, very different use case using the same tool. I'm asking it, do you have any details about the cost of sponsorship opportunities at this conference? And again, this is all live. It takes a couple of seconds. And you see completely different answer. Package tiers, pricing, the right contact to reach out to. And so this is one tool or two different conversations because it knows who it is talking to. This is the thing that no static web page can do. Different people land on the same page and get answers that are actually relevant to them. I'm gonna do one more. I'm very sorry about the color, by the way. That was an accident. I think didn't think that one through. But imagine I'm a speaker and I want to submit a session proposal and I am too lazy to search the web page about what's going on with submissions. So I'm asking askmobi.ai registration concierge here, what topics are you prioritizing this year and when is the deadline? And it tells me, I'm really sorry. The deadline has passed. You've missed the window. That's fine. That is the correct answer. So again, it draws from the program. It knows what's in the agenda. It tells me what's going on. And one thing that somebody mentioned in, I think it was Bizzabo that mentioned in the fourth leadership session is about, well, how do we avoid hallucinations? So what happens if I put in a question that it doesn't have the answer to? It tells me that's a great question, but I do not know. So we've really trained this hard to make sure it doesn't invent anything. And that's a guardrail that's nonnegotiable because you cannot have your concierge promising things that you have never offered. Remember that time when Ford's chatbot offered people free cars? We don't want that to happen to you. Okay. Gonna take my hats off. How does this thing actually work? Or how well, how do you set it up? It's actually really, really easy. There's three things that you need to do. So first first one is on the EventMobi back end, you set the brand. How should it talk to your attendees? Every event has a different voice. Julius is so fired up today. So you could tell it to be fired up or more warm and welcoming or maybe sharp and professional or maybe you want to do something completely different and you can just define your own voice and say, talk like Jon Stewart. Secondly, it already knows most about your registration site. The ticket types, the speakers, and so on. It read all of it. So everything that's on your registration site, that's already on there. But then there's also stuff that doesn't go on your registration site but that you would reply to in an email. So here you have the opportunity to upload any kind of other knowledge that is kind of not on your website but that people can receive when being asked when you ask about. And then finally, you may have seen this, there are these thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. So it gets smarter over time. If a question comes and the back end handles it poorly, you can see it. You can improve the answer and it learns. So you're never locked into a basic setup. So the result is that you get a higher conversion on the page because people get bounces instead of bouncing. And you have happier attendees because they feel taken care of and fewer emails in your inbox. And by the way, the show hasn't even started yet. But once the registration closes, you can just update it with everything attendees need to know, and it becomes your post registration course. Course. You have travel questions, logistics, what to bring, what is the best bar, one setup, and the whole attendee journey is covered. So I promise I'm gonna show you two things. That was about the attendee experience. Now let me show you what AI can do on the operation side. And this one is especially for everybody that's a speaker in the room. Eventmovi has a product that we call the automation hub. It's the one place for your integrations with CRM systems and so on, your automations and your AI workflows. And here's what that means practically. It connects EventMobi to over a thousand other apps, point and click, drag and drop. So all of your data is in one place. And if you know Zapier, it's like Zapier. You can use it to, for example, automatically translate bios and stuff like that. And you can also use it with any AI system. Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT. So it's not just moving data around, but it's intelligent. I'm going to show you what this can look like. Every speaker at every event asks the same question before they go on. Who's in the room? And until now, the question really is, well, here's an attendee list. And even if you wanted to put a room briefing together for every speaker, it is so much work. So this is how you could do it with Automation Hub. We built this speaker briefing that essentially every morning of the conference runs, looks at all the sessions that are there, and for each session, gets the session details, gets who are the speakers, gets who are registered attendees who have signed up through the app, and creates an SMS briefing and an email briefing for the speaker. I'm gonna show you what that looks like on my phone very, very briefly. So well, I'm just gonna hold my phone in the camera for a second. So you see there's a text message that automatically got sent, but also there is a there is a, an email briefing that got sent that shows you how many attendees have signed up, what are their interests, faces to note. It even suggests icebreakers based on the people that are in the room and based on their backgrounds. And, honestly, to me, this is something incredible, and this is something that was not possible before. So, yeah, that's what, that's what we're doing. You saw a plat a registration platform that can talk to your attendees. You saw automation that is predictable, that is easy to use, and that makes sure that you have control, over what you're doing. And this is, oh oh, sorry. Now I showed our MCP. That's I'm not even supposed to show this. Oh. Oh, okay. Okay. We didn't see it. Well, I mean, after the three camera demo, we have the three hats demo. Like, we're stepping it up. I love it, Torben. Thank you again for your dedication and passion to the industry. Look at that. People want hats in the chat, so I mean, if you can message. I'll give you my hats. I well, of the eight people, look at the look at the time. We're 45, we said. We almost had two hours. We're dead on time, which means that we're going on a five four minute break. We're gonna be back at fifty. I wanna see some action. You're gonna see some prompts right now. Danco going on stage asking you some questions. Share in the chat what you enjoyed. I wanna see more action on social media. AI Demo Day is the hashtag. Tag me on LinkedIn, tag me on Instagram. I'm gonna comment and repost everybody, so please do I'll see you there. Let's go on a break, and we'll be back with Noah. And we're back. Oh, that was a quick one. We recoup some of the time, you know, we're gonna go fast. We wanna make sure that we're on time. Thirteen hundred people connected live for this. Crazy. I wanna see a lot of action. If you have questions for the demo, this is an important message. Use the Q and A feature, not the chat, so you can get answers in the Q and A. Okay? So that's an important reminder for all of you. I'm gonna go and collapse for five minutes. I'm gonna pass it over to my friend here, no this side, to my friend here, Noah. Thank you, Noah, for being with us, and take it away. Yeah. Thank you, Julius. Super excited to bring it into the next part of this, and the rest of the day will now be dedicated specifically to the quick five minute demos, which we've grouped into different categories. So as Julius mentioned, please continue to submit any questions in the q and a. If there's time at the end of each demo, we'll make sure we're answering these. Each demo is five minutes, so it can be really, really fast. It would be great to get questions in, but we'll see what we have. And the first category of demos is media and content. So really excited to jump into these content use cases that we're gonna have. To start it off, we're gonna have Kirby simmering from EventEd IQ. So really looking to kind of jump into that, get to see more about, Kirby. If we could bring, thought up, great. So just to jump more into Kirby, kind of explain more what they're doing is they're gonna be demoing their AI scoring engine, evaluating hundreds of submissions across proposals, awards, and abstracts against your custom rubrics in minutes, scoring both text and images with detailed rationale, giving review reviewers an unbiased baseline that surfaces duplicates, cuts through fluff, and highlights what actually needs human attention. So Kirby, super sad to have you here and get to see this demo. Take it away. Yeah. Thanks, Noah. Hi. Again, my name is Kirby Simmering, and I'm the cofounder of EventEdIQ. Our platform can help with everything from education to logistics to data insights. But today, as Noah mentioned, I'm gonna focus on our AI scoring engine. It's gonna be quick. It's gonna be boring, and that's exactly the point. You see, I don't come from a tech background. I spent twenty years in the association world, and about half of that overseeing education for NAHB's International Builder Show. 200 plus education sessions over three days across nine tracks for an 80,000 person event. We get 600 submissions from our RFP. We had more than a 100 people involved in review. No matter the size of your event, this complex process probably feels pretty familiar. Lots of spreadsheets, systems that don't talk to each other, tons of data. So you'll likely agree even with current technology, event planning is still overly manual and time consuming. And while some of this work isn't the most exciting, it is critical for success. I knew it didn't have to be this hard, but I couldn't find the right tools to help. So I set out to build them. And that's how EventED IQ was born. Our AI scoring engine is part of a broader suite we call Content IQ. Tools designed to tackle pain points all across the education planning life cycle. But for most of us, the heaviest lift is in that proposal review. Whether you have 60 or 6,000 proposals, our scoring engine can add a powerful layer of intelligence to your process. Now we start by giving the system all the context about your event, which you see here at the top. A basic overview, a theme, audience demographics, your goals, successful past sessions, a scoring rubric, essentially anything that can help train the AI on what you're looking for with your education. We then upload all your proposals. Now at the start, I promised you a really quick and boring part, so here it comes. With the click of a button, the AI goes to work, and within minutes, it reviews all of your proposals for quality and fit. You can see a summary here in the dashboard with various data points, and you can click into any individual proposal for more detail. Now before I go too much further, let me be clear. We aren't trying to replace people here. There will always be Nuance AI can't know that your staff and reviewers do. This is an extra layer of intelligence to make their jobs faster, easier, and smarter. So how are our clients actually putting this to work? Some are using it before their reviewers dive in. When it comes to proposal volume, for example, one client asks us to flag potential sales pitches, which we all deal with. We found about 15% fell into that category and were able to save their reviewers time and not having to go through all those. Another client wanted to flag potential AI generated content, which you see in this dashboard. To answer that growing concern, do they really know our industry or just how to prompt AI? And generally, this can give your reviewers an unbiased starting point, so the task of looking at hundreds of proposals doesn't feel quite so scary. Other clients are using this later to validate reviewer choices and catch what gets missed. Not because their reviewers aren't great, it's just nearly impossible to connect the dots across hundreds of proposals. Here, we've tracked subject matter distribution so that you have balance across your event. We can spot near duplicate proposals showing where they overlap and differ and recommend combinations of speakers and ideas to create even stronger programs. And we can compare AI and human review. We all know the bias creeps in. Opinions vary. This validates where review is aligned and highlight things that may need a second look look so that no great programs get missed. Inside at scale is exactly where AI excels and these hidden gems are often what takes your overall program from really good to great. And I should note, all these metrics can be customized, all the findings can be downloaded, and we're working on APIs with various popular CMS platforms so you can seamlessly add this into your current flow. Now, back to my statement about this click of a button being boring, honestly, it is. And that's intentional. We didn't build Event Ed IQ to be flashy. We set out to apply AI and automation where event planners need it most for the manual fragmented processes, where the volume overwhelms a human team. So the data we know has important insights, but we just don't have the time to dig around for it. If you've ever been stuck in the weeds saying to yourself, why isn't there technology for this? Chances are that's one of the very real problems we're solving. Better decisions, less busy work, fewer resources, and ultimately, more of your time back to focus on the strategic decisions to grow and improve your events. Thank you. You ended it right on time, and I would disagree. That looked really flashy to me. I love the dashboards. I love getting to see especially the AI plagiarism check. That looked amazing. So thank you for joining us. Great to see that demo. I know we ran out of time, so we don't have questions on this one. But would love to get to move it into the next demo, and bring it into the next one because we're gonna be moving really fast here. So the next one's gonna be GetPica, which is the platform used to distribute photos and videos through face detection and events, allowing people to automatically receive the content where they appear and turn the official content into personalized engagement and brand exposure. So excited to welcome Claudio to talk more about this. Welcome, Claudio. I'll turn it over to you. Super excited to see this demo. Hello, everyone. There we go. Hi, everyone. My name is Claudio. Nice to meet you. And the key the four key takeaways from this demo are tailored white label environments, event continuity, twenty four seven dashboard, and time machine effect. So event, invest thousands of dollars or euro in design and photographers, but too often it's hard to measure the return. However, it's great that face detection is currently more and more in use and is no longer new to the market. So the question is, which solution actually fits to the goal of ToryVet? Maybe a solution which has fully white labeled platform that delivers photos and videos as well, basal face detection similar to this short video from Campari. You can see intro, outro, and the video that's shared as your own brand. So with GetPicker, you are not just managing content. You're activating your investment, the investment you make in photography and design. So So you save your time, you increase engagements, and you keep your brand front and center long after the event ends. Last month, I attended this great event, Interaction Valencia, like a multi day event, as you can see from my picture, really wonderful. And the thing that was clear is that repeated attendees value continuity. And with Yupika, you allow them to instantly reconnect with their previous events with the previous experiences as I did with my 2025, experience with Interaction in Hamburg. In effect, when you use this, you are building a branded content ecosystem where a guest accumulate moments over time and not just attend the single event. So how does it work? This is enabled by a very simple but powerful step, which is that each first time user creates an account using just their email address and a password or a simple single. And that gives you a persistent and secure relationship with them. Because this email address is persistent, if you want, you can even have a seamless, addition to data data collection that some client does in some event activation, like in this example from BMW, which then wanted to collect more information from their guest. It's important for you to understand that with Picker, you don't just get a tool, but you get to make the tool yours. Your data is your identity, is your way, and is your brand. So you can go the full whoosh with white label. You can go, like, a more similar and simple layer with the you get pick a look and feel with maybe just the simple, but beautiful logos on the photos, like in this example from Rakuten, where you can have a specific area with logos and some other area without logos. Like, headshot often don't need to have logo. Otherwise, people won't use it on their, LinkedIn. So the back to the very design for white label is not only the color, but can be also a very intricate design as you can see in this basketball finals event. So within the picture then, in this in this case, the clients had some sponsorship placement activation with, like, some big brands so that when the spectators at the arena went ahead and share the picture online, all the interaction were then, automatically reported into the back office, which is where you, as the event organizer, have twenty four seven access to the, data. I'm not gonna go into details, but, basically, this is where you can see how people engage with your picture and the event. How do people access to, the gallery? It's through email address. Is through a manual password, which you can use to send to the, c level assistance or through, like, a QR code. Talking about c level assistance and going to the time machine that I mentioned at the beginning, here is where you can have in the back office all your event photos, but it's too time consuming to find the right photo for the press or for your marketing team. So here you can select and index photos as you like so that out of everything, you get all the picture you want in seconds. Alright, Claudia. We're gonna wrap there, but thank you so much for that demo. Love how you're saving people time and, once again, helping people get photos sooner after an event and if that's a massive problem. We'll bring it into the next demo here. No no more time for questions, unfortunately, on that one. But thank you so much. Lovely to hear. Alright. Go to the next one. I'm gonna be talking about, Campfire, and they're gonna be demoing specifically their navigator for AI and events built into their platform where you can instantly assess whether the whether using Campfire in your event is compliant based on your specific setup, and then use the same tool to pre pressure test any other AI solution you're considering. So super excited to get to bring up Asaf to talk about this and show us what this actually looks like. Thank you for joining me. Looking forward to handing it over to you. You good to go, Asaf? Alright. Am I on mute? Oh, yes. Alright. So thank you, Noah. Hello, everyone. I'm Asaf Schuster. I'm the cofounder and CEO at Campfire. We just saw a nice presentation from GetPika, and there's another presentation about sharing, photos, with attendees and bundle them into personalized albums, right after me. And there's many more. So, what really sets Campfire apart from the other apps? Well, for us, photos are just the book. And, you know, everyone likes to get their photos at the event, after the event. This is really exciting. But what if you could, leverage this excitement into post event engagement? What if you could take this moment of excitement and make it more, more shares, more social shares and more impressions and, more, clicks on your CTAs and more traffic to your website. And, basically, anything you can personalize to your attendees after the event ends to make them come back to your funnel. And, you know, you have an event. The energy of the event is one thing, and the energy after the event ends is is is a different thing. Once your attendees leave your event, they, they don't look back. And it's very hard to get them back into the funnel. So, having those photos as a hook is one way to get them back. But personalizing the whole flow after the event is a whole different story. This is what Kemper is all about. It's about creating post event engagement, for the attendees. Now, I'm not gonna talk about Campfire. You're gonna see, other apps doing the same thing, sharing sharing photos. But I want to show you a feature that we created for our, users in terms of, complying with, with different regulations when they are using AI feature or AI platform like Empire, like many other events, many other apps. Many many of them you're gonna see today. And, you know, when you're an enterprise or when you're in a global a global company that have events around the world, you have to comply with different regulations in different regions. And when you use Campfire, you have AI and you have a biometric data, it can be risky. And they are very sensitive, those big clients to, to, to privacy policies and regulations. So we decided to give them a nice feature that, lets them assess, their event in different regions in the world when they you when they are using Campfire. Now I'm gonna show you how it works, but, bear in mind that what you're gonna see now is actually the extension of the feature in Campfire. What I wanted to do now is, is, to give you a tool for free where you can assess different apps that you AI apps for events that you are considering for your event and see how you what steps you need to to take in order to comply with different regulations. And, most of the apps that you see today are already in this, in this tool. And if it's not there, we just use our AI, engine to search the the app website and go through the documentation and the privacy policy and extract the the the different, technologies that this app uses. So let's just dive in. I'm gonna choose, obviously, I'm gonna choose Campfire, and you can choose whatever app you want. And then you go to a list of six questions, very simple questions regarding your event, regarding your attendees. I'm just gonna pick randomly answers to those questions, and I'm gonna do it really fast. And, once you get to the technology page, our system will find the right technologies that you are using or this tool is using at the event. And if it's wrong, you can, of course, change it. Sometimes it is wrong. Moving to the next question. This is actually the last question. And in under two minutes, you can get to your no. No. Don't worry. You don't have to pay, for this, demo day. We open it, and it's free for everyone for at least a week. So just click the feedback, orange button, and, and here is what you get. So you get a report where you can get all the answers for your questions regarding using an AI app in your event, whether it's the risk areas that you want to identify, penalty summary. I see my time is up. So just go ahead, use it for free, at navigator.campfire.ai, and give us a feedback. Next, we're gonna be moving into momentophoto.ai, which is an AI powered event photo platform where where, photos can be taken by professional photographers, collected, and then automatically categorized using AI and delivered in real time to people who appear in them. So lots to cover on the content side. Excited to have Justine, join us and take over from here. Hi. So let me start with a simple truth. At your events, you invest, huge amount of resources into crafting outstanding experiences, and these experiences are captured by your professional event photographers. Yet, 95% of your photos are never used, never seen. They sit in folders. They are shared too late. They are painful to manage. So with our AI, we are shifting event photography from archives to assets that serve your event objective. The area that I'm going to show you has been deployed on more than seven k events all over the world, and it will actually even be deployed across all VIP hospitality experiences at the upcoming FIFA World Cup, in 16 stadiums in North, America because we are both GDPR compliant and compliant across all states' jurisdictions. So with four minutes ahead of us, I'll specifically show you how to offer an engaging and customized experience to each, attendee, how to increase organic reach by five x, and how to reinforce your data privacy. So what I'm showing here is what we call the photo space. So it's the name of the back office, and you, as organizers, you have access to all photos in real time. At Memento, we've invested heavily into personalization and an immersive experience. So here, you can obviously personalize everything. But most importantly, you also want to validate and control this personalization. So within one click, you can actually access what we call a design overview, which showcases each step of the branded user journey. So what you see here is what happens after one of your attendee scans a QR code, that is placed at strategic places of the event. So you have full control over the experience. Memento was deployed on more than 7,000, events with various formats, various objectives. So we structured the platform by use cases. And for each use case, we have tailored workflows you can set up by answering a list of questions, and it's based on the desired journey and experience. So during the event, everything is automated with moderation workflows. So for instance, speakers, they can be pre enrolled. And so they get an email with access to their own photos in a private way even before they get out of state. And the PA can also receive the speakers for those on their behalf. A sponsor can see photo where their brand appears and gets branded content with their own photo their own logo overlay. And the sponsor communication team, they can receive all photos linked to their company's participation at the events. So you can see we have workflows for VIPs, for sensitive VIPs, and so on. So stakeholders, they access a personalized dedicated feed generated in real time. But behind the scenes, every photo is analyzed via facial recognition, logo and brand detection, interactions and event situations via AI rules that you set up. So you're not just organizing photos. You're actually distributing the right content to the right person at the right time and at scale. To report and improve, you have access to live advanced analytics. And for some events, what's important is what's happening on socials. So on this view, you can see all the LinkedIn posts that are generated by your community with your event photos distributed through Memento. So you access the number of LinkedIn posts, the number of interactions, engagement, the digital reach, And you can look at the activity over time. And it confirms that most of the activity happens during the event days or, right after. But a week later, the photos are barely used anymore. You can see who are your ambassadors, your top voices, and what what. Why what was their experience like? So these closes the look from content creation to distribution to measurable results. We all agree that even the most beautiful photos in the world, if no one sees them, if no one uses them, their value is zero. So with these new AI driven use cases, we can be far more intentional in amplifying the, impact of photos and turning this content into a strategic lever to personalize the experience for every event stakeholder to extend the reach, elevate the event status, measure the impact of photos, and straighten privacy. So this is why thousands of organizers, Mastercard, RxGlobal, Humanex, Morgan Stanley, Cvent, trust and deploy momentumphoto.ai from their end. Love getting to see once again that that transition, especially, like, the data piece was really, really cool. Would love to see more questions there. Reminder all speakers as well. Put put questions there, answer questions. I know there are a lot of people with amazing things to say about momenta. Moving on to the last one in this group in content, we'll be talking about You Chop, which You Chop turns about turns your live event into media networks for audience and revenue growth. So I'd like to welcome Florentine. If you could please join me up here. Yes. Hello, everyone. And, Great. Thank you for joining. Yes. So I'm Florentem. I'm a cofounder of YouTub, a live content marketing platform built specifically for events. Today, I'm zooming in on our speaker content engine. Every event puts months of effort into finding great speakers. But the moment they walk off stage, so does their valuable network, including the credibility, trust, and reach. Instead, NewJob turns them into the most powerful marketing channels, automated in real time and with results you can measure. Here are the speakers for this event. Each one is already set up with their preferred delivery channel. Email, SMS, whatever they want. Let's go to the content studio. So the content studio is the fuel of our engine, where AI processes the live stream and speaker clips are created. Simply prompt what you're looking for. For example, give me two speaker clips about risk each of one minute. Now it's being generated, and as you see, it's gonna be quite quick. Once they're created, you can improve by selecting the relevant text and updating it. Also, for the 100 plus speakers, facial recognition is suggest the most likely, most likely. You just confirm. Now for publishers who need full editorial control, we have the manual mode. Super easy, and user friendly. Search for specific topics in the transcript, like, energy, Create a moment. That validate What's it called? The speaker, and send it straight into their inbox. You can also double check the title and the automated caption. Now the moment that email is opened, AI tracking kicks in and all the fun starts, which leads us to the live ops dashboard. Now within thirty minutes of the speakers stepping off the stage, while they're still pumped, energized from their performance, speaker receive a personalized video highlight. Zero effort on their part. One click share, minimal friction. Let's have a look. 112 out of 135 speakers activated. That's 83% of speakers who downloaded or shared their highlights. We aim for the 100. And at this activation rate, we get more than 80% of your speakers to share it within the network. Now what would happen if we email them a week later? So what does 83%, speaker activation mean for your event? That's 2,800,000 earned impressions, not from your company's account, but from your speakers' professional networks. Organic, touch points your team can use to drive traffic to your company page. And at the same time, you can see who's publicly engaging with your branded content. C suite, VP, director, the peers and followers of your speakers, your target audience, your sponsor's target audience, and we give you the name, role, company, seniority, all relevant public information. Reaching millions is one thing. Knowing who they are and whether they're your target accounts, that's where the money is, Where Youchop. Thanks for watching. Any questions, Linda? Few seconds that I can Yeah. Yeah. Great job, Florentine. Loved how you broke it down so simply. We managed to have some time for questions. We'd love to to ask you a few there. So does YouTub build the content, or is this content that's uploaded from, the speaker, etcetera, or from the client? So it comes from the live stream, which is in just about two to a platform, and that enables us to create the content. Also, recorded material is possible, so we upload it. But momentum really require requires the the live. So that's why we're a live content, marketing platform. Yes. Okay. Great. Would love to know as well, like, who are the type of people that you typically work with? Like, what are the events that you're often collaborating with? So as you can imagine, it's all about the speakers. So it needs to be conferences where you have multiple speakers. The more we're not limited in terms of what we can create. So whether you have 100 or 500 speakers, we can do it at the end of event. Great. Yeah. Thank you so much, Florentine. Loved how quick and, convenient everything is. Thank you. Alright. Would love to have Julius back up with me now and getting to hand it over to him for the next round of demos. I know we're moving super, super fast, but would love to get that done. I'm coming. I'm here. I'm here. Yeah. How's how's everybody going? We're having a lot of fun. Just to remind everybody about the structure that we have for these demos. They're five minutes. We're talking about we're giving you the elevator pitch. We asked everybody to give feature, like, the dim of one feature, not more than that, and no call to actions, no spam, no nothing on that. Some people, like, you know, bend the rules, and I'm gonna scold them. So I know whoever is coming next is gonna is gonna respect those, so I really appreciate it. Hey, listen, the hustle from startups, but no more of that. And also, we appreciate you, being with us. The new category that we're talking about now is networking event apps. We just talked about content and media, pictures, a lot of that. For a reminder for everybody that is asking, is there gonna be a recording? Yes. There is. But only to our Bull Push Plus community. If you wanna contact these people, if you want nice recaps and stuff like that, you want perks. Some of these are gonna offer you special deals if you're a member of our community. If not, you know, take notes. Be here for the live event. It's free. Great. Enjoy it. Fantastic. So let's start with our, first company here. Let's bring up the slide, please, with the first company, and, this is gonna be 42 chat, which allows quick deployment of QAISMS, what WhatsApp chatbots that deliver 95, correct response rates and drive incredible growth in successful engagement. Let's bring Chuck on stage with me. Chuck, take it away, share your screen, and get everybody to see forty two chat. Alright. Sounds good. Let me give an introduction. I'm Chuck Elias, the CEO and cofounder of forty two chat. Ten years ago, way back in 2016, we created the first ever two way SMS AI chatbot for events. So we've been using AI to solve real business problems for years. Today, we've created what we believe to be the first and only fully integrated curated AI conversation platform. This platform allows us to quickly deploy two way SMS and web curated AI support with an authenticated event app that doesn't require download or a user or user sign in and also delivers year round SMS engagement. Our clients leverage our technology to create more successful engagements, which means more questions asked and correctly answered, more messages sent and promptly read, and more actions taken, whether that's clicks, registration, or tasks. I'd love to share the entire platform, but today, we're gonna focus on SMS curated AI support and engagement for events. But, of course, we can do this. The same platform supports a wide range of organizations and needs. Now everything starts on a mobile phone over text. Our clients promote, their bot on their website and emails on social as a way for their community to get the information and support they need about the event. When the user scans their personalized QR code, it, it's gen generates a text on their phone just like you see here. So when user hits send, they automatically opted in to connect through SMS. The bot responds by introducing itself and and showing how it can help. This promise of twenty four seven support is critical because it's what creates the value the user needs to gain for you to gain and retain opt in, and it's why our clients experience less than 1% SMS opt out. So let's ask some questions. Where's the event? This is live, so you get all my typos. How do I register? And I'm doing this over SMS. You're seeing real time responses. Can I bring my dog? All real questions that we've seen. Each of these responses is curated rather than generated. So it's factually correct and succinct. With the exact response, our clients approved in advance. It's consistent with their brands and their goals. So what about Wi Fi? Do you have Wi Fi? Of course, they do. Everybody has it. But you could see from this response that they can be fully configured to allow for sponsor and brand activations, whatever is needed. And because each response is curated rather than generative, it's impossible for any 42 chatbot to hallucinate or be manipulated into off topic or humble conversations. This gives you true brand protection from inaccurate and unreliable AI. Of course, events change quickly, so responses can be updated as often as needed and published without the need to retrain the AI because it's hardly been fully trained on millions of conversations for every relevant event topic. You just need to provide the answers. So let's ask about sessions. To see that when a user question involves hit send, more than a simple text response, we provide a link to the content. This link is unique to each user so we can track clicks and measure their successful engagements. This link opens in the user's browser to an event app with the information they need. Because the user is automatically authenticated through their mobile phone, there's never an app to download or or need to sign in. When I press the home button, I can I can go in and see different things I can do? I can click on my profile. I can update it. I can look at attendee list if it's public and a bunch of other features. One of the most powerful benefits of delivering SMS curated AI is that you open a channel that is always on and never goes away. That means you can send a message to your audience over SMS and be confident seen, creating even more successful engagements. As an admin, I have access to different features including the ability to send a notification. In less than a minute, I could say I'm gonna send this to attendees. I wanna say we just had a fire alarm go off. I'm gonna say false alarm. Sorry. And I'm gonna send that out. This message is gonna go out over text right away. It'll be it'll be, it's set and delivered almost immediately. And since text has a 98% read rate, you know your message is seen. And if I at any time, if I'm curious and I wanna see how users are actually interacting with the bot, I can come into the command center. I can look and I can see the entire conversation that I just had. You can also look at any point in time at metrics and see how what what the user needs are or whatever you're asking for. So this integrated SMS curated AI in a vet app, this solution is proven to create more successful engagements than any other channel on a or product on the market today. So if you wanna learn more, we'd love to talk to you about how to drive engagement in sales. That's what we do. Thank you, Chuck. Thank you for being on time. We really appreciate that perfect timing. And, you have questions in the chat, so go there so that people people if you have questions for one of the demo, use the q and a module, not the chat. So remember, if you want a dead targeted question, and but everybody will try to go back to their demo and answer those. So thanks, chat, Chuck. And, now we're moving to the next one. Let's bring up the slide and the next speaker. This is gonna be Ian f Fliplett. Fliplett's AI powered event technology provides, core event technology that can be customized to your need. Ian, take it away. Hello. Thanks, everybody. It's really nice to be here. Thanks, Julius and Boltbush for putting this event on. So I'm gonna be sharing with you today our latest version. It's actually beta. So here I'm sharing my screen, and what you can see is Flippet's software building platform. Customers for years have been using Flippet to build out event technology. It's our primary use case. And what we've been trying to do recently is bring AI into the fold so that our customers can build even more sophisticated features. And I'm gonna show you some of the stuff that I've been building with it just before today's session. So here's an example of a quick event app that I put together before today's event. You can see it's got a gender screen. It's got a venue. It's got attendees. And this was all created just by me chatting with AI. So you can see here I'm sending some messages to it, and it's responding, and it's building out this app for me. Now a common feature that we get asked about is I wanna increase engagement, during people during my event. And, of course, sometimes technology can be seen to not support increasing engagement. So I'm conscious that this is a live demo. So So one of the things that I've done is I've I've been, I wrote this prompt earlier where I basically said, I'd really like to help people network with each other. So what I'm gonna do is I'm just going to, resend this message, and it's going to tell AI to start building a customized networking feature directly into this event up for me. Now I've told it to put it on the home screen. So you can see here that it's kicked off, and it's starting to work on that. Now it's gonna be working for a little while. It's asking me some questions, so I'm gonna quickly answer it, and off it goes. Now, this is not the most exciting thing to sit here and watch AI, basically reason through, think what it needs to be doing, and and kind of, talk to itself. So while that that's going on, I'm just gonna quickly show you some of the other things that it's built for me. So, firstly, I gave it the the steer on my brand guidelines, and it's come up with this. I actually worked with AI to actually generate this design, and then I uploaded just a screenshot. So I believe that this is really gonna be a very valuable feature for a lot of event managers because often they'll come to us with, brand guidelines or screenshots, maybe some mock ups from their designer. All you need to do is paste them in and say make it look like this and off it goes. Also, with the gender information, what a lot of people do is they provide us the agenda information, historically in a spreadsheet, maybe in a Word document. Now with AI, you just upload your document directly in here and say, here's my agenda information. And it reads your document, and it goes and builds out the database behind your app, and it's completely tailored to exactly the agenda information that you want. The other great thing is, let's say that you're not particularly happy with how the agenda has been interpreted or you wanna make some changes, all you do is tell it. You just explain what you want and off it goes. And in relation to attendees, so, knowing that I was gonna be doing this demo today and and asking it to build out a networking feature, one of the things that I needed to do was make sure that it had enough relevant information about my attendees. So it's built out the search feature. It's built out the ability for me to filter by industry and location. And if I click on one of my entries, I get a lovely overlay with a lot more information in it. And you can see down the bottom here, it's it's got the LinkedIn link, etcetera. So this is an example of something that it's been able to to build out. If we jump back to the home screen, hopefully, I'm gonna be able to show you something very soon. This is a bit of a risk of doing a real life, demo with AI. Unfortunately, AI doesn't do things necessarily as fast as we would all like. But you can see here that it's having good it's working through, what I've asked it to do, and it's, it's figuring out what it needs to, to work on. Each of these actions completed is actually it making different tool calls and executing different steps and making sure that it's working correctly. What it will also do when it starts to get to the end of adding this new feature is it will actually start automatically testing it and verifying that it works. And if it finds that there were any issues, it'll start correcting the issues, and and tell me It will also not tell me that it's completed the work until it's verified that it's finished. So Again, you know, somebody was asking, you know, what vendor is it? This is this is Fliplet, and, you know, great to see how easy, customizing building an app can be. So people are appreciating. Go back to the chat, Ian, so you can interact with them. I'm gonna move to the next one. Thank you for being with us. Let's bring the slide up on stage. I'm gonna have next one, my great friend here and former Hopin colleague, Michael at HighBar. Michael is Event Tech Royalty and HighBar is the event app that, makes every attendee feel like a VIP without the complex setup. Sorry for the little bit of bias here, but we have shared history. We were in the same office. So, Michael, take it away. Yeah. It's great to be with you, Julius. Thanks for producing a killer event. The demos are awesome. And and hey, everyone. I'm Michael. I'm the founder of Highbar, and I previously founded Attendify, which powered over 20,000 events for over 10,000,000 attendees. And I got back into the industry because we're just at such a pivotal moment. Everyone is being asked to do more with less, more events, smaller teams, smaller budgets, and then you have to prove that it all paid off. And Event Tech has been slow to catch up. It's still services heavy. It prioritizes complexity and configurability, but Highbar is different. It's an AI native event app that helps you do more with less. And let me show you how it works. So right here, we're on a totally customizable and personalized home screen. Every attendee sees a slightly different version of this screen, but you control the order in which things are presented. So from the welcome message, from the curated section, to the AI summary, everything is unique. And the cool part is attendees didn't have to go through a survey. They didn't have to go through a complicated onboarding flow. It just works. All they did is log in. So as you click on one of the tiles and you'd start to dive into the recommendations, you can see the people we think you should network with based on your profile, based on what we know about you. And we're not just giving you recommendations, we're telling you why those recommendations were given so that your attendees can decide to take action or to skip. The same thing applies to sessions, to speakers, to sponsors. All of these recommendations are presented with a specific reason, And this is driven just by first name, last name, company, and role. But what you can do is go a whole lot deeper. As an attendee, you can configure your preferences, and you can set up custom goals. So if you have a very specific business objective that you're looking to achieve, type that in, whether it's meeting someone, connecting with a sponsor, learning about a topic, just put that in. The agent goes to work, presents you with those recommendations and the reasons why they occurred. So we are not asking you to trade off everything that you're used to with your event app. This is a completely, customizable and fully featured event app. We have our community area. We have an activity stream with photos, messages, likes, and comments. All of this is baked into the same experience. So your attendees are exploring the schedule, exploring the speakers and sponsors in the traditional event app sense, but they have an AI assistant with them the entire way. So whether they have a question about logistics or something happening, during the event or about the content, they can just ask and get answers. So tell me about the venue. Tell me about a key topic that's happening at the event. I'm looking for specific sponsors. Who should I see? It's all deeply integrated with the content, so you can click in and out of the chatbot and the event app side of it. So all fully integrated and incredibly easy to build. So this is what attendify was known for and what we've brought to Highbar as well. So the creation process is entirely step by step. You configure things in as little as thirty minutes. You have a live preview of everything on the right hand side of the screen. What you see is exactly what you get. You can click around everywhere and know how the app is gonna look before your attendees ever touch it. And then when you're managing it, you have a whole host of tools including managing the chatbot. There's a ton baked in here, and we're really just getting started. Highbar, it's AI native. It's simple. It's more with less. Oh, look at that. Perfect timing, Michael. A lot of love in the chat. I'll leave you to it to respond to all the comments. Thank you for being with us Thanks, Julius. For your continued commitment to event industry. I'm gonna bring up the next speaker who's gonna be Max at Marcus AI. Marcus AI is your personal AI event crew built around a specialized set of AI agents that help attendees exhibitors and organizers achieve their goals through intentional connection, actionable conservative conversations and valuable collaboration. Take it away, Max. Julius, thank you so much for having me. What a great event. Michael, that was truly high bar and, great great lineup. I'm really enjoying it just watching it from here. Marcus was founded about two years ago. We are a huge fan of event crew, who makes amazing things happen. So we are building Marcus as crew of agents, who can help the important things that matter to the event. We are on a pursuit, to really facilitate the right collaboration between the buyers and sellers or the attendees and sponsors. We have three core agents. We do many things with three core agents. The first one, is called an onboarding agent, which is what I'm gonna demo to you today, which is all about trying to find out, very simple question, which is why do attendees and sponsors attend the event? What are the event goals? And that's what I'm gonna demonstrate how that works. And then we have a second agent called Sprybe, which is considered as a note taker, for face to face conversation, which captures all the essence of, valuable conversation that happens at the event. The third one is called mark as wrapped, inspired by Spotify wrapped, so the attendees don't walk away empty handed after the event. It basically summarizes everything that happened in the event and gives you a very good summary. So I'll start with, the interview. So each of those And what Woodside Homes is looking for at the Builder Innovator Summit, so we can recommend the best meetings for you. Ready? I'm ready, but I'm a bit pressed for time. What do you know about me already? I see you're registered in the structures and systems track with interests in solar power, electrical systems, connectivity, and networks. Is that still your main focus or has anything changed? It's still broadly my focus, but, for this summit, I'm particularly interested in, home security automation. Great. Thanks for clarifying. Are you working on any specific projects right now that we should factor into your meetings? Yeah. In fact, I've got a project coming up where we're building about 300 units multifamily home in the Northeast Northeast Region. That's helpful to know. Any preferences for the types of companies you'd like to meet? For example, should we prioritize innovation partners or focus on nationally scalable solutions? I would prefer a nationally scalable solution because we do construction all around the country. And lastly, what would make this event a real win for you? For example, identifying a certain number of vendors, getting pricing proposals, or launching a pilot. It would be great to walk away with sharp list of two to three vendors out of this, so I can do the pricing proposal after the event. Thank you. Perfect. So to summarize, you're focused on structures and systems with a particular interest in home security automation, and you're looking for nationally scalable solutions for your multifamily home projects. You're aiming to leave with a short list of two to three vendors for pricing proposals. Does that sound right? Yep. That sounds good. Thanks for your help. Perfect. This will help us recommend the best sponsors for your one on one meetings. If anything changes, you can update any time. Thanks, Michael. So for the first time, you know, you actually get written goals for every single attendee, every single sponsor. So you can go edit it, or redo the interview. And when we're running it, we're hosting multiple events. So what we're finding out is through conversation, people get lot more reflective. It makes them pause and think about the intention. We typically do this seven to ten days prior to the event, so that they kind of come into the frame of mind preparing for the event. And these goals are actually used to do the matchmaking that you normally see rather than based on the registration data. This is precisely based on the event intent, why they wanna go to the event. And we're doing this for the sponsors and the attendees. And in summary, to my point about what happens is, not only we do pre event, post event, they get a personalized report card of everything that happened at the event. What were their goals? What did they say they wanna accomplish? What did they achieve? What's the entire journey? All the collation of everything that happened at the event because the app gets taken down seven days or a week after the event. So we want this personalized landing page to stay so people can actually use as a gateway to summarize everything that happened even. Well, that's that's marked as an action for you. Plan your goals before the event. You know, we've all tried the registration model, but the interview model is working phenomenally well. We're seeing great traction. Thank you so much, Max. That's perfect timing. I'm gonna move to our next presenter, which is gonna be the final for the category. It's gonna be Tom at Woom AI. Woom AI is an AI event assistant that lives in messaging channels like iMessage, RCS, and WhatsApp, enabling personalized automated and highly relevant conversations with every attendee before, during, and after the event without downloading an app. Just a QR code or link. Take it away, Tom. Thank you. Thank you very much for invitation, and thank you very much, to to give us this, just moment, this opportunity to see to be here and to see, to give what we are doing. First of all, we're building this AI this AI systems to the channel where the people are. So on WhatsApp or iMessage for US market or some other things. And also, because we believe that the communication is there, the brand communication is there where the people are. No apps, no, event platforms, because, anyhow, apps will disappear very soon in one year or two year times according to AI. And all of us, we will have our own AI assistance or AI agents. And this will be the this will be the game changer for the whole industry, I think, and how we build it. We have exercised around all our team around fifty years in b two b events, so we built through our enterprise, through our our experience, all of this. So first of all, here is one event on, on WhatsApp. First of all, when you build this assistant, you take your knowledge from the database. You can also put, like, a agent to it's API to connect with CRM, what is the most powerful thing, and then people can register it. And the most important thing is networking. Networking is quite complicated. I have the most complicated thing because it's connected to GDPR, data privacy, also to the, psychology and technology. Because some of us are are, introvert, some is expert. You know, the process is going, the people are, make registration, and they say, yes. I like to be in networking because not 100% of the people like to be in networking because somebody likes to stay in the corner all the all the day, etcetera alone. And then around, let's say, 66% of the people like to be networking, and then we come to the networking. And I say I can write, the network. And then, this is the case when, here in networking, it's only the people who apply and which say we like to be network. And we connect the data from the registration form. Registration form can be from the audience, can be also, can be through WhatsApp, but also from your registration form. Doesn't matter. We collect the data, and then in this case, here is the some delegate list. It's open the list, but also can be in other way done that the message can come here to your, can come to your here in the WhatsApp. And then say I need to put the first name because I see it in the in the this delegate list. And then, okay, it's asking for the last name. And what happened now? What will happen that, I will come in the direct contact. Okay. Search again. Okay. And then I will can ask again for the name and this stuff. But what is here is quite quite important. Then I come to the to the private, to the private conversation through WhatsApp with other SMB. The message come to you is the the message will come to you is, hi. I'm Tom. I'm like to meet you. My name I am about I'm the CEO of the company, and this stuff, and then come to one to one, WhatsApp, messaging communication. Also, what is very important, you can broadcast message to everybody. What is very, very nice And, about the new, schedule timing, about, new transport information, whatever it is. Also, can you can have full multimedia. You can have full interactions with the pieces posted and stuff. Everything inside the WhatsApp. And the game changer is also here. We move the events to the all year community event because when the event is finished, you can send some content summarization, videos, etcetera, whatever you like. But then from, every month, you can send some special report at this time just to Bantiff's life, not to be aggressive. And a few months before the event, send again, the message to everybody or the birthday stuff. So, also, you can find the sponsors. You you can find them with the current link to meet on-site, off-site, whatever you like. Thank you, Tom. That was great. And, also, thank you for participating in this and making it happen. We are done with the networking app feature, oh my God, I see some people from Australia. I see first of all, like all the DOGs for Event Tech are in the chat, I love it. We're gonna have a couple of minute break here, we're gonna be back at fifty again, so just two minutes to keep it, really fresh and, speed up with everybody, and Noah is gonna take it aware away for oh my god. The war awards are not coming anymore. For the next category, which is gonna be venue sourcing and management, we have some incredible stuff happening there. I wanna see some love in the chat. I wanna see some love in social media. Where are you people? I mean, no tags on Instagram. Like, no tags. Some of you have been here for, like, since, like, 2AM. Like, someone some of some of you have been here from, like, 12AM. Like, this is crazy. We love it. But you see, I mean, different levels different levels of companies of communication. We're, enjoying it. Also, you know, we're trying to contain a spam attack by one person that we're gonna ban. It's we registered with multiple emails. So the chase is on. Please keep on spamming those because we're gonna send you police. I mean, that's that's gonna be the next one. Right? We we are banning the IP. I love it. So challenge is on. Let's go on a quick break, and we'll be back in a minute. Yes. Yes. Yes. We're back. We're taking these quick breaks breaks to reset, make sure that everybody is on, on, on time. Thank you a lot for the team here. Thanks a lot to, Elias and the Trakta's team, to Dominique and Violleta who are, you know, containing spam, answering people. We're making this, and thanks a lot to Noah who's gonna take it away. Thank you, Noah. Yeah. Thank you, Julius. The next few sections are gonna be really fast. So we're gonna be jumping into venue sourcing and management, and we're gonna have three different kind of smaller groups of AI dem demos. This is gonna be the first one. So to to kick this off and start it off, I'd like to bring up Faith from Event Nation. Event Nation strips private data from your hotel contract, scans it, flags issues for you to select, and then marks which ones are important important to you, and then exports a marked up PDF to send back to the hotel in under five minutes. So really excited to see this live. Thank you for joining me, Faith. Take it away from here. Thank you, Noah. And thanks to Julius and the great team at Bold Push for putting all this together. The biggest problem in events today, as we all know, is that hotel contracts are so complicated. But when you put them through AI to try to understand them better, now you've created another problem, which is private data data leakage. I mean, think about it. You've just exposed your attendees, your speakers, and even your CEO's whereabouts to the public. This could be catastrophic and even career ending. So this is I'm Faith Kiser, and this is the reason that I designed the hotel contract review at Eventnation. So from the home page, you click here, and then you just take your hotel contract and upload it. And then here's where the magic happens. It's stripping out all your private data. If you'd like to see exactly what it's stripping out, you can click here to view it. Oh, okay. I'm sorry. Can you see it? Okay. Okay. Great. So I'll start over again. You take your your, hotel contract. You upload it. And this is where the magic happens. You click view here, and you can see exactly what private data was stripped out of the contract. Okay. I'm sorry. Let me get to Zoom and find out what's happening. I'm so sorry. I will be with you in just a second. Can you see it now? Okay. Okay. Alright. Okay. Hold on. I'll be right with you. What we always say is, AV is hard. AI is easy. That's the the fun one that a lot of speakers say. Super excited to get to see this demo. Can you see it now? Yeah. We're looking pretty good now. Excited to see it. Great. Take it over, Faith. Okay. Good. Sorry about the delay. So you upload the contract, and here's where the magic happens. So you just click this, and you can see exactly what was stripped out from the contract. You click proceed with analysis, and all the issues from the hotel contract are now analyzed. And we had put together a team of event planners that have a lot of experience to tell us exactly what issues are in the are most often coming up in the contract. Now you see these are flagged by high, medium, and low. And I want you to scroll all the way down here and see what your contract leaves out as well. Click download marked up contract, and then here it is. It's a PDF. It's ready to go right back to the hotel partner. And whatever you selected as the most important issue to you is flagged. And there's a comment that comes up if you'd like to know what industry best practices are to negotiate this down with the hotel. So that's magic in itself, but then also we have a peer network. And in the peer network, it's anonymous, by the way. No hotels or CVBs are allowed in the network, and the people that are allowed can choose an anonymous handle if they'd like. As we all join together, we're gonna get smarter and figure out exactly which hotels are the worst offenders. You can see here someone already posted for this hotel, and they put a little comment so that I know when I go into a market which hotels I might wanna avoid because they present the most risk. So that's our hotel contract review and our peer network. Thank you. Wow. Thank you, Faith. I'm impressed at how fast you're able to move through that at the end. What, like, what have you seen like, where have you seen that saving event professionals, the most time in the fifteen seconds we have? So it saves about five hours of a even an experienced person's time, reduces it down to five minutes, and gets a PDF back ready to send to the hotel. Wow. Yeah. Great. Thank you for sharing, Faith. Glad we got to get through the end of that. Of course, AI is easy and AV is hard. That's what a lot of speakers I work with always say. Yeah. Next, we're gonna be bringing it to, Jeroen at Ruku. Ruku builds VenueOS, the operating system that gives event hospitality venues a digital colleague, that supports their team on every customer touch point from first contact through planning to post event follow-up. So thank you for joining me, Geralyn. Super excited to have you on here with me and joining us at Volpesh. I'll let you take it from here. Great. Thank you very much, Noah, for that introduction. And hi, everybody. My name is Jeroen. I'm the cofounder of Google. I'm dialing in from the lovely city of Ghent in Belgium. Now before I start telling you what we do, I'm going to send out this email, something that is probably very familiar to a lot of you because I am a customer of potential customer of Acme events, and I'm going to do an event inquiry. Now why am I doing this? Well, with Roku, we're building a lot of things, and I'm going to show you, the tip of the iceberg. And today, I'm going to be talking about our AI sidekicks. And our AI sidekicks can be activated on any of these channels. And today, I chose email, and you already hear it coming in, because email is, yeah, where the biggest pain point in our industry is still happening. Right? Our email is managing us sometimes. So what we're building is an AI sidekick that we're feeding with all the knowledge that we can find on your company. We're teaching it how to respond in your tone of voice, and I'm going to switch here because what is going to happen, let's say you're using Outlook or Gmail. Well, first of all, we're gonna make sure that that email comes into our platform because there, we are going to have the AI agent, and he's now eager to get cracking. He's actually going to look at your email, and then he's going to categorize. Categorize what is actually in that email being sent, and it could be variables like, yeah, how many people, the budget, what are people actually requesting. Are they requesting a podium, AV equipment, etcetera? So once the agent scores what is in that email, it's then going to move to the next phase, and then it's going to go over to the planning phase. So, basically, once it has added its, labels, which you can use in your email box to, yeah, make sure that you, yeah, set in some rules, which could help you in in finding the ones that you need to handle urgently. Well, once it has that has been done, the agent actually moves into the next phase. And this is where it's going to start analyzing the email, and it's going to start writing away to CRM. So any CRM you might be using could be our CRM. It's going to start collecting the data, updating the contact attributes. It's going to validate the event day. It's going to look into your calendar, which could be triple c, could be open table, could, of course, be our, calendar. And then it's going to already create the venue inquiry. So it's actually here, you just saw the, event inquiry happening. And, basically, once it created the venue inquiry, it will actually already be present in your queue, in your pipeline. So, basically, for example, here, we have our sales pipeline, and I'm gonna take the bull push five year anniversary one. And if I go into this, you'll notice that all the event details are already being captured. It is linked to the right customer. The schedule is already in there. And if we look into the calendar, you, yourself, still have the option because you even know your rooms best. Okay. I think the walking dinner should actually be in the tower. The award ceremony could be a little bit smaller, and you can move it around. Now that's not the only thing. The agent and you heard the email come in. The agent is actually also replying to the customer. So in mere minutes, it's sending an email in your tone of voice, asking follow-up questions, confirming whether you want that, or you decide if you want that or not. But it can really help you tackle that email queue. So, yeah, that's what I wanted to show you today. I don't know if we still have time for any questions, but I'm happy to answer them. Yeah. Great job on timing. You you crushed it. Managed to do the quickest demo so far, I think. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There's one question that I see. Did you say that your email needs to go into your platform to use the tool? No. So we, basically, we move it into our platform to read and analyze the email, but the agent also lives here in your email box. So for example, this is the email that you see here as well. It's running all these actions, but we also sync it to Outlook or Gmail. So this label is being added by us, because it read the email in our platform. Of course, you can use our platform, but we understand that everybody has their own workflow, so we come to your workflow if you would like that. Yeah. How do you see this kind of integrating with a lot of different tools? Like, how are you thinking about, once again, integrating with a lot of different platforms? Yeah. So, basically, what we do is we build MCP servers, and this might be already, a a little bit technical. But, basically, we can integrate with the calendar of Triple Seats, for example, with, the API from OpenTable. And we give those actions, those tools that we call it, we give that to the agents. So if, for example, we need to check, the venue spaces from Triple C, we will do that, and then we will send it over to Triple C. Alright. Thank you. We'll be moving on from here. Yeah. Love the demo. Great job. Alright. So next, we're going to be going through, Hannah at apologies. We're gonna be going through Jordan at BackTrack. And we're gonna be talking about BackTrack, which is an AI notetaker designed for sponsors and suppliers to capture scheduled meetings at shows to turn them into usable transcript summaries, action items, and ROI reports. So, Jordan, excited to have you on and get to welcome you. Please take it away from here. Awesome. Well, thanks, Noah. Appreciate you having me on. And, before we dive in, I know it's been a long day for everybody, so I wanna make sure you all have your waters. Everybody's getting a good stretch in. We're all feeling nice and and ready for this and, that we all have our seat belts on because I know for the next few, we're, you guys are in for a real treat here. So thank you everyone for your time and attention today. Thanks, guys, for having me on. So as Noah mentioned, I'm Jordan Walker. I'm one of the cofounders of BackTrack here. We are an AI notetaker for events. And so what does that mean? We all do these live shows, live meetings, where you are going back and forth, meeting lots of people, having some really great conversations. But we noticed it's really hard to keep track of all those conversations in a real life scenario. Right? You're you're meeting one person, then you can pull the next conversation to the next conversation. So we set this with our tool. Hey. We're gonna make it really easy for everybody to understand what the heck you actually talked about and what the heck is actually going on at the event. So we do that by, providing our devices to users. They will use our devices then take AI notes, via our BaccTrack software. And what they get after the port after the fact is a report that looks like one of these two here. So if you're a supplier, you get an individual media report. If you're a show organizer, you get a show organizer report. So we'll talk about the supplier reports here for a minute. Number one off the bat, it's just really nice to know at a general level, what did I just discuss with that person? It's a week later, you're going, alright. Did Julius say this? Didn't know what say that? Instead of trying to guess, BackTrack will summarize all that for you. So in the supply report, you'll have a summary and the transcription of everything you chatted about in that individual meeting. Likewise, as we go further down in present here, kind of on my screen, we will also pull out what were some of the key words and phrases from that conversation. Hey. So when I get home, can I make some really smart decisions around, you know, this person was really interested in, you know, deployment and event operations? This person was really interested in ROI reports, etcetera. Likewise, we will also pull out what were some of the top objections in that conversation. So that way I'm not scrambling to pull together my follow-up material or trying to think, you know, was this person concerned about this or was that person concerned about that? I've all have all these objections laid out ready to go. So when I do that follow-up Zoom call, everybody is ready to go. We're all on the same page. So whether it's data as, you know, security risk, deployment flexibility, whatever the thing may be, those objections are called out front and center on an individual meeting basis. And the last thing that I'll chat about here in kind of the supplier meeting reports as we will also pull out, what we call first impressions scores. So this is a grade of you as a human being. Right? So were you doing the things that you would expect the person to be doing? Were you warm and friendly in your conversation? Were you professional? Were you clear? Were you engaging? Were you doing the things that you're supposed to be doing, in your in your meeting there? Right? Funny story about this one. This is actually a real screenshot of a a report that I had. And, the professionalism, as you can see it down at the bottom, I got a b score. And it dinged me for saying freaking busy in the conversation, and I went, you know what? I probably shouldn't say that to the CMO of x y z sort of company. So keeps you on your toes in that regard. Next, here on the left, I will talk about the show organizer report. So we work with a bunch of, organizers who bring our software in for their shows. And what we've noticed is a lot of folks have a very little understanding of what actually is taking place during those conversations. Right? What do we are people caring about this? They talk about this. So we put together an entire show report that's six to seven pages long, chatting about, hey. Look. You know, did somebody care about this topic? Was this topic interesting? What were the rebook rates? How likely is somebody to actually get business from this from this meeting here, from our event here? And so, again, quick snapshot of what this report looks like. We pull out trending topics on, hey. Here's what people really cared about and discussed during the conversation. And then, likewise, we also pull out any emerging topics during that conversation. So things that weren't quite a top trend, but came up often enough where AI is looking at it going, hey. Look. You should pay attention to this. And then, likewise, we also pull out meeting grades in the show organizer report along with, top product interest, other keywords, buying intent, rebook rates, and everything in between. So with that, I'm gonna give us all some time back here, but I appreciate everybody hanging out today, and have a great rest of the event. Thanks so much. Yeah. Perfect. Thank you, Jordan. Appreciate you being so on time and giving us some time back. I know we're moving fast through a lot of these. And just as a kind of recap for everyone, we're at the lead capture and insight section now. So I know things are moving really, really fast. We're jumping from thing to thing, but we're now in the lead section. We're gonna have a few more presentations on that, and then we'll be jumping to the next section. So I'd like to introduce, Hannah from Blink. Blink turns every conversation you have on the floor into pipeline before you pack up the booth, scan any badge, card, or QR code, capture the conversation, and sync it into your CRM instantly. So thank you, Hannah. Excited to hear from you. Take it away. Amazing. Thank you so much. Hey, everyone. My name is Hannah. I am, tuning in from Sydney, Australia right now. I'm the head of sales here at Blink. Perfect intro for those who do not know Blink. We are the platform returning those, real world interactions into ROI, through event lead capture. So Blink is really built for event teams like you who ultimately are done losing leads, done losing pipeline, broken workflows pre, during, post, and really want to maximize what they're getting out of that event channel. So here's what I'm hearing constantly just to kind of paint a picture of the problem very quickly. Now by the time the lead hits your CRM system, often three, five, maybe ten plus plus plus days later, momentum is lost. And often the conversations context with that is also missing, and what I'm seeing is a ton of generic follow ups being sent thereafter. On top of that, let's say you're going to ten, fifty, 100 plus plus events per year, Teams are coming to relearn new systems, new portals, and buy super expensive scanning hardware. Let's be real. And this is where Blink comes in. We are fixing that. So we are one platform and proposed to use for all of your events, the big ones and all the regional small ones in between. Now what Blink is ultimately fixing is we're improving your speed to lead. With context, you need to convert those into pipeline. So let me very quickly show you how. On the left hand side, I have my mobile here. So this is my iPhone. Now picture this, you're at you're having a great conversation. You're at the booth. I'm speaking with a guy named Victor. You can see his badge on the right hand side here, and I wanna get Victor's details into my CRO system. So I'm going to open up my blank app. That was a step ahead here. I'm gonna go to my universal card scanner on the bottom. Now opening up my card scanner I love the live demo here. This works on anything, by the way, business card, QR code, anything, any physical asset. Also works offline, so things dodgy Internet Wi Fi underground expo centers, your reality is it works. As you can see, the OCR has scanned Victor's badge, which ultimately is not giving me a ton. Right? Didn't have any of Victor's contact details. So with this, I'm just gonna click create contact. Now Blink AI enrichment, as you can see here, has also kicked in. If the badge like mine is missing anything, let's say, email, mobile, obviously, doesn't have a LinkedIn profile, Blink's AI enrichment is going to fill in all those missing gaps. So what I like to call is making it much more kind of CRM ready with verified information so you can actually contact Victor. Now right here, I can also add tags. Maybe you call them qualifiers, hot lead, warm lead, nurture, cold, whatever it may be, you get to set what these look like. I can add a tag right here. Just in the spirit of a demo, I will just click warm lead and event lead. Click done. I can also add some manual notes, whatever Victor and I spoke about. That's gonna go also go on his contact right here. I'll click save. And I just want you to see it. You can see all of these in rich fields. So you can see his email, mobile, LinkedIn, and even his company's website that has populated on his contact here. Now to note, all of this does flow right into the CRM system as well. Very quickly, I'm going to open up my AI notetaker. Now a couple ways to use this. Number one, ask consent, hit record, link will capture a lot of conversation while you're still talking. Or number two, how I personally use it, I'm gonna open up my notetaker, talk to myself while my while it's still fresh in my mind, and attach the contact after. Now I'm going to open up a note taker note I have with Victor. This is our conversation. You can see Blink has pro provided an AI summary, next steps, all generated automatically, and a full transcript if you want. All of this is attached to Victor's contact. And, of course, with the manual notes, the tags, everything is also syncing into our HubSpot, but we do sync to any native CRM. Now I'm going to quickly, in spirit of time, I know I'm very tight on time here, jump over to my dashboard. So I'm going to draw your attention to the right hand side here. Oops. Don't wanna add a note. Spirit of time, I'm gonna go very quickly. So this is our centralized link team back dashboard or back end. Now we can also manage campaigns through Blink where you can track, measure, manage all of your events right here with optional bidirectional CRM syncing. This is where you can measure your event attribution, your lead volume, by rep, by campaign, and which events are actually driving your pipeline. If I click into any contact, you also have all of that information. The AI notes, the tags, the enriched fields, everything from your mobile to the dash, all here in one place. And then, of course, we're gonna get that. This is just my live streamers live demos. There's a lot. Yeah. We're gonna wrap up there. But yeah. Thank you so much, Hannah. Appreciate you being the most of everything. Really squeezing your time in. Thank you. Gonna be yeah. Thank you. We're gonna be moving it over to BoothIQ next, where they're gonna be talking about how they can capture a badge, drop a ten second voice memo, and I'll also save your lead. So by the time you reach your next conversation, with iQ is ready to sync to your CRM, has templatized your action items, and drafted a personal follow-up in seconds. So I'd like to welcome Emily. Thank you for joining me, Emily. I'll let you take it from here. For taking the time to be here today. I'm Emily Wares. I'm one of the cofounders of BoothIQ. And as someone who has spent years in the booth and on the front lines of events, I know how hard it is to turn conversations into real pipeline. BoothIQ was built intentionally to match the pace of sales at events. We book meetings, send follow-up emails. We allow you to share your leads with your teammates and sync everything into your CRM while you're at the event. So instead of waiting three to five days after the show to follow-up with the lead, you can do it all in real time. So no more chasing your teammates to understand what was a swag grab and what was a real lead. It's all there right in front of you. And more importantly, we build those insights about that event for you so you can see the top themes that were talked about, use cases, problems, and tie that all back into pipeline and potential revenue. So when you open booth IQ, you are on the capture page. That is what you're seeing here. I'm gonna hit the scan badge. I'm gonna go ahead and scan this badge of good old Sam Wares here and use this photo. Booth IQ is event agnostic. You don't need a QR code or a barcode. We look at your first name, last name, and your company to enrich all the information on the back end. We also allow you to have some custom fields associated to your CRM. We know how important it is for your teams to understand what products are important for that person that you're talking to to be associated with, or maybe there's a region. When I go ahead and, Sam's information is gonna populate in just a second here, I can also leave a note. So maybe I met Sam at breakfast. I can put that here and click done. And now booth IQ is starting to populate the information. I can see Sam's LinkedIn account by one click. I can go ahead and say, yep. This is the person that I am talking to right now or connect with him on the spot, or I could go in and see him in HubSpot. There is nothing worse than when a client comes up to your booth and they're engaged with your team and you don't know it. Now with booth IQ, we allow you to be able to see those insights straight away. I'm gonna go ahead and save this lead, and then I'm gonna go back into all leads and look at Sam's profile because I wanna focus on having a great conversation with Sam, understand why he's at this event, and what he's looking for. And so in that conversation, I wanna relay all those details through a voice note. And I'm just gonna hit record and say, I met Sam at breakfast. His team goes to about 30 shows a year. He's incredibly frustrated with the manual follow-up process. Schedule lunch with him tomorrow and send a follow-up email to Sam with our information. Took me about thirteen seconds to leave that voice note. BoothIQ is gonna get to work for me summarizing that voice note and then taking the next steps on my behalf for that follow-up. In the meantime, because I'm in an event, and you better believe I'm gonna maximize my time and FaceTime at an event with a client, I'm going to send that lead to a teammate. So I can go ahead and hit share and hit my good buddy Jake here and send that message. Now Jake has all the details of my conversation with Sam, and he's gonna be ready for that lunch. So we're not gonna make Sam repeat himself at that client lunch. He's gonna go in. He's gonna know that we're all connected, and we're gonna have a great conversation. In the event I wanted to see my full transcript, I could go ahead and see my transcript. I could also see the picture that I took. So if that was a badge, if that was a business card, a handwritten note, or sometimes I cheat and take pictures of presentations, you can do that too. And BoothIQ got to work on my behalf. Here's my follow-up ready to go. Hey, Sam. Great meeting you at breakfast. I know you go to 30 shows a year. And BoothIQ was smart enough to attach the appropriate collateral in that. And then it also scheduled my lunch. It looked at my calendar because it synced. It added that lunch meeting. It was smart enough to know 12:30. And if I wanna add my good buddy Jake here, I could add him here as well. Because we're easy on time, I also wanna show that we consolidate all of this information into great insights. So when you walk away from an event, no more is it just a lead list. Now we're able to tell you how many leads you got across the event, who you engage with, and my favorite is top themes. So what did people talk about? What were the top use cases? What problems are we trying to solve? That really helps your sales team, your marketing group, and your product team understand how to interact with organizations in the future. That is what I have, friends. I think I have eleven seconds to go. Yeah. Nice job, Emily. You crushed it. Thank you so much. That was awesome. There's so much to cover there. It's crazy how much you can dive into it. And the fact that you can go to an event, you can have everything scheduled for you, and you can walk out. It's super easy and, for the most part, very hands off getting the meeting scheduled. So yeah. Love it. Thank you for sharing. Next, we're gonna have, Zenith AI, which Zenith AI helps event professionals collect KPIs that inform design decisions. And along with that, also, bring clarity to ROI discussions. And our privacy first sensors with our privacy first sensors measure attendee flow and sentiment across individual booths, education sessions, and the entire trade flow short. Trade show floor. It's a long day. Oh, man. So next, we're gonna be talking to Panos. Panos, take it take it away from here. Super excited to hear from you. Mhmm. Hi, Noantine. What a great event. I love the energy of everybody. Thank you for having us. My name is Panos, and I'm the CEO of Zinus. In a nutshell, we analyze the behavior and the experience of people, and we do this across events. We tell them beyond. But speaking specifically about events, we work with both organizers and exhibitors because one of the key things that they are missing from the events industry is concrete data and ROI. After an event, you might be an exhibitor, you might be an organizer, what do we say? How was the event? It was great. It felt busy. It it felt energetic, but you never have a concrete baseline, a concrete way to solve that. So that what we do, we measure the behavior and the experience of people. And what we do for one individual, we are doing this for what we do for one booth can do it for the entire show. So what we're gonna do, we're gonna jump straight into the, demo section. We're gonna show you the dashboard. This is a snapshot for one booth, one event, but and, again, what we do for one section, one activation, one lounge, we can do for the entire show. We can do it for a keynote. We can do it for a specific section. So very quickly, what we see on the left side is the traffic over time, and we're separating this into two categories. It's the traffic on the aisle and traffic inside the spaces of interface. It It can be a booth. It can be an activation. It can be a lounge. Some of the things that I'm noticing here very, very quickly, right right off the bat. You see how we start having an increase in the eye zone. We see an increase in internal zone where people are going to engage, and then slowly peaks, plateaus, and slowly goes down. On the other hand, you see a peak in eye traffic at 12:30PM. What this means is this is a missed opportunity. Most likely, if the space became saturated, and we couldn't we couldn't accommodate any more people, that space for improvement from an event design perspective and also from an an operations perspective. Other things we can notice, you know, we are we are computing the average dwell time, how much time particles spending in the different sections or different areas. We're analyzing sentiment. In particular, we analyze facial expressions five times per second, and we're scoring the intensity and the duration of the reactions. And this allows us to see things like this. When people were walking around on the aisles, their energy score was 74%. When they start interacting with our staff members and our demonstrations are displaced, it's down to 84%. Again, we have a lot of things. I'm not going to show you everything. We have daily breakdowns, demographics analysis, benchmarks, comparing sensors. We can visualize everything also as well based on the floor plan, where you have your floor plan, you can drop the different sensors, and then you can see how the impressions, the energy, the dwell time, how they change. We have time lapse. I I will hit play. You will see how it changes hour after hour and so forth. But, frankly, what most of our clients, whether it is organizers, exhibitors, brands, what they really care about is an executive report. So a lot of the time, the company will skim the dashboard and then jump to an executive report. And this report starts by showing the different errors coverage, and then starts diving into specific insights because data without insights, it's not helpful. What you really want to do is you want to drive design changes, behavior changes, and you want to have a narrow report for your leadership. So, for example, what we see, the hospitality areas worked very well. The bottom right corner was pretty much empty. Presentations drew energy, participation, and then we go in a in a great amount of detail, and we analyze and we see which which aisle had the most traffic, which aisle had the highest stop rate. People stopped here by 47%, but here only 23%. Why are people not stopping in this section? Is it this this counter? Is it the displays? Is it the products? And then we go through item by item, and we we analyze the visits and the demonstrations, the dwell time, the energy. We get an incredible level of detail. So this is information that the number one feedback we get from all of our clients is that they never had this amount of detail for the events before. We can analyze presentations, mean by mean. There's spikes in sentiment and drops in sentiment. We can see conversion funnel from ad traffic to booth visit to actual leads. We have best match for clients or industries and so forth. So, that's a quick demo. It's I don't know how how I don't know what you call this, but, everyone says vibe coding, vibe marketing. This feels like vibe vibes, I guess. So really cool getting to see kind of how AI can impact that that experience specifically, like, understanding attendees. Jumping into the last and kind of final group, we're gonna be talking about facial recognition. So for our last demo before break, we're gonna be, talking about Wicket and Jeff with the Wicket team. So the Wicket facial authentication platform streamlines event check-in and session scanning and strengthens back of house security by letting people authenticate with one of the one thing that they can never lose, forget, share, or fake, their face. So, Jeff, super sad to have you here, and I'll let you take it away. Great. Thank you very much. Again, yes, my name is Jeff Beam. I'm chief operating officer here at Wicked. We, as you say, enable sensational event experiences by improving that first experience attendees habit events check-in. As you said, we do this with a facial authentication platform that's integrated within the event registration and event management platforms and lets attendees check-in with their face. So they can't forget that or share it or fake it. To show you what this looks like though, we need to go to an in person event. So I want everybody to come up to Boston with me here, which probably isn't gonna work. So instead, I'll just show you what it's like up here in Boston. When I went to the Salesforce Agent Force World Tour event and how I use my face to speed up badge packet. So here what we can see is I'm logged I'm signing up for the Agent Force World Tour event, and there's an option here that they have called digital pass. And I take my picture, take my selfie, and I opt in and say, yes. I wanna use my face in order to speed up that check-in process. And so it completes the rest of the standard check-in process for me or excuse me, registration process for me, and it has actually created a digital embedding or a template of that face. And then that that digital template or embedding gets sent down to a device on-site. So I walk up to and in fact, this first of that first iPad there just confirms that I sign up for digital pass or not. Because if I didn't, I need to go check-in using a a kiosk for a standard check-in. Instead, the second iPad then confirms my name is Jeff Beam, and I am registered for this event. It's fully integrated with the event management platform. In this case, they're using Rain Focus. So it actually sends a message to Rain Focus to say, Jeff Beam is here, and Rain Focus then directly prints that back. I didn't need to go type in my name anywhere. I didn't need to go scan a QR code. It just streamlines that whole process. Now Salesforce in this case still does ID verification. We can actually integrate that into the registration process if you prefer so you don't have to do ID verification on-site. But in the meantime, it has it's printing the badge, and then the person very kindly shows me my badge and explains all the things about the world tour event. So that's how I did it at world tour Boston. Let's see this scaled up now. Salesforce has also deployed this at Dreamforce. And this is from Dreamforce last fall where thousands and thousands and thousands of people used Widget in order to speed up their check-in process at that event. And as you can see, people just walked up to the iPad on the stand. They're instantly recognized. Their their communication is sent to rain focus to print out the badge. They walk up. They get their badge, and they walk away. No showing QR codes. No typing into terminals. It's just it's very simple and it's fast, and it makes that whole process much easier so that attendees spend more time in person at the event, networking, going to booths, talking to each other, being able to go to sessions, and less time standing in line. As you can see, people just walk up. It recognizes them in under a second and communicates directly with the event management platform, allowing them to to streamline that check-in. This also is actually keynote load in where there were people were streaming into the keynote load in with Mark Benioff, where again, rather than hand scanning all those passes, there's iPads on stands and they walk up and just stream straight into the session, making it much, much faster. It's a completely opt in process. People can choose to participate, and they can opt out at any time. The data is embedded and very secure, and it just makes the entire process that much faster. So that was a quick tour. Thanks for visiting me in Boston, and I'm happy to take any questions in the in the minute I have remaining. So Oh, man. That was awesome. Short, sweet, kept it simple. Love the visual demo. That was a great way of just getting to show what what you're able to do. Where where else are you deploying? Where else can people try this out? Yeah. So we've we've, we actually got our start in sports. So we're in a ton of sports stadiums. We're in about 40 or 50 sports stadiums around the country, but a lot of major events from NVIDIA to Salesforce to Sage just did it to Workday. A lot of big companies are using this at their events to really streamline that that check-in process as well as back of house security to secure, like, speaker ready rooms and VIP areas. So it's really broadly deployed and would, you know, love to love to share more about it. Massive endorsement from me to Wicked and Field Drive, both technologies. They, like, any registration without them, like, takes way more time. So I recently witnessed I was at Dreamforce. I've tried it. Tried field drive just to keep it even here. Just the technology is an endorsement for both of you. Congrats for what you're doing. And listen, people, we have done our run of show thank you, Jeff. On our run of show, 29 to be ready with this. 29. Like, honestly, it took, like, some extra thirty seconds. We are, you know, we are a spot on time, and we're gonna take a quick break here and move to the next category, which is gonna be marketing. And so I'm gonna be the one moderating this. Thank you, Noah, for powering through a little bit of hiccups. Making hiccups. We recovered. We're rocking this. What is happening in the chat? What is happening in the chat? I wanna see some more GIFs. I wanna see some more action on social media. AI Demo Day is the hashtag. We'll see you in around three minutes or so. Give us some time to refresh, and we'll be back. Well, let's go, let's go. It's the marketing category. I'm so excited for this one because, yeah, event marketing is a major pain in the neck And, we're gonna start our next round of demos. Let's, bring up the first slide on. Feedback noted. We're gonna have lower thirds for demo day number two. A reminder for everybody as well, if you didn't miss if you missed this, we have almost 1,500 people connecting live to this. This has been crazy. We have a lot to go through. We have, a demo day live that is going to happen in Barcelona. If you're a planner, you come for free. And if you're a startup, you exhibit for free. Also, we're gonna have an on stage content session. We just announced it. You're gonna get a recap together with a special offer to join Bot Push Plus, to get all the recordings of this. This is only for Bot Push Plus people. Alright. For the next set session and demo, Hong and Kiki at Aleafia. Aleafia is the only AI powered intelligence platform for event operations built for modern event teams. It integrates with the tools planners already used to centralize details, automate busy work, and instantly generate high value deliverables. Take it away, Kiki and Hong. Is for high-tech companies. So I know firsthand how manual and cumbersome and stressful event planning can be. Details are scattered all over the place, buried in emails, but across tools and sheets that don't always talk to each other. So in the age of AI, there has to be a better way. Right? I just know it. That's why we built Alethea, a unified AI power platform that works with tools that you already use. So bringing everything together in one place, the central command center. Today, we're showing you one feature, budget playground. So you'll see how Alethea can help you create a budget, analyze it, experience what truly an agentic AI workflow looks like for the event planning process. We, as an event ops tool, can bring two insights, support decisions, help you save time. Our goal is very simple. Planning, less chaotic, and make it more efficient. So now I'm excited to welcome Kiki, our lead engineer, to walk you through the solutions. Take it away, Kiki. Great. Thank you, Hong. So today, I'm gonna show you how Alethea can take one or more hotel proposals you've gathered and turn those into a comprehensive budget in a matter of minutes rather than hours spending time pulling in data, putting into Excel spreadsheets, and modeling it yourself. So I'll start by uploading these two proposals that I have for our event and ask Alethea to do the analysis. And what you're gonna see is two agents activate. So instead of spending hours going through these two proposals, manually extracting each item cost, organizing things into a spreadsheet, setting up calculations, Alethia extracts all the relevant details for you, working in the background, and performs the analysis and calculations that you would otherwise do manually. So if you look here, when it's done, Alethea gives you a couple of budget scenarios for each proposal. And along with those budget scenarios, it does give you leverage that you can use to to check and, to compare the two budgets or up to three budgets you can compare at a time. Aleafia is event trained and understands the context of your events in detail such as how to correctly calculate, taxes, guest room tax, service room taxes, all inclusive fees like resort fees, and it's extracted here for you and develop this full budget for you. Now in this case, it tells you where all the data comes from. Some of this data comes directly from a hotel proposal that we have extracted. But there's other data that you will see signified by the blue dot. Dot, and this data means that it was taken from Alethia's own knowledge and training of real world events and work stream cost. Now I can look at these two proposals next to each other and determine one of them looks a little bit better on with my, with my budget, my ideal budget. So when I propose this budget, you're gonna see that, again, a couple of agents become active. And remember I said that our system is designed to help you do work that will otherwise manually be done. We've also designed a system that's proactive in getting you to the next step. So that first deliverable we're going to create for you is your budget lines. And your budget lines are are downloadable as Excel, CSV, PDF. You can work with them wherever you need to work with them. And once you have a proposed budget, we can also help you create rapidly a create a budget analysis deck. And this is a deck that you can share with leadership and get approvals to move forward. You don't have to prompt Alethea to build that deck for you. It knows that it's an important next step in your workflow, and it automatically puts your budget into a beautiful branded format that's great for you to tell your story to execs. We've also got some insights that you can look into with Alethea. So instead of just giving you random data that's only on the thing that you thought you were uploading, it pulls in all the context around your event connected to all the different systems that you have connected, and it gives you insights that are actionable. And it tells you things that you may not have seen just looking at the proposal itself right up front. So now if I go back to these deliverables, you're gonna see that, hey. My deck is ready. And you get through here, you've got your polished deck that tells you everything that you need and your budget overview that you can speak to people about, you can speak to your execs about. And so look, in less than five minutes, you've got two documents, high fidelity documents, a clean budget sheet, a beautiful analysis deck that you can share with your team. You can also brand this to your own branding. And budgeting is just one of the many event tasks that our Alethea agents can handle for you in a fraction of time. And you'll save hours that add up to days, if not weeks. And back to you, ma'am. Thank you so much everybody for joining us. I really hope this proves to you that you can truly take AI and build an amazing tool to save time and money and our hair. Thank you everybody. I mean, not everybody's there here, but, like, you know, we'll we'll take it. Thank you, Ong and Kiki. I love the energy. I love the Planner Made, women owned and women envisioned as you said. Yeah. Awesome. Alright. Yeah. Next one up, is going to be bridged. And, I'm gonna be joined by Manas, event growth platform for b to b event teams to build events in the AI era. Manas, take it away. Thanks, Julius. Thanks so much for having us. My name is Manas. I am one of the cofounders of Bridgeport Events. Before I tell you this exciting platform that we built, I wanna share who we are as a team. And, we're essentially a bunch of tech geeks that are really obsessed about the event sector. And now more than ever, events is where deals happen, where connections happen because AI has really sort of polluted a lot of the digital channels. So events is where a lot of growth is gonna happen, and I'm excited to be in the presence of so many people who are gonna drive so many great events, and we wanna become the AI providers of it. Just to share how we build Bridge, we work with many event organizers like Terrapin, like Informa, technology providers like Google, like Techstars over three years. And we were able to build this event growth platform, this AI native event growth platform that is gonna charge the next set of events that will be built in the AI era. And I'm glad to report more than 2,000 events use this platform. We have agentic systems that talk to about 300 odd solutions that event teams use to deliver their events, and it is completely ISO certified. And, essentially, what they use with this event cloud platforms are ready to use AI agentic workflows that sit silently into your tools and workflows to solve four key problems. And today, we're gonna focus on one of them just for lack of time. But the four problems that you can solve with our platform is lower acquisition costs, create really convert intense signals into something that product marketing and sales use, use agentic systems that improve sponsor spend, improve the reporting to sponsors, and then even agentic systems that can create wow moments within your events in your in your digital ecosystem. So let's dig deeper. Is everyone ready? I'm gonna show you how gentric systems will lower the cost of acquisition cost. I'm gonna walk you through a marketer over their event entire event cycle and how agentic systems are helping forward looking marketers. So imagine you're earning event cycle. You wanna activate your audience. You have agents that reach out to audiences, look into the data into your CRM where they want to be reached out. They send them a WhatsApp message, allow them to understand if they wanna get a ticket, explore the show, and even confirm with your CRM if they want to update their details. If you find attendees that are not responding, sponsors that are not responding, you can even ask agents to give them a call. I'm just getting a call from an agent that is gonna do the same thing in really pursuing me to attend again. We have seen teams fill up to 30% of their targets of seats and sponsors to come into the event with this activation agent that workflows. Now what about the remaining 80%? Let's look at new prospects coming to discover your event. This is one of the events that I wanna go to. I come to the event. I not too sure. There's too much information right now. I'm trying to go. The agent detects that I'm looking to relieve. It tries to create experiences which are more catered to what I might be looking at. I decide I don't wanna interact with this poll this agent. It says, do you want a personalized experience? I'm gonna pull the build this event for Julius, the bold push owner who's looking to come to AI summit. And what now the agent is gonna do is gonna build a very specialized agenda for Julius. It's gonna find what are the exhibitors that you you should be meeting and really create a very personalized journey for Julius. Not just that, the agent can also understand if you're a sponsor depending on the previous behavior that you've done and create sponsor specific proposals for you. So it created the sessions you should attend. It even allows AI submit to collect Julius' leads to follow-up with Julius. And as I said, sponsors can create their own proposals with this agent and find the right opportunities to get involved. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Now I'm gonna show you how you control and orchestrate all of these agents within our portal. The portal allows you to see how the agent is performing, how many messages are being sent, what is happening, really allowing you to even set context and guardrails for each and every agent, whether it's creating polls or whether it's creating chat interface. And as I said, this is the tip of the iceberg of how our agents are being used. We even have sponsors controlling some of the topics and sponsor mentions happening on certain topics and event organizers even monetizing by creating sponsor portals of when the agents are mentioning their brands. And it's really, as I mentioned and as the tagline suggests, it's the event growth platform for the AI era, and this is what every industry is going through. Each of their building blocks are becoming more authentic, more AI native, and we are the ones that are leading in the event space. Thank you so much. Keep keep do luring me in. I love it. Alright. Next up is gonna be EventTrack. I'm gonna have Ryan join me. EventTrack helps teams, plan, participate in, and learn from the industry conferences they attend, sponsors, exhibit, or speak at. Ryan, take it away. Yeah. Thanks, Julius. Appreciate it. Yeah. My name is Ryan Nixon. I built EventTrak as a kind of sales and marketing operator. So as most event, tech that you see is typically for planning events, planning your own events, this is more about as a sales and marketing operator. What event should I attend? What event should I sponsor, speak at, get a booth, etcetera. And tracking all that information and figuring out which was best, which one to go back to, how to organize planning was just kind of a mess. So I built it for me and then launched it to to other folks. So go log in. For us, AI is really, you know, it's core to the product, but it's if we put AI where it makes sense, I wanna make it either efficient or give you some type of insight. And so let's go ahead and log in. Sorry. I should add this log in. Alright. So if we look at the, the dashboard so one of the things that really annoyed me was, hey. This this network's interesting. I might wanna do this event. So I'd have to put it in the spreadsheet. I'd have to extract all the information. Well, what if I was able to just extract it quickly with AI, structure all of that information into a form, you know, add a company to my database, you know, have that company I create. Let's add it. Add the event. You know, why is this a good event? Well, I think it's a good fit being a good audience. Right? Save and create. And now we got ourselves an event page where I can track all the tasks, the notes, the files, the everything. Let's jump into an event that I actually have, created. So this is money twenty twenty. I'm gonna click into the event with the event page. So you see, you know, basic kinda like workplace or workspace management platform where I have tasks. I have, you know, costs associated. I have files and contacts, all the basic stuff. But we try to pepper in that AI where where it's helpful. Right? So if I look at cost, I might say, well, the booth is gonna be $16.05, but you know what? I have this receipt that I wanna bring in. Let me go ahead and just bring in a receipt from that event. It's gonna extract the the data there. There's the price. There's the there's the the type of price puts it in. And so we're extracting all the event data through the workflow. Once we get into having multiple events, because that was kind of the biggest pain point for me was we'll find a lot of events that I'm evaluating, I'm considering, or I'm committing to. How do I know what to look at and what to do? And if we look at here, basically, all those tasks, that's 31 tasks in here, which is a lot to kinda go through rather than do that. I can just kinda say, you know, hey. I have them summarize all the task per event. Right? So the ones that I wanna commit to, I have, you know, these are the things I need to do next. I need to confirm the booth. I need to submit a proposal. I need to book staff hotels. Right? So it kinda just in one glimpse, I can look at everything going on and say, what type of fit is this event? What do I need to do next? And it just helps me understand what are the best events, for us next year. So if you look at kind of this is the post event, status. If I look at just my post event or completed, this is kind of I'm gonna look at this for next year and say, well, this event was a nine, and why was it a nine? And this this is summarizing all of that data, all the files, the tasks, the cough, the audience, you know, what is the ROI? Should we go back? And I have some goals, and did we meet them, or do we exceed them, or just kinda hit them? And so, it's the full life cycle of attending events and helping you get the most out of them year over year. That's it. Wow. I mean, wow. What a day, Moriah. That was awesome. I was on mute at the beginning, so I was telling everybody, you know, a lot of people from Money twenty '20, they're appreciating this in the chat. So obviously and some people saying this is an actual real pinpoint that I have. So we love when you're solving for something that it's actually a deep pinpoint in the industry. That means you've done you've done your research well, that you understand the industry. That's great validation coming from the chat. Hey. This chat is not easy, Ryan. These are these are demanding people. So I see some a lot of OGs. I mean, I need more. Please send me some some coke or something because I'm out of caffeine. You can tell here. So thank you, Ryan, for being with us. We're gonna take some second check and, yeah, go and get all of that nice praise in the chat that you got. I'm gonna move on to our next one, which, is gonna be exhibitly.ai, and I'm gonna be joined by Hendrik. Exhibitly, there are AI plugs, into any event website and instantly creates a personalized experience for every visitor, the right exhibitors, the right sessions, a clear reason to attend, all tailored to the raw company interests. Hendrik, what can I say? Take it away. Thank you very much, Julius. Much appreciated for the intro. Yeah. Well, hello, everyone. My name is Hendrik. I'm one of the cofounders of exhibit.ly. And in the next five minutes, I'm actually gonna be talking about event websites, specifically about the fact that most of them really are struggling with converting their massive website traffic into actual attendees. And that's a big problem because, I mean, if you think about it, event websites are probably the single most important, digital marketing assets you have as an organizer. I mean, marketeers spend a ton of resources driving traffic towards the event website through ad campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn posts, etcetera. But the big problem is when a potential attendee lands on the event website, they're basically left to figure it out for themselves. A website they've never seen before with 50 plus pages, sometimes 200 exhibitors, a 100 speakers, a full three day agenda with different stages, different days, different tracks. I mean, it's a recipe for for high bounce rates and and poor conversion metrics, and Exhibit three fixes this problem. Let me show you how it works. So this is, yep, this is the website. Not the website. Someone else is sharing. Alright. You're seeing the long and tech week events? Perfect. Well, this is the the website of long and tech week, one of the events we're currently live on. And this little floating bar here at the bottom, that's exhibit.ly. And exhibit.ly is essentially a very low friction way, to offer your website visitors the possibility to personalize their pre event website experience. So let's say I am the CTO of Microsoft, and I just landed on this website. I'm struggling to find a good reason to take time out of my busy schedule to attend this event. Now with activity, I can simply type I work at Microsoft, and I am the CTO at Microsoft, and then just click on generate schedule. And then that's it. Zero friction. No login required. No email addresses. And right now, our system is fetching the Microsoft website. We found websites currently scraping that website for extra context. And then after about ten seconds, the website visitor ends up here. And this is basically you should think of this as a personalized mini website built specifically around the CTO at Microsoft. So let me quickly walk you through it. So at the top, we always have this little FOMO score, which basically tells the user how well they match to this event in their role. We always give a couple of sentences of a high level pitch explaining why the CTO at Microsoft should attend the London tech week. And then we get into the really good stuff. Now, obviously, there is a lot of things to do at the London tech week, probably too much to take in. So our system has surfaced the top four most relevant highlights at the event for the CTO at Microsoft. Secondly, we have the speakers that we can really accurately recommend again for the CTO at Microsoft. We give them a little match score. We tell them why we think it's a match. Exactly the same thing for the exhibitors. I think long and tech week has around 500 exhibitors. Our system is able to narrow down those 500 exhibitors into the top 18, best matching exhibitors for that CTO at Microsoft, giving them a quick match score, telling them why they think or why we think that exhibitor should go and visit that booth. And if the, user, the CTO of Microsoft in this case, wants to discover more exhibitors, they can simply use natural language queries to go through the entire exhibitor list, and find out what they're looking for. And then this one is the the one that I really like. I think long and take weekends about 200 plus sessions across multiple stages, days distilled into a clean personalized three day itinerary built around, I mean, the 16 top matching sessions, for the CTO at Microsoft. And that's exactly premise in a nutshell. In less than a minute, the CTO at Microsoft knows exactly what London Tech Week is about and why it matters for their role long before the event app goes live, making them also far more likely to click on that registration button. Now imagine this experience not for one CTO, but for a couple 100 thousands of website visitors landing on your website page every day, every year. Of course, as an organizer, you want to know what the impact is of Exhibit. So this is the organizer dashboard that I'll just just quickly share with you. This is a demo, but these numbers are the actual averages we've seen across all the events we've done so far. So we see a really high engagement rate of always approximately three minutes, Completion rate is really high, and then the click through rate is really our star metric where we see on average 30%. We will, generate the We love it, Hendrik. And we added a few seconds back for the little glitch that we have. Thank you for your patience here. And, thank you for showing it to us, and, being with us. A lot of feedback in the chat. Please go back to those, comments so you can engage with them. Well, I mean, let's bring on stage my ex team member, Hopi, not even colleague here because we have Dave's calls. Dave, and I have been, at the same conference together. It's like this feels like a special moment to be back at a virtual event together. You know, we're doing a five hour event without the pandemic, which is great. And, you know, the next tool, it's actually Singulate. Singulate is an AI marketing platform that lets you easily research, segment, and personalized one to one marketing emails for your event. Take it away, Dave. Thank you. Thank you, Julius. It's a pleasure to be here. Good to see you again. This brings me way back, like, five, six years ago to to when when we were working together at Hopin. Hello, everybody. Yeah. I'm Dave Schools. I'm the cofounder and CEO of a company called Singulate. Like we were talking about, I'd we're the early Hopin team getting back together to solve the biggest problem that we saw in marketing at Hopin. If you're unfamiliar with the Hopin story, I'm assuming most people here are, but, we went from zero to a 100,000,000 ARR in two years, went from two people to 1,300 people in two years. I was on a founding team. I saw the company go from start to finish for five years, and I ran marketing and growth up to the 30,000,000 ARR point. And, you know, we're we're we all work in event tech and event marketing. One of the biggest drivers, if not, the most efficient and effective way to drive registrations and ticket sales is email. Right? Email marketing. But at Hopin, I was I was always frustrated by this problem that we experienced, and and it wasn't just us. It was all of our customers as well. We work with some of the world's largest companies running their events, and it was the fact that events are a gold mine of data. Right? But when it came from as a marketer, using that data in our email marketing was always really frustrating and really manual and time consuming using the marketing automation platforms and the email marketing stack that we had. And we had HubSpot, we had Marketo, we had Salesforce, all the tools that we use today. So after Hopin exited, we jumped in. We I didn't take a day off, and we jumped into this company called Singulate. And we've been we raised funding. We've been building for two years. And what Singulate does is it helps event marketers leverage the data that they have to send one to one personalized and hyper segmented email, invites, and follow ups from their events. So I'm gonna show you a little bit of how it works. We've got our campaigns here. We've got your integrations to plug data in. And to create a campaign, you name it, you use a template, then you pick your list. This could be like a HubSpot list, and then you choose your delivery provider. This could be HubSpot instantly, whatever you're using to send emails, we send emails ourselves. I'm gonna jump into an existing event marketing invite and show you two features here. So we've got the data on the right hand side. These are your attendees and the data points you have on them, and I can see my my individuals on the right. Up top here, we have our agents. Agents are gonna handle some of the the manual ugly marketing operations work that nobody likes to do, to tailor this event marketing invite to each individual at scale. Let me show you how we do this. So first, we got a branching. Branching, is how you can segment modularly different portions of your email by persona, by seniority, by geo. You can swap out the different pieces of messaging here, and this is how fast and easy it is. So I'm gonna drop a branch here. This is a live demo, so we're doing this live. So I'm gonna add a branch. I'm gonna say for every any this is where anything any data that you have, you can just type in natural language, singulate. So I'll say, locate in New York City. Singulate is gonna, automatically build this list for this part of the email. It'll name this cohort New York residents. I'm gonna see 12% of my list as it generates here. It's calculating. It's looking at the data. 12% of my list, 502 individuals, and then I can put my little note in here for my New Yorkers. This is the message. And now I've got 88% of my list. Everyone else, we could just skip them. And now we have a little thoughtful note for our New Yorkers, as a part of this email, but you can just keep branching and we'll suggest segments, we'll remember segments, so you could target your enterprise companies with, annual revenue over 40% as an example. And so this is how you can do hyper segmentation all instead of 30 different versions of an email, you're doing it from just one here. So that's how and I've got 44% for my my high revenue earners, and I can validate the data on the right hand side, the data point that AI is using to build this cohort and then put in your, you know, custom content, your recommended session, and so you're able to do a lot of really interesting things using the data that you have, to make sure that every email is targeted at the individual level, driving a higher registration rate, higher ticket sales. So the last part of the demo is we click review and generate, and this is going to generate a unique version, 4,070 unique versions of this email for each person on your list. And that's how we drive higher registrations, higher ticket sales. And this is sent as one campaign that you get analytics on, and we show you the deeper analytics of that of the performance for each of these cohorts within Singulate. But wanted to show you that and, Thank you, Dave. Thank you. Thank you so much. Obviously, once you raise your next billion, please remember to hire me. I'm ready. Okay? We'll have you back. Yeah. Ready to join again. Thank you, Dave, and congrats for what you're doing. I know you're crushing it, and your screenshot of all the demos you're of your booking is just incredible. So I I saw that on LinkedIn. Thank you for being with us. And, now it's gonna just gonna be me and Noah. Noah, it's I see the clock ticking and saying four hours, six minutes. We're crushing it. We're doing so great. But at the same time, I need to get some caffeine in because I'm starting to forget stuff, like I'm muting myself and stuff like that. So I'm gonna go and reload with caffeine. We still have several hundreds people connected live to the event after four hours, and this is not even twenty twenty. So we're crushing it. So, Noah, take it away for our next category, planning and operations. Yeah. Thank you, Julius. It's been quite a day, but a lot of fun. Definitely making it real. We're in the final stretch here now. So I'm gonna be talking about planning and operations, which is personally one of my favorites. I love operations. I've been diving into it a lot. And we're gonna be talking about this first with, QForge, where they're gonna be focusing on turning an agenda into usable show flow that which usually takes hours and usually is a lot of back and forth, but they're using AI to compress that process, getting you from one step one to 10 in minutes instead of an hour. So, Mark, thank you for joining. Super excited to have you here, and I'll let you take it from here. Yeah. Thanks, Noah. Thanks for having me. So I'm gonna jump right into a bit about q forge. My background is, I come from creative and production. I'm a producer, so caller, creative producer. So I kinda started building q four as to solve a pinpoint that was near and dear to my heart and perhaps to many other people. I'm gonna jump in and create an event. I'll just skip some of the nitty gritties here. We do the basics of client, venue, start date. And now this is this is operated here by an event planner, an event producer, a show caller, several different start and end points, to make this translation translation from agenda to functional technical show flow. And that's essentially what we're doing here. I'm gonna choose an agenda file here that I've prepopulated. The idea is that it's an agenda file that is fairly simple in nature. You can preview it here. Something like we would get from a planner, from a client even, or even now it's in a a producer's hand or it's in a client's hand. Basic information. Nothing's too fleshed out. I'm gonna go into customize my generation. I can include intros and outros. I'm just gonna include intros here just for just for fun. There's default columns that will be populated. I'm gonna go ahead and add an extra one, my graphics column. Custom instructions we can put here in plain language. I won't do that right now, but it's fun to play with. To personalize category colors, these will be parsed, detected, colorized, categorized, and you can see why it's handy in a second. I'm just gonna choose some of my favorites here that I like to have. Live demo, let's say that. Output style, minimal, standard, full. The the minimal is gonna take what's in the agenda and not do too much more with it. No inference, no guessing. Standard is somewhere in the middle and full will do the most amount of guessing, inference, creativity. I'm gonna leave it on standard. Here's what we have. I'm gonna go ahead and generate a solo flow from that agenda that we saw. Now this is real time. The time here can go from thirty seconds. It can go to two minutes. Depends on the complexity of your original source document. That could be a simple word document that says, you know, Bob at nine, Adam at twelve, Sally at one, or it could be mixed up. It could be messy. It could be multi tab Excel spreadsheets. It could be it was designed to take in most of the formats that a client would hand you. Or let's say, a planner handing a producer or let's even say an AD company that gets from a planner and they need to work with something on-site. So many different formats. So we took in that again, I'm gonna just remind everyone of what we had coming in, basic time and thing. Time and item, nothing more than that. Here's what q four generates. Now this is AI parsing intelligent logic put to it. It's added our start of day, our crew call, our q to q's, our show anytime, our doors open. This is all based on what it was fed. A mic presenters line, the line for VOG starting the show. This is the first actual item. There's our intro leading into our first item of the day, 09:00. Welcome, Maya. You can see we have slides under her screen content that was not in the agenda. Possible PowerPoint deck, not in the agenda. Audio, it's given her a mic. Again, all these items were not in the original source file. We have lighting suggestions. We have graphic suggestions. We have notes on and on and on. The presentations are coded. You can see by color, blue presentations. Panel setup, that's our crew note. There's our panel coded. Here's our q and a session. Everything is timed as to the original agenda. We have time cascading. So if we add a new item, it'll cascade down, all staying in real time. There's our demos that are also coded. If we go to our categorizations, here's all the ones that were coded and detected. You can see there was one here, transition to another three of those. I can apply those and now see them. Our total time of our show This is now a semi lookable. You can export to Excel. You can export to PDF. Yeah. I'll be there so it's a good time. With creating a show flow like that. So thank you for that demo. That was awesome. That was great. Next, we're gonna be turning it over to paul at xbooth booth dot a I. And xbooth turns AI creative briefs into pitch ready booth concepts, multi angle renders, cinematic three d motion videos, and immersive walkthroughs in seconds. So super excited to have Paul here and have Paul joining me. Hi, Noah. Yeah. Hi, everyone. This is, yeah, Paul and, Matthew, my cofounder at the xpro boost dot ai. So, yeah, as you said, we're just a six month old startup based in the in The UK and The Netherlands, built on, yeah, thirty plus years of industry experience across both design and operation. And what we are focused on is the expediting of the conceptualization stage of the booth design process, via the use of specific, which I will show you, specifically trained AI models and bespoken, workflows, which now, which know the exact nuance of our industry. So, the way it's done, it's in two phases. Initially, we take advantage of the ability to make some custom made new projects into, an LLM, in this case, the GPT. What we do, we upload a normal brief, like, in this case, what you can see. It gets uploaded. And instead of, requesting a long question in order to extract the necessary prompt, we just type in a a trigger word prompt. In this case, the LLM now will go through the PDF as you've seen almost instantaneously, and it gives us an initial prompt, by going through the entire PDF. This PDF will then be, this PDF, this prompt will be then taken out and brought into the second part of our pipeline. This is where the images actually do get conceived, get generated, and that's what we're gonna do, right now. So we post we, sorry. We paste that, yeah, that prompt. And now what we do, literally, we just launch it. What's gonna happen here, you can see already a bit of a preview that I was testing earlier on. It's gonna create an initial concept. It's gonna be editing a specific element, in this case, the colors. You will have the ability to, compare what it was and what it is. It gives also the opportunity to give a bit of close ups. In this case, we I have chosen the sitting area, the sofa area. And, also, in the same pipeline, at the fourth stage, there is, the conceptualization of eight point of views of the same booth. So the client has already got the ability without being even at the event itself, has already got the ability to review, what will be, once agreed, what will be the concept per se. And this is a more technical aspect. Of course, it will generate a bit of a flow plan. So this is, yeah, a bit of a a preview of, as you can see here, has already generated the first, initial concept. Now it's going through the second stage with the editing process. So, basically, what we're trying to do here is our services are trying to reduce the time taken for the creation of photorealistic renders. Okay? Close-up views, as I said, videos, floor plans. The system understands, yeah, the flow of traffic, slight lines, health and safety regulations, venue restrictions, and other relevant industry specific details. So as you can see, as I mentioned here, there is the initial. There is the editing version, which I just asked for it to change the green elements into red. Here, you can see a close-up. And I like to highlight the fact that it maintains the identity of the booth itself, so there's no sort of alteration. Here, there's a close-up. Again, the eight point of views and, again, a flow plan. So this is one aspect, in a concise workflow. And the very last, part of our pipelines, also the ability to import CAD files directly from a CAD software, import them, and render them directly into our pipeline. As you can see here, just to show you the transition from what it was when it was imported to the final concept. And then, again, another form of input could be a mood board, of course. And here you can see this is a very broad mood board, and here it has been you can see the transition, what it was, and what it will be, in order to generate, an an initial concept. So, yeah, we are now, working on a agency basic, but soon, almost in a month, we will be, launching a new web app on our website. Wow. Unbelievable. Thank you, Paul. I was just at exhibitor live last month and was talking to a good friend, Rich Robert, you guys, about this similar type of thing. So it's really cool to see it live here. Keeping it moving. I know we have a lot to a lot to cover today. Next, we're gonna be going in, with Guava, which is an AI copilot for corporate event planning. Their platform streamlines the process into simple workflows from venue sourcing to contract and payments all in one place. So I'd love to have Evan come up and get to hear from Evan. Great. Thank you so much. Confirming that everybody can see my screen. Awesome. Awesome. Yeah. No. Sounds good. Hey, everyone. I'm Evan. I'm one of the founders of Guava. What we do is pretty simple. We help internal corporate event teams execute their bookings for small and midscale events faster. So think about all the workflows that happen from how you research the best venues and vendors for your events all the way up through contracting and payments and the steps in between. So automating that outreach to your different suppliers, you know, when quotes come back to your inbox, they're generally in 10 separate emails in very different formats. How do you then use AI to reconcile them into a nice deliverable that you can present to your manager or, let's say, a partner if you're at an investment bank or a law firm who holds, hundreds of client events every single year. So I'll I'll walk you through a flow of exactly how we do that. So here, as you can see, you'll build out your calendar. Let's say we're doing a conference with a mix of a hotel room block and a private dining reception. We can then go to the next step and actually now source our venues and vendors. So let's say we wanna start with our private dining room. You can click that box. We'll see an initial list here on the right with all of the different venues, that we have for a particular city. And if we actually wanna now specify exactly what we want, we can use our chat. So let's say looking for a private dining room in Midtown NYC, preferably walking distance to the JPMorgan headquarters, upscale venues, please. So we can query that and we'll understand our request and then actually narrow down our results that we see on the right to best match our query. So it's found our matching venues. We can kinda hide this chat now and use our map to see all the venues that are within walking distance to JPMorgan, which is right around Grand Central. Now instead of having to go and reach out to them one by one, we can just add them to our cart. So let's say we wanna do these three and, Avra as well. You can add as many or as little as you'd like. Go to the next step. You can confirm your different venues and vendors that you have and submit. That will automatically pass your brief to the, to the venues, right, and and their and their point of contact. And now once you actually get responses back instead of, again, having to manage that messy inbox, you have a place where you can see all the events that you have running at your at your company. And what it looks like in terms of reviewing that quote deliverable is as follows. So you can drop down an event card. You can see the venues that we are still in progress for. Let's say they haven't gotten back with quotes yet. You can move to step two and compare the ones that did come through. So if we hit this compare quotes button, it will generate us a comparison table with pricing, exact photos of the room, place on the map, etcetera. You can even do a distance analysis. So let's say you're at a conference and you wanted something that was most walkable to the venue that you're you're at for your conference. You can pull up the distance analysis. I can drop a pin on the map. So let's say that conference was on 62nd And Park, and we can see what the walking distance is to all the particular venues that we have, quotes for. So once you're now once you you're actually decided on a particular space that you wanna move forward with, you can simply request the contract. So let's say we wanted to request PolarBar. Right? We can click one of our venues, move to the next step, and see all of our contracting in one place as well. So we can review and sign. We'll see a summary of the contract. We can delegate any signatures to approvers as well as download it or share it with our team that will draft us an email with a link to the box or DocuSign or Triple C, whatever the venue is using. And, that's and, yeah. That's that's really what we do. So really just kinda streamlining those workflows and saving you a ton of time from venue sourcing all the way up to contracting and payments. So, yeah, appreciate the time, everyone. Yeah. Thank you for sharing, Evan. That was really cool to see. And just a reminder for everyone, this is Guavo. I was actually doing something similar looking for a venue in New York last year. I wish I had this handy. So, yeah, I really appreciate you sharing. So next, I'll be I'll be diving into, Ming Welloff, which I saw some people in the chat. We're super excited to see Mingloft. So glad they've waited all day and made it happen. Mingloft is the event platform where the budget build itself, sponsors find you, and your team always knows what to do next. So excited to welcome Olivia and get to have Olivia share. Okay. Yes. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you, Noah, and glad to be here. Yeah. So my name is Olivia. I'm part of the founding team at Minglot. And for us so we know that, for most events teams, they spend majority of their events operation time on the planning phase. And this could take, you know, any from a few months to a few years bouncing between different planning tools and platforms, looking at spreadsheets, for example, for budget, your project management tools for tasks. But we know that the actual difficult part, especially for smaller event teams in the corporate space, is the executive need to want to manage all of these moving parts and execute a perfect event. So for Mingloft, we're basically that systems platform that is your operator for high stakes meetings and events. So instead of using six different planning applications and tools, you're looking at a single dashboard that links your task milestones to your estimated expenses tracked against your expected revenue or designated budgets. So when you log into your profile, this is what the dashboard looks like. So for my profile, these are all the events that we're currently working on. We're not going to look at any individual events, but if you want to, the creation process happens with this button, and it's fairly simple to do. We've made this as user friendly as possible so that even if, you know, maybe you're not, that skilled with AI or automation, it's really meant for anybody to be able to use. But what we're going to focus on actually is the copilot, called ARIA. And so you can look at your events really, as a holistic portfolio or you can look at, specific events and ask it questions in that category. So we're going to perform the fast task. I'm going to ask Aria to see if it can send an invite. I'm going to pick this event, and I wanted to send to send an invite. So I've put here one, contact, one email address, but this is just for demonstration purposes. It's really meant to send to a list of contacts. You're also able to plug in your CRM so that you can send the invites to a list of contacts. You can also use this to invite team members to collaborate on the event so that you can assign them tasks using, using Aria and save yourself some time doing that. Okay. As it goes with demo sometimes, it looks like it's having some issues. But just to show you that so let's open the event. So you can look at a number of different aspects. And so what the Copilot does is it links all the different aspects that you're going to need. So for example, your tasks and budgets are linked so that your expenses are tracked against specific task milestones. So, of course, the first one being having to book your venue and looking at how much that's going to cost the Copilot to help you track to make sure that you remain on budget and your whole team knows how much you've spent. So there's a lot that you can cover that we're not able to get into, but, really, it's meant to be your wingman. Yep. Thank you. Right. Yeah. Thank you, Olivia. That was awesome. Really appreciate you sharing. We're gonna jump into the next one just to keep on time. So next one's gonna be Nowadays. So their AI contacts venues, negotiates rates in any language, and delivers a clean apples to apples comparison automatically. So I'd like to welcome Anna and have Anna take over. Hi, everyone. I'm Anna, CEO and cofounder of Nowadays. Started the company three years back, and we were a Y Combinator backed company and started with my older sister, Amy. Some quick background before we start. I was an MIT engineer and planned events for thousands of students there, and my sister had been planning events at Google and McKinsey. And so realized a ton of the pain points across the board, so we started building nowadays kind of for ourselves and then just expanded to the more corporate market. So I'll share my screen and just give an example of how a client walks through the platform today. We have AI kind of built throughout the the platform. So, just we'll show a couple of the features. But the client will first start with the event intake form. So they'll input their event details, like what their event name is, where they want to be nearby, and then the number of attendees, budget, etcetera. And then after this, it will generate a dashboard for them. So this is an a real client dashboard of what stage they are at at the planning. And so after you create the event, automatically, our AI will search on our database of over 400,000 venues, so inclusive of every hotel in the world and also event spaces, dining, private dining, etcetera. And so you'll get some results of the options that, can fit in your criteria. So a lot of our clients will say, hey. I need meeting space with natural lighting, or I need a gym with a Peloton bike inside because that's the only thing my CEO will, be able to do. Then all of the venue options that fit will surface, and you can go into each venue, see more details and an estimate of how much it would cost, and then request a proposal directly. So, typically, you have to email and call these venues to request a proposal for these groups more than 10 people, and we're planning events anywhere from 10 to a thousand people at once. So instead, once you click request, our AI is actually doing the automatic emails and calls back and forth. So here's a quick example of once you get back a result, our AI will populate a proposal for you. So, initially, this is our AI emailing out a request for a proposal, and then the hotel sends back super unstructured information and this is pretty typical in the space. They'll attach PDFs or PowerPoints or embed it in the email, and then automatically, our AI will parse it into a clean apples to apples breakdown where you can see all the rates, concessions, attrition policies, etcetera. So our goal is to make it as easy for you to have everything in one platform. You can compare all your proposals in one place, and so you'll start receiving proposals within just a day or two. You'll be able to compare them apples to apples here, and see really the breakdowns of all the savings that you've done. After that portion, you'll be able to go into the contracting phase. And so a lot of our clients will shortlist one to two properties. Our AI will actually go back and negotiate on your behalf and redline the contract as well. So this is just an example of, a contract. And before, when you set up your organization preferences, you'll be able to upload all of your preferred details and the terms that you your company specifically wants to pay attention to. So this is an example of, hey. I've uploaded a contract, and I have one that I'm interested in moving forward with. And then our AI will automatically redline there's a a ton of terms that are not met, like the attrition or the cancellation, and it will automatically comment and make some suggestions to go back, to the hotel. Finally, outside of hotels, once you make a hotel booking, our clients often have a lot of other stuff that they need to do. So we do kind of the end to end process where you can also get proposals for restaurants, and do more event spaces or catering. And then, additionally, you'll be able to create an attendee management, registration link, as well as a a landing page for the event. So truly an end to end process where our clients can, even if they don't have an idea for an event, start searching on the platform and have it all in one place. Thank you. Wow. That's awesome. Yeah. Thank you for sharing, Anna. Super cool seeing how everything can be handled end to end, but especially the contract feature. That was one of my favorite parts. So, yeah, bring bring it on to the next one. I'll be sharing PlanBright, which is an AI powered preproduction workspace that turns a single event brief into a complete budget timeline vendor plan and run the show in under five minutes, replacing the forty to seventy hours producers lose two spreadsheets off it. So, Xavier, I said to have you join us and take it from here. Yes. You you guys can all hear me. Right? Yep. We're good to go. Great. So real quick background. I'm the CTO at PlanBright, and me and Shacole together have been building Plan Bright out for a year now. Chacole is an event manager that has been in the space for about fifteen years now and organizing very big events like f one, Coachella. She's also done events for Spotify, a lot of big corporate players. So we all we took all of our knowledge and put that into a AI workspace where you can upload an event, whether that's from a brief, or a an old timeline, a old run of show, or whatever you can name it. Let's say you had an eve an unsuccessful event last year, you can upload it again this year, feed it to our AI, and it will generate an entire event workspace from there. So that's what we're gonna do today. For now, I'm just gonna have a event brief from last from an event last year and just upload that. So we're gonna upload that. It's gonna take about thirty seconds. And while we're at that, what I also wanted to explain, I'm a CTO. I'm very technical, so I don't really speak the lingo, but I know a lot of producers, as Chacole has told me, they're they have been using all these different works, events like, Google Sheets, iPhone notes. I've even seen text threads endlessly back and forth with clients, and this all brings that together where you can also invite your clients, you can invite vendors, and you can obviously invite other producers to work with you on the same event. So as you can see here, it took just from one brief. It parses your event date, your end date, your load in start date, your load in end date, everything, and it creates an event from this data. And while we're waiting for that, we're already gonna show, that it worked. Obviously, we're gonna gonna keep the speed up. So what happens once that is completed? As you can see here, it shows you an entire workspace with a hot sheet, a budget, a work back schedule. Let's click through that real quick. You have your work back schedule in here. You have your vendors, which you can also, as you can see previously, I think, I'm not gonna go back for now, but you can also import your own vendors. If you obviously have a specific amount of vendors that you wanna work with with every single event, you can also, have the AI upload them and inject them into your vendor sheet. You have your creative matrix, and you have your run of show, where you can see your load in with the start, the build, the systems test secure. And if it's two loading dates, then obviously that will show as well. And from there, you also have your event day and your loadout. So that's all important. And then you can obviously also export all your documents, whether that's your budget, your workbook schedule, your vendor list, or you're gonna show as either a PDF, a CSV, or directly into your Google Sheets, whatever you would like. You can also show this to clients. So if you wanna hide specific unit prices or whatever it is, sensitive information that your client might you might not wanna your client know the specific information. You can also exclude that. So that's I think about it. Yeah. You also have your Copilot, but that's not that impressive for now. You can just work with it directly into your entire event. So you can ask it to change something in your budget or change the event date. So let's say we're gonna change the event date to the nineteenth. It will automatically show, like, hey. Downstream, this will happen. If you change your event date from Wednesday, November 18 to November 19, it will affect these items. So it will affect 92 items in your timeline. It will affect your run of show, and then you have to confirm an update, and it will regenerate your entire workspace, so to say. So that's gonna take, I think, about a minute. So let's wrap it up there where the final thing I wanted to say was basically, as as you see now, everything happens downstream. So from your brief, the budget gets generated. From your budget comes the work back schedule. From your work back schedule comes the vendor. From your vendor list comes your creative matrix. And from your vendor and timeline together comes your run of show on the event date. So that's I that's it for now, I think. Alright. That was super cool to see, Xavier. Thank you for sharing. To close out this section with operations, we have one last person that will be heading in a break. So we, showing Vana Korra. If you've ever planned an event, you know the mental load, scattered ideas, last minute changes, decisions piling up. With Vana, your AI partner, you can focus, act, and shape your event with clarity and confidence. So please welcome Gio, to get to share what he's been building at Vannicora. Hi, everyone. Thank you. Thank you. Hi. I'm Joe, cofounder of Vannicora. As you already know, organizing an event can be stressful. Too many tasks, not enough clarity on what to do next. Today, I'm gonna show you how our AI Copilot, Venic, can help you secure and run your events. So let's take an example. Here, Alex, event manager, and Marcus, his CEO, we just asked him to organize a summer party in Paris to, for, sorry, to say about the product launch. So the brief is vague. No concept, no date, and, no no date. So Alex is now juggling the fourth event with zero clarity. His mental load is spiking, unless he has the right tool. So let's open the call. So here you see Alex's dashboard with three events already running. So now he needs to create a first one. So he click on new events. Yes. And, here, so he takes what exactly what Marcus told him before. So he clicks on here. I'm sorry. I'm just okay. And now you see that Vanny is actually, building the, the field at the left. So summer party, lunch party, etcetera. And so now Vanny, is helping to find, Alex, the right, the right atmosphere. So Alex can click on view atmosphere options. And here you see that, you see, five different mood cards, and each mood card has a vibe, a venue type, and, examples of activity. So Alex can click on save. And here, you see that Vanny, is writing the atmosphere the atmosphere field here automatically. And now Vanny noticed that the description field is empty. So Alex can click on draft it. So you see that Vanny is writing the description field as well. And now I noticed also that the venue field is empty and that's, when he has enough context to suggest options. So Alex can click on view options. And before, when he confirms all the event details, so the event, etcetera, so he can when he he can click on show me the options. And here you see three venues. So strike connect Paris bulges, that you may know. And, Alex, finally can add to shortlist here, and we can save to the event brief. And now now that everything in place, he can click on start planning to structure his event within Venicola. So now you see that Ven is actually building, all the tabs. So overview, even details, project timelines, and so on. And today, Alex, I need to generate a scoping document for SEO so he can click on generate scoping reports. And now you see that, you see the plan that expected participants, the concepts, the venue shortlist, and points to validate. He can share with his his CEO here, or he can refine information here with Vanny. And back to, I don't see, back to his dashboard, you see, so the event with all the data updated. And, so a few minutes ago, Alex had a very brief no idea where to start and, three events already underway. And now he has a a more clearer view. So he has a valuable concept ready for Marcus, a sort of event in Vanigoa and the mental load reduced. So he didn't just manage an event. He shaped the Vanigoa side, actually. So that's Vanigoa. Thank you for listening. Thank you so much, Gio. So great getting to see Kanoza and then platform all the things you can do with it. Overall, it was really interesting getting to see operations end to end. So much going on today. So much to look at to try. This was, of course, Phenacora, but so many other tools to try as well. Welcome back to Julius. Great to have you back. Noah, I have some breaking news for you. We're one minute out of the schedule. Can you believe it? Like, just incredible. I got I don't know how we're doing it. And, Noah, this marks the end of, your moderation as well. Thank you so much for being with me. If you wanna stick around, I'll, say some official thank you, at the by the end. We're gonna go into the final block and take a five minute break to stretch, get some final coffee, and close this five hour marathon. Let's do this. Thank you all. We'll be back soon. Yes. Alright. That's it. It's the final block. Well, first off, thanks to everybody that stopped, like, with us for all this. And there's a ton of people also demoing from Europe. We're super late. Australia, we're was super late. So I really appreciate you all, for the energy and the, really kindness that you put into all of this. The chat is still going. I wanted to thank Roberta, Amy, Gina, Jesse, Ali, Wayne, Michelle, Felicity, Francis, Evan, Nick, Mariana, Ashley for sharing their participation on LinkedIn and Instagram, the hashtag AI demo. They tag me so I can see you as well, and, repost, comment, and, yeah, share the love, there. I'm gonna wrap up after this block with some takeaways for all of you. We've listened to all the feedback. I'm gonna make AI Demo Day two stronger and better. So get ready for that, for more, you know, goodness. You know, you're already set apart from everybody else because you're learning so much today. You really have an advantage right now in the industry in terms of learning and understanding AI. But then what's available on the market? What is actually possible right now in the market? These companies have way more than what they demoed to you. They're just displaying one feature in five minutes. Do spend the time checking them out. We'll send you a recap, with the link to all of them so you can find them back. And, for all of those that want a session recording, you see the link on top. That's gonna be on BOPUSH plus. We are gonna receive information on how to join. There's gonna be a ton of companies featured, with special offers and discounts for all of you there as well. If you wanna get the product, that's gonna be a great moment to join Bull Push Plus as well so you get a discount and also, membership to our community. So fantastic. Alright. This is our latest block and it's the session transcription, block, which is the hottest technology. We asked our, audience, what is the hottest technology in AI right now? What are you using it for? It's session transcriptions, actually. This is like the one where everybody seems to agree is the most straightforward one that we all get it, but different products do different things. And so I'm gonna be joined by Colin and Notefact. Notefact turns your event education content into a strategic advantage. And with Notifact, you can, Notifact AI powered learning experience, you can just, turn it on. Sorry. I just got my screen off for a second and I had to come back. Colin, I mean, it's getting late for me, so you're super fresh. Take it away. Yeah. Well, thank you. Let's, let's talk about how even in a world of rising cost and tighter budgets, there's still a strong need for learning that events can use as a strategic advantage. However, your audience can now get similar education everywhere online and at other events. If you haven't seen Freeman's latest trends report on learning, confirms that only 42% of attendees say content programming is a key differentiator. Only 19% said that session format even matters, which could be why attendee retention rates average at only 27%. So the learning experience plays a huge role in making sure that they choose your event and keep coming back. But most session transcription solutions only transcribe the audio, so they're really limited in value because they miss the visuals, which is a pretty important piece of your education content. But even conventional session recording and live streaming value is limited because all of the focus is post event when re engagement's typically low. So they all miss the opportunity to create measurable content engagement during your event when it actually matters. So here's the playbook that you can run to future proof your events by turning education into a strategic advantage with a personalized interactive learning experience. This is gonna exceed expectations, anchor attendance, and attract the next generation. So we combine that with an AI powered content strategy to extend attendee value and reach without stretching your team or budget by using software to economically record or live stream sessions and generate summarized content that your audience will actually watch. And this helps your content marketing and your education programming strategy to generate new revenue and attract new audiences because it's now driven by the behavioral intelligence that you get from measuring all of that attendee engagement that tells you exactly what to program, repurpose, and promote. So the way that this works is Notefect software gets installed into your existing AV setup to simultaneously record and broadcast existing AV setup to simultaneously record and broadcast live session visual and audio content. This engages your audience in real time directly on their phone, tablet, or laptop for that personalized interactive learning experience. We can also live stream it to a virtual audience. We do not need the presentations loaded to NodeFX. Your sessions could be panels, presentations, you name it. We record, broadcast, and generate it all live. NodeFX is web based, so attendees can access it through your event app or by scanning a QR code or even just clicking a link from an email or your website. So your in person or virtual audience can follow along and interact directly with the session content that's being shown up on the big screen right on their personal device just like you see on my screen here. Now what this allows them to do is all kinds of interactive note taking that you see here, highlighting, annotation. They can also type notes in here as well. You also see they can quickly bookmark specific moments that they wanna revisit later by tapping the heart. And this is a patented learning experience that you'll only see with note effect. It also allows them to follow along with multilingual live closed captioning and listen to live audio if they're wearing headphones. And q and a here allows them to anonymously ask and upvote each other's questions so the moderator or speaker knows what's important to the audience. Now within minutes here of the session ending, attendees will have access to all of this content to review afterward. Or if they missed any sessions and they can still interact with it just like it was live, the recording will segment into bite sized chapters that you see here with AI summaries and sync with the attendees personalized notes. They can download exactly what you're seeing here on my screen as a personalized PDF handout that's branded to the event and branded for sponsorship opportunities. They can watch the full recording as well here. So I can just click on that, and that will take me to allow them to watch just pieces and segments of that. So, we track all of the attendee note taking and engagement during and after the event to identify your highest performing sessions, segments, topics, and purpose. We also analyze and compare content purpose to the attendee engagement and rationale. So it has a huge impact on attendee engagement. So I pulled some snippets. Thank you, Colleen. That's it. I'm so sorry. I've cut it a little bit here, but we just went overtime, and we appreciate it for everybody ask questions in the chat, for calling so you can keep on answering those. But we're on tight schedule, and we appreciate that. So next up is gonna be Rajarshi, recap hub. Recap hub turns stage talks to actionable actionable wisdom. They transform conference recordings into structured knowledge by its audience segmented records. Rajarshi, take it away. You're muted. One second. Yeah. We hear you. Fantastic. Okay. Thank you. Thanks, Julius, for the introduction. It's quite late in here in Amsterdam, in The Netherlands. You see a bit of beautiful Amsterdam on the background. So, in fact, maybe in the chat, you could let us know who is still on a later time zone than, than I am. Now in the meantime, I think, after five hours of live streams, there's probably two things that we are looking forward to. One is caffeine, as Julius is drinking, as Coke, and the second is probably recaps. So hence, what I will introduce to you is, our platform recap hub, which, transforms transcripts into a lot more. And I'll give you actually I think you're all here for, actual customer cases, and that's what I will, walk you through. I'll show you two customer cases given the short, time period that we have. Now one is, from just, two weeks back. I'll showcase a partner, like, of ours to PowerBlockchain Week, where we to get, we're actually, brought in together with, the company earlier, Saw Memento, so shout out to them, to do live posting. Right? So so as what we basically do is capture the live content, analyze that, pull all the key quotes, and create, let's say, LinkedIn and x ready post, and they go out two minutes, after the session ends. This way, let's say our partners here were able to, increase their, let's say, engagement by, like, 3,000, new new engagement this year compared to last year. And that's super interesting and super cool. So so that's one use case, and this is basically powered through our, platforms. I'm basically showing you here, like, if I look for the exact same session, you jump into it, and, you you get to see the the social posts ready, as the session ends. Now this there's a lot more. I won't go into detail given that, we are limited on time, but you are able to do audio recaps, posts, newsletters, and so forth. I mean, a lot more can be done at a separate moment. Now this is one use case. There's a second use case, which is actually super brand new and, specialized for more of, association events and specifically medical congresses. And I'm I would like to show you what we have been doing for them. And again, it's about taking the event content and transcripts and actually pushing the boundaries of what's possible with them. And, I showed you right now how we, organizers can increase their reach during event. But but there's another thing about actually doing deep analysis on the content that gets generated at these events. And, so I'll show I'm showing you right now actually a a new product recap how Viki's, which are basically a way to visualize, event content in a new way as a Wikipedia way page where everything is cross linked. Now, in fact, what is interesting is actually every event is it's like a spider web where, it can be visualized through in the notes with and everything can be cross linked including the people, the topics, the talks, and and that's the the fascinating part about it. Now, what we do with that is actually enables you to, engage with the content in a completely new way where, basically, you can track, let's say, sessions and jump into a specific session, get your summaries, key points, the stuff that we are now kind of, already more acquainted to, quotes. But the really cool thing is that everything is in interlinked. You're, like, reading about it. Like, hold on. What did this doctor say? And you can jump in and read further about that. And, finally, what's interesting is the kind of cross sectional analysis such as theme based analysis. So let's say we're sticking to the theme of AI and imaging, so you jump in and you're able to kinda cross check that. So this is something which is quite brand new and we've got a lot of interest lately on, congresses. And what powers this all is our also, proprietary work that we have been doing on transcription because we all know that Copilot doesn't do a great job on that and, especially with names and abbreviations. So that's what we have been doing and, yeah, super excited. And, finally, the last thing I wanna show is we go further in terms of what we can do with transcripts. And one cool thing, I know it's late, is to turn transcriptions into actual games. We can play around and engage in specific sessions, watch them. There's a lot. So anyway so these are just we're called EventLabs as a company, so we love to play and create cool stuff. Thank you. I love it. I love it. Thank you for being on time. I love the little gamification twist at the end. People loving it in the chat as well. Yeah. Let's move on to the next one, which is gonna be Lachlan at Rosie synopsis. Oh my god. My caffeine caffeine level is illegal at this stage, I feel. So this AI powered platform captures, summarizes, and distributes key insights from events, transforming every session into takeaways that drive engagement, track sponsors, and extend the value of the event beyond the final session. Hock Lane, take it away. Thank you very much, Julius. So, everyone, we know events are creating the most valuable content in every industry. The thing is that knowledge disappears. Attendees are forgetting it. Marketers are scrambling to repurpose it, and events are really losing that after the event. So today, I'm gonna just quickly show you our knowledge application experience. Instantly accessible, recallable, and reusable. So event teams like Auric, Clarion, and Google. So what you're seeing on stage or screen right now is Synopsys running along to the speaker live on stage. So as a session happens, we're capturing what's been said and turn it into real time insights, data points that can appear directly on the stage screens. So this is making content easier to follow, easier to remember to move to the audience. But the stage screen is just one layer. The same experience is also live in the attendees' hands. So this is the live attendee experience, which can be embedded, into any event app and acts or access through at Yorkville. You can see my lovely head here on this section for the demo day. So when I click into it, attendees insights in real time, view the insights that are generated, and also, access to transcripts, from that session. So we're also supporting, real time trans translated insights, translated transcript, audio experience well. So improving accessibility, for those global events. So ends. We we Robo synopsis generates instant after the session ends. So what Synopsis is doing is we're creating both visual sketch sketch notes and infographic style insights from each session. We're also generating key insights. You can see they're in Spanish right now. Sites, recommendations, and top topics reach the sessions. And like, comment, star, share these insights, the link social media during the event. So create helping create more engagement during those events, extending the reach and creating that FOMO factor, after the event. So what happens after the event? We take all that content that's being captured and turn it into a post event knowledge hub. Structured destination as everything everything's happening across the event. So you have executive summaries. You have daily recaps. You have session debriefs from individual sessions, and you also have audio summaries. But, we also in here have an AI powered, agent so the attendees can talk to the event content and ask questions, based on, you know, what they want to find. So here I'm asking it for a summary on day two. So it's essentially like a a attendee's own, research agent, for each event. So, for attendees, this is helping them, revisit the sessions they have missed. Speakers can share more content. Sponsors can stay more visible throughout the year. And for the organizers, it's really about creating that their community around, content. They've worked hard to produce it, so it's supporting things like retention, community engagement, sponsorship value, and post event monetization. But it doesn't stop there. We don't want the content just living in the knowledge of how our event marketer's gonna start using it. So this is why we built Rovi Synopsis' knowledge studio. So this is designed for event marketing and content teams so they can generate content from their existing knowledge base. So let's show you, I'm gonna draft some content. Very simple. The marketing team can select whether they want to generate a newsletter, blog post, LinkedIn post, visual insight. They can select the source by session, by day, by track, by event, and then and then create the user prompt and title from that session. So it's gonna show you an example of a blog post that I generated, a LinkedIn post, and then also visual insights from an individual session. So as soon as the session finishes, instead of a marketing person in there scribbling notes to write a post, they can write, use a O'Neil student to develop that there and create it right away. So saving the marketing team's time, increasing content output, and really helping organizers keep their content alive throughout the year. So that's our knowledge and experience. Made it. That was awesome. Awesome. Bringing the bell. Issues with your mic, but we we could hear the whole thing. So we got the picture, but, like, keep an eye on the chat if anybody is interested in Rosie, and thank you for being with us. It was an awesome demo right on time. We're gonna move to our next one. It's gonna be Vamshi as Knapsight. I mean, Knapsight we know it's Knapsight, but it's great to have them here as well. It's an AI powered event content intelligent platform. The moment a speaker start talking, they transcribe, translate into 75 plus languages, and synthesize everything into real time insights, multilingual access, and ready to publish event content. Ma'am, she take it away. Yep. Hey. Hi, everyone. So, yeah, I'm, super, happy to be here. And then, yeah, like, Julius mentioned, this has been one of the super hot categories. And then we've been in this from over the last two and a half years. And then we've been seeing that there is, like, we are seeing there is a lot of value in given content whether that is a medical conference or whether that is a, summit or even a corporate event. So that is where we are mainly concentrating on two things. One is your attendee experience and then second one is your post event experience. From an attendee experience point of view, what we do is we actually transcribe, translate stuff in real time and, you you as an attendee, you'll be able to, put it what will be stuff in real time? Maybe let me directly go into a demo and show it to you. So this is me directly going into SnapSight. And here, we have made it very simple from a ground operations point of view. We know that the heavy teams deal with a lot of stuff. So we directly go into it, make it super simple. You just go live. And the moment you go live, whatever I'm speaking, you'll be able to see that that is getting transcribed in real time. And similarly, you will be able to see that this can be, what do you say? Translated and transcribed into multiple languages. So let me take you to the key takeaways. Just give me a second. Yeah. And then what we do with this is that we actually convert them into what we call an idea cloud. So these are the key concepts. We know that different people learn in different ways. The key takeaways which are like small snippets and then there is an idea cloud which are the key topics and themes. It's an interactive experience. You can actually click into stuff and then you'll be able to see who spoke what. This actually creates a deeper engagement with your content and then this can be translated into multiple languages. We, right now support of almost more than 75 languages, which means you have attendees. They can hear, speakers speaking live and they'll be able to translate into multiple languages. So SnapSight becomes your one stop shop for live text, key takeaways, IDA cloud, and summaries. And, next big thing that we are also doing is that, post event, we want to make sure that we are bringing the best out of your content. And then we've been, trying different because every event want to be unique. Right? We we don't want the same looking portal for every single thing. And then we at Snapchat, we are great believers in user experience and attendee experience, and that is what we are trying to do. So this is an event that we have just done at Clavici, last week. And then they're they have their own concept of workshops, sticky notes, and everything. So the post event, portal that they made is also looking like their own concept with their sticky notes. They'll be able to go into how it went away, and then, they'll be able to go through this. So this becomes a completely unique experience on how they are presenting their content post event. Similarly, for a different event, EECA congress, 2025. Their their main team was starting the course. What we've done is we have actually tried to project the IDA Cloud onto a sphere here where we'll be able to play with it and this became your post event. When the whole event is done, you will be able to click on it. You'll be able to show that, hey, these are the key things that we have discussed and you are attending, they'll be able to go with something great. And, yeah, this is what we do at SnapSight. Like Julia said, we'll be able to do a lot more. Yeah. So, this is just the beginning of it. Yeah. Ma'am, she that is awesome. Thank you so much for that. I loved every second of it. Listen, people. Is that real? Is that real? I mean, I don't have the script in front of me, but, hey. Listen. I feel we're on the last one, and I wanna be joined here on stage by Jacob at Voxel. Well, Jacob, I mean, first off, like, thank you a lot for sticking for, like, these five hours with us. Are you I think you're based in Europe as well, which sort of yeah. Double kudos for that. I appreciate you. Listen. I'm gonna scrap the timer for you. So five minutes and some. Take the time that you need just because we appreciate you being with us. So, I mean, we're not gonna take ten minutes, but we definitely Oh, well. Be more flexible with you because, again, Europe represents here. As a European, I appreciate you, being with us. So, yeah, take it away. Yeah. Thank you. Appreciate it so much. Hi, everyone. I'm Jacob. I'm the CTO at Voxo, and I personally thank you, Julius, Noah, and and Target team for an incredible incredible event today. I think it's been really amazing what you guys have put together. So before I go into more about what I'll show you today, I just briefly wanted to mention what we do and especially especially why we do it. So, I mean, as you all know, you're in the industry. Events create a staggering amount of incredible content you that you put your heart and soul into building the events and the content of just like today. But there are a few challenges that comes in with comes with this in terms of the content. And that there is a lot of competing sessions. You have networking conversations. You have exhibition areas. And there is so much that is actually going on and competing for attendees' attention. There is a study called the forgetting curve, which really speaks to that you only retain about 10% of the information that you've been exposed to after about seven days. So the amount of knowledge that you actually come away with from events is quite little in comparing to what you guys have created. And post event, you scramble to put all of this together and actually utilize it, and it can take weeks, sometimes months till you haven't actually get it out and you've lost momentum. And, additionally, like, previous speakers have also talked about revenue streams, finding those sponsors that have been actually creating creating new revenue out of it. So what we actually do to support our clients like Hub Spot, HPE, ServiceNow, Informa, and so on is that we turn all of their content into fully branded session summaries. You have five minute audio recaps and podcast formats. It's actually two voices that are having a conversation about the content. You have a full content chatbot that works as your own mini LLM trained on every single word on the events. You can actually use it like GPT or plot or whatever based on the content you that you have. All of this is quality short, and it's delivered within minutes after each session. So we have a human in the loop that actually checks all of the content before it goes out. So attendees never miss a session. Your marketing team gets months and months of instantly ready to share ready to share content, and your sponsors can actually get premium placement with dedicated sponsor branded pages that they get data on engagement and and hot leads, and then we're gonna have people interact with your content. So with that said, what I wanted to show you today is that we're actually making all of this this technology available as a subscription based self-service platform, for webinars and small evidence up to, like, 35 sessions on a monthly basis. So what you'll do is that you'll actually create an event, single session event or multiple event, multi session event. You can have a box of agent coming into Zoom like this, or you can actually stream directly to the platform or upload transcript or audio over there if you like. What you do then is that you go into a temple library where you have a bunch of different templates that can you can utilize. You can build your own. So you can actually design everything within the platform yourself ahead of the event. And as soon as you actually then connect everything to, when you have actually connected your audio and it streams live, all of this content is generated for you. So you have the full agenda here that is, we pull in through APIs or you uploaded it, uploaded yourself. And post event, then you can actually then or or post session, you can actually check the content out yourself. I'll zoom in a little bit here. I forgot to mention that all the images that we produce are all the AI generated based on the actual content of the session during the during the sessions. So you can regenerate images. You can move things around. You can upload your own fonts. You can actually utilize your actual brand dialogues. Everything here is in different layers. You can move things around. If you like here, a session title is slightly longer than it than you expected, you can yeah. So you can sort of work with that copy and everything. Once you're happy with your with your session, you save it, you publish it. So this is this is the way you sort of self-service it. So it goes then out to this fully branded content hub, which you have as fill you can filter on it and everything. You have that chatbot here as well. And then you have this content available. We integrate with virtually any event app there is. So all of this content is available directly in the attendees phones because we're never gonna be an additional app that you need to access or anything. So all of this is there. You have all that content available as well in terms of social media link, LinkedIn, podcast, and all of that. There is a lot more coming to this, but we are making this available now in a couple of weeks as a self-service platform. Thank you. That was awesome. I gave you extra time, but you were right on time. And, I appreciate you for sticking with us this long. And, yeah, if we can bring back Noah on stage and, say bye to Jacob, we're gonna wrap up. That's us. I mean, incredible. We made it. Noah, what do you think? We made it. Are you alive? Yeah. It was such a fun day. There are so many tools that I'm excited to check out after this. I definitely gonna be thinking about, who I'm gonna be looking into more. So there's so much just great content. It feels like drinking from a fire hose even as someone who likes AI stuff. So I appreciate everyone for stick sticking through this for sure. Thank you for being a part of this and for your energy and support. That means a lot. You gave me some, some well needed break. I have to make some final thank yous here to Noah, of course, to all my team at Bow Push, Carmen, Dominique, Violeta, Lauren, Lewis, everybody that worked on this and, obviously, the track team with Elias and team producing this for five hours straight while running another event concurrently. So, you know, that's that's that's how we roll. So I love all of that. Now, our sponsors, Visible, Evinmobi, Cvent's, Goldcast, Field Drive, and Zuugo. Thank you. I mean, this has been a lot of work for us to put together. So without these sponsors, the this, like, making it free would have been impossible. So, five hours of free, content to all of those companies that demoed today for the startups, for the founders, the CTOs, the CEOs, for the women building tech, for the Europeans, the Asians, the Indians. We had all the world represented here. It was incredible. And, I mean, we need to do this in person, should shall we? We'll do it again, live. We're probably gonna have another AI demo day on in in, online, but we're definitely doing it in person if you missed the announcement at the beginning of this event. We're going to Barcelona for IBTM November 1719. This is gonna be free for all the startups that participated in this to exhibit at and free for all the planners to come with our group. Only if you come with our group, you get to your time blocked in the calendar to listen to all of the demos and see all of the sessions. So we we had 50 people last year. I wanna have a 150 this year with our group going in there and take over at Barcelona and have some fun together. So we'll do that. How do you access the recordings? Watch out for a message. I'm gonna send it this afternoon with, the little bit of caffeine left in my blood. I'm gonna put together the email and send to you a list of all the companies that, demoed today. We're gonna send you a special offer to join us with Bold Push Plus. Know that forty two chat, Visible, Bridged, Q for QForge, Cvent's Goldcast, EventadIQ, Event Group, Xbooth AI, Field Drive, GetPica, Highbar, Memento, Nowadays, PlanBright, Roku, Rosie, Zwiggle, YouChop, and Zenas. They all have special offers for you on Bopush Plus, meaning you can save if you wanna buy that product and essentially get the membership for free. And this is still open to all of the start up that participant didn't make it on time. Send us your perks so we can add you back onto the section. We're gonna create sections on Blue Push Plus with all of the different start ups where you can find everything. All of the start ups categorized with the short description and the pitch and the link and the perk offer if you want it. We made it. Five hours and twenty one minutes. Now, my run of show said that we were going to end at 23. It's 16. Aged at, like, four, five minutes. What what is it? Seven minutes before? We made it, Noah. We made it, people. We made it happen. Thank you all. This has been an incredible experience for all of us. To the new generation of AdTech founders and builders, to the planners that are making this industry incredible. I'll see you at the next one.
